I was given a Pandora bracelet for my birthday in January and it was too small I went to Reeds to have the bracelet resized and they were nice and friendly and ordered my size for free I definitely would recommend that for your Pandora charm needs

Have been to Reeds multiple times for my watch servicing needs. Recently went for a watch bracelet resizing and Spencer from Reeds was very helpful and did a great job at helping me resize my watch bracelet. He was very helpful showing me some of of the watches off the shelf that I wanted to have a look at. Overall very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend it.

Walked in as I recently moved to the area looking for a particular watch knowing they have a plethora of inventory. Unfortunately I struck out but not entirely. Joey (the manager) was extremely helpful trying to meet my criteria even though I didn’t pick up the piece I wanted he ended up setting me up for another item I wanted. A nice rope for my son, he is old enough and had a great year so I wanted something special and the rope Joey set me up with was exactly that. Highly recommend it, ask for Joey and you will be taken care of. - Miguel

Thanks.My wife and I had our 18 year anniversary on May 3rd and on May 2nd @ around 4:30pm I realized it was not May 1st (Sorry for the dates but you will understand my dilemma shortly lol ). It was a weekend and I thought I would be able to use Monday, all day, to shop if needed..... I was wrong, I realized the date and that I didn’t have any time to shop. So, I called my wife’s friends and chose to figure out what she wanted instead of getting her what I thought she wanted/needed.... all of her friends said one thing, “ she wants a David Yurman ring”. Perfect, now I knew what to get but it was 5:30pm and as I looked up the rings location, I saw that the store closed at 6:00pm (Columbiana Mall) and I was in Chapin. I got on the phone and spoke with Jody, the salesman, and he stopped what he was doing and found the rings right then. I said I would be there shortly..... at 5:55pm, I ran into the store, looked at the rings and found the exact one she wanted. I was out of the store at 6:05pm with the gift in my hand.The next morning, I gave my wife the gift and it was the best gift I had given since we were married, lol. She was truly excited and it made her day. Only one issue... I grabbed the size that was one too big for her finger! Now, I got on the phone with Jody and he said, “No problem, bring it in and we will exchange it for the size down”. I went to the store and 5 minutes later, I was on the way to my wife with the correct size ring in hand. It for perfect and everything was great.2 things I learned from this:1. My misconception about mall jewelry stores being way over priced and understaffed was completely wrong. This was an awesome experience and thanks to Jody and the other employees there, I had a great anniversary and they got a loyal customer. Thanks Reed’s folks2. ALWAYS check your calendar when your anniversary is nearing. You may not get as lucky as I did, lol.

Did not even plan to buy a ring today, I only went to browse and size my ring that I already had. Matt M. At the Columbiana mall location patiently let me try on several rings even knowing I didnt plan on buying anything. He explained details of each ring never asking if I had a budget or pressuring me to stick to a certain size or price range. Needless to say I bought a new engagement ring (married 17 years) and went back the next day and he secretly helped my husband pick out a new wedding band to match. I cant wait until my next purchase I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Matt for all of your help.The Moores

Extremely disappointing experience after such a promising start.We bought our engagement rings from Reeds early in 2018 and had to have them resized on March 22, 2019. They said BOTH rings would be in within two weeks and I was surprised when my fiances more complicated ring came back within a week but mine had not.At the time of writing it is now May 31 and my own band is not back yet. However, we have personally been to the store six times and been promised rushed service as well as spoken to the manger on the phone multiple times with assurances it was being taken care of.Last week their warehouse sent a ring to the store and it was straight-faced handed to my fiance in the condition seen in the picture below. There is no reason for a new ring to look like this and certainly no reason for a customer to ever see a ring look like this fresh from the factory. The ring I gave them after over a year of use didnt even have nearly as many surface issues as the one sent as a replacement.Considering how smoothly our initial transaction went and the impressive subsequent visits with professional service it is immensely disappointing to have to write a review to warn others of what may happen. At this point we want a full refund and to wash our hands of this complete mess.

