Randy (the owner) has always been a huge help when I am there. Ive been visiting this store since they opened. Always has a fresh quality selection. Im always in need of power tools and Elite has a great array. Everyone is eager to assist and are all knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend Elite Pawn and Gun.

I have been using this business before they moved to the current location which gives them more space. They remodeled the building nicely with plenty of parkjng. Rehabing and occupying this building was a big plus for me. Definitely is helping the general area there too, being much affected by the abandoned big box storefronts. They carry the current standard models most typically sought . But for me, the best thing is the owners eye for interesting or rare items. Half of my collection of vintage firearms were found in this store. Some are so fine or rare they are out of my price point or budget, still, it is a joy to behold them in real life. The shop also has many other items like electronics and tools if firearms are not the goal. He does sell ammo and tries to have a decent variety. I really think you should check this place out. I was mad at myself for passing by it so many times before I finally came in.

Great experience with some really good staff. I think the mans name was caiman or something. He told me like an alligator. But anyways he was a nice and helpful young man even gave me some advice in the gym.

Recently I can across this location when looking for an item. I was skeptical as it was named as the Pawn Shop and Gun. However I decided to visit. I was very surprised with my experience. The owner was polite, kind, not a pushy salesman and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was pleasant. The owner dealt with another difficult person in the store with respect while helping me. They had the item that was on the website that I wanted. It was the same price as listed, it was described accurately, in very good working order and a very good quality item (not junk like some places sell). The whole process took only a few minutes. I got the item that I wanted with no problems. The prices in the store are very fair. I would recommend that you visit their website site and store.

If you dont go into a pawn shop with higher expectations than reality, dont blame the pawn shop for breaking your spirit. They have to run a business. These guys here have always been honest and good to me. Always given fair offers and been genuinely friendly. Great job guys. Ive been in alot of pawn shops. And you guys are some of the best.

I have to say that the service was stupendous. Im an amateur gun owner. I havent spent a lot of time around guns. They are knowledgeable and advised me well on what would fit my needs. Good prices and if I need parts and amo, this is my spot. Looking forward to working with them again.

What can I say, wow! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted with all of my needs. I took in my old PlayStation so I could scrap up enough money for the new Ps5, and I can definitely say I will be taking all of my used electronics here instead of GameStop! The customer service was phenomenal, I believe the gentlemen who cashed me outs name was caiman (I may have spelt that wrong). He seemed like a hardworking individual who loved what he does. I will definitely be back by this place whenever I look to pawn or sell items!

Walked in this store with a ton of questions and ready to purchase my first firearm. There were 3 sales associates and only one was assisting a customer. No one greeted me when I when I walked in, or asked if I needed help. I was treated as if I didn’t exist. I looked around for a few minutes on my own and ended up leaving, very disappointed!!! Terrible customer service and a RACIST establishment! If I could leave 0 stars I would!

My wife and I are at the point of upgrading our guns, so for the next few weeks we are going to look at several different brands / calibers and let her make a decision on what she wants to buy. Ive been shooting for years and have a definite model that Im looking for as well, so while shes trying to find a gun, Im doing some comparative pricing on a specific brand / model. This morning, we decided to check out some local Pawn Stores and we went in to Elite to look and ask questions. Christopher spent about half an hour showing us some models in the range my wife was interested in. He was very helpful answering any questions we had about the guns and even giving his opinion of guns they didnt have at the store, but could get. My wife has a slight case of Arthritis in her left hand so the first line of buying will be a gun she can operate easy enough. (racking and releasing the slide, loading the gun and operating the trigger etc..) She found two models at Elite that she liked and could operated easy enough. One of them was suggested by Christoper (the Bersa Thunder 380). This was a gun within the price range well eventually pay, and something she says fit her hands. After looking at several guns today, this gun was the best of all that she tried. Im still looking for the CZ myself, but just wanted to leave a note to anyone who is checking reviews, to say Based on the time we spent there this morning, youd be doing yourself a favor if youre looking to buy a gun, to go check out Elite Pawn. Ask for Christopher. Dude knows his stuff, and was very patient with us asking questions and looking at several guns. We still want to look around, but as of now, we would have no problem buying from Elite. I am also considering ordering the CZ P 07 online and having it sent to Elite for the transfer. I was that sold on the store from dealing with Chris this morning.

I like to stop in just to see whats new. I have bought a few beautiful rings from them and they atr great about working with me on my payment. I have also pawned things with them they are fair with prices on a sell or pawn. The family that runs and owns this shop are wonderful people I truly enjoy shopping there.

They offer top price for your goods and have a wide-variety of items that are also priced fairly. My transactions with them have always been quick and easy and everything was explained to me. With the attention that was paid to me, I could tell that they valued my business. They have a great selection of guns.

I will never use any other pawn shop in Columbia South Carolina!! from the moment I walked in and needed help unloading several fire arms they were there to help. Both of the gentlemen were beyond amazing, and caring all the way around. He understood my situation and got as close to the number I was requesting as possible which was AMAZING. He took the time out to look at each individual fire arm and showed me on the computer or what they would run for so that is why he was giving me the prices for each 1. He has a very aggressive competitor price rate and I will not use any 1 else for all my gun in pawn shop needs. This owner sure does know how to take care of his customers in make sure they return. All in all this store Exceeded my Expectations by far I will be back.

Wish I could leave a half of star. Staff was unfriendly, walked in no one acknowledged my presence. Looked around for a few minutes and not one associate asked if I needed help. As I walked out nothing was said. Poor customer service!!

I wanted to say that is an absolute pleasure to write a VERY favorable review for Elite Pawn & Gun. I am an individual that frequents pawn establishments all over and this one is not your typical junk yard. There is always up to date quality items to be found with kind and courteous employees to assist you and answer any of your questions with informed answers not just something they think up. I enjoy the way I am treated as a customer as well as how I see them treat others. The topper of it all is their prices people. THEY CANT BE TOUCHED trust me. Take a trip over there and find a new home for your shopping and pawning needs. I am posting this because I believe in and enjoy good service. Especially in a time where you cant even get decent service at a Burger King.

Its really a gun store with some pawn on the side. Owner and wife are very helpful and went out of their way to help me, a former stranger, with a complicated purchase. Inventory isnt huge, but they can find you what you need. They adhere to the law, as they should, and noticed that my drivers license had just expired when I attempted to purchase, and rightfully made me go renew it before selling to me. I respect that.
