I purchased a firearm from Buds Guns and had it transferred to Palmetto. The gun was delivered and I was informed that I could not pick up the gun due to a computer problem at the store. Computer Problem! they said they had to log the gun in before I could have it. Ever heard of a pen and paper??? I now have $1000+ in this investment and cant even see it. This will be the last time I buy anything from them. However, I cant say anything negative about the staff. Theyre very professional. Its too bad that this computer issue is costing them money and my patronage.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair prices. They dont have a huge selection of firearms. But theyre a small shop that deals mostly with police and first responder gear with firearms as a part of that.

Great place and staff. Under normal conditions I find great bargins.

Prices are high, good selection however the customer service is questionable. Was not greeted upon entering, walk around for at 25 minutes before I had to inquire about a particular product there, they show interest once it appears that you may buy a gun from there. They are not recommended.

Awesome place. Very nice guys who are really helpful and dont mind if you have a lot of questions. Great attitude and atmosphere. Most if not all employees are vets and thats a huge plus for me. Limited selection but if they dont have what you want they will order it. I wish they were open Sundays because I work six days a week and can not go as much as I like. To hell with PSA. I regret ever spending my money there. Only shop Ill do business with from now on and I pass quite a few other firearm shops to get to them. 7 out of 5 stars!