We went the with the intention of just looking and seeing what our options were, but we had such wonderful assistance with Beth, she guided us through everything and was super kind and we ended up buying both of our wedding band the same day . She was very helpful and kind to everyone around her as well ! Definitely recommend.

Awesome place! Always take care of me when I go there. Jewelers that know their products and always friendly. I went to three different stores in Columbia looking for engagement rings and none had the service like this place. Liked it so much I went back for wedding bands and gifts . I refuse to go to another store in Columbia aside from this Reeds . If they dont have what you are looking for they will get it for you or custom make it. Awesome experience .

This store is awesome! We went to many jewelry shops looking for an engagement ring and wedding bands, but the customer service at each one was just abysmal. They either didnt care or tried to push rings that were way out of our price range. Because of this we ended up falling in love with a ring that was way out of our budget which was heartbreaking. The first question they asked at reeds was What did you like at other shops? and from there they showed us many amazing options similar to what we liked. When it got down to two they did everything they could to help us pick one, even taking the rings out of the store so we could see them in natural light. We came under budget with a ring we both adore. The staff was caring and thoughtful which made this experience even more special. Definitely recommend and trust this store.

Wanted to share my super positive experience with this Reeds location, and specifically with one of the managers Joey. Joey went above and beyond in helping me source and purchase some OEM Omega parts I needed when most ADs couldnt be bothered to even check in their system to see if they could be ordered. Not only was Joey communicative, polite and professional, he also ultimately delivered and helped get the parts shipped to a Reeds location that was close to my home. You really cant ask for better customer service than that. I would absolutely do business with Joey and this Reeds again and really appreciate all of the help.

Even though I almost walked out without finding what I wanted, she was happy to have spent time, sharing her knowledge of the product! My boyfriend and I couldnt have asked for a better experience when shopping for engagement rings. Jody and Joey were both so knowledgeable and made finding the perfect ring easy and painless. They didnt rush us or push us to buy anything. They were genuinely interested in getting to know us as a couple, and they were so fun to talk to. This store also has the best selection of rings! We had been ring shopping for a while and had been to every other store you could think of. Reeds has a better selection and way better customer service than all the bigger box stores.

These guys are PHENOMENAL. I called about a Tudor watch that my local jeweler (Augusta, GA) still hadnt received. They just got one and offered to hold it for me till I could make it. When I got there this morning, the manager, John, was super helpful. They even offered us sodas to drink while we waited. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. They have won my business over. Well worth the hour and half drive. See you again soon!

My husband and I purchased my wedding band from Reeds. I have had my engagement ring for a few years and the manufacturer has since discontinued the matching wedding band. We went to several jewelers trying to find a band that would match the unusual shape of my engagement ring, but we were not successful. Other places had nothing that matched, quoted me high prices for a custom-made band or tried to sell me 2 rings to fit on the top and bottom of my engagement ring. When we walked into Reeds on a whim, we were instantly greeted by smiling Joey Peeples, who looked at my engagement ring and suggested a custom band might be the best way to go. I was immediately thinking it would cost me an arm and a leg so I was hesitant. Joey gave me an estimate on price and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that this was less than most of the other bands I had looked at already. But Joey was not pushy at all (which I loved) and suggested we think about it and come back if wed like to move forward. We did go back and went with the custom band option. We were introduced to their jeweler Tony, who is awesome! Both Joey and Tony were knowledgeable, fun, happy, and put my worries and stress at ease from the beginning and throughout the entire process. They stayed true to the initial quote estimate they gave me at the start and kept me updated and informed each step of the way. And they were quick in getting my band finished before my wedding! (I only gave them a few short weeks to do it!) The band is beautiful and matches my engagement ring perfectly! We dealt with a lot of different vendors throughout this wedding process, and sadly several were not the easiest or most pleasant to deal with. However, Joey, Tony, and Reeds were by far the best people to work with during this stressful time! They made it a pleasure to go into the store every time. We will definitely be spreading the word and will be going back for sure. Thank you guys for everything youve done for us!P.S.- If youre looking for a wedding officiant- word on the street is Joey is now ordained. Reeds is now your one stop shop! ;)

I like getting my ring cleaned here better than the Reeds at Sandhills. It’s always so much more sparkly clean and not foggy. Maybe because I leave the ring soaked while I roam the mall before picking it up?

Awesome experience when we step into the store. Most recently I lost my diamond bracelet that I had for less than 6 months. I was devastated and called Michael Hahnemann who worked directly with my insurance company to process the claim. Took about 15 minutes or less & with his help I received compensation in less than 3 days! All of this over the phone. Of course I came into see about a replacement and came out with a new & upgraded bracelet.Michael is very professional, knowledgeable and awesome jeweler! He gives me V.I.P. treatment each time I visit Reeds at Columbiana Mall. He is also very personable and I would highly recommend him. Reeds is very fortunate to have him working for them. He makes the experience all about you & listens to your “wish list” & finds you a “gem.”

Had some issue when I had to resize my wedding band. For some reason the white gold after it was sent off to resize caused an allergic reaction. I had the ring for over a year and most jewelers would if told me Im out of luck but Joey and his team allowed me to exchange the ring for full value. I will always come back to reeds for any jewelry I may need in the future.

Two words - JOEY PEEPLES. The most knowledgeable person on the planet when it comes to engagement rings/wedding bands. Not to mention EXTREMELY helpful when it comes to listening to what you want and making it happen. My fiancé and I purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band with Joey due to his ability to provide us with what I wanted in a budget we could afford. I am very hard to please when it comes to jewelry of value however, Joey made a point to work with me until I found exactly what I wanted. Now I not only have a beautiful engagement ring, but a beautiful wedding band as well. Five stars for Joey!

I keep losing diamonds out if Every ring my husband has bought me and more than one time on my wedding band and now no my big diamond ring a diamond has fallen out. So I’m going to have to take the band for the THIRD TIME to have a diamond put back in and my diamond for the SECOND TIME in less than two years. My diamond tennis bracelet has gone back twice to be repaired. I’ve told my husband to go to Jared or Zales. I’m tired of the poor quality for the price we pay.VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Worst place ever!!!! i went in looking for wedding bands to go with my engagement ring i have a large ring total weight 4.5 carrots however i told them SEVERAL times i donot want large bands i want something to allow my ring to shine not over power it or my finger as mt ring is already large they only showed me expensive huge bands even after i pointed out smaller ones brought over other workes to try n talk me into a 4thousand dollar custome set i said i did not like i ended up at jewelry wearhouse.... i love my purchase from jewelry wearhouse and staff was awesome

I cant even describe how happy I am with Reeds right now. I have a beautiful engagement ring, but unfortunately the company that made it (Peora) is disreputable and cut corners. My stone was loose in the setting; I would get it tightened, and it would be loose again in a week. After only having had the ring for about two and a half months, the stone fell out. I took it to several jewelers around Columbia, all of whom are well respected and experienced, and they all told me that I couldnt fix it.I wandered into Reeds in Columbiana Center, eyeing replacements. They didnt really have what I was looking for, but I told the nice saleslady Salina about what was wrong, and she told me to bring it in, because the Reeds jeweler could usually fix things no one else can. It took about a week and a half, but he fixed it!He came up with a really creative fix too. He rebuilt the prongs, but also created a partial bezel around the sides of the stone for extra support. Just looking down at the ring, you cant even see it between the stone and the diamond halo, but it reflects light back into the diamonds and makes them sparkle brighter.On top of that, without me even asking, they fixed the bottom of the band. Whoever resized it did a sloppy job, and left the bottom of the band rough and unfinished. Now its perfectly smooth and shiny.The repair was also exactly the amount they estimated, though it took a day (wow, one whole day) longer to complete because of Valentines Day.I am very happy, and I would definitely recommend Reeds for jewelry repair. I know where Im getting my wedding band made.
