We have had extremely negative Experience with this sales location. The manager Denise cook is very rude and we have requested from her on several occasions to have the district manager contact us and she refuses!!!! we are currently in the process of deciding if we need to take them to small claims court they have cost us hundreds of dollars in travel expenses several wasted trips to the location one excuse after another for each problem we have had they have given us the run around beyond any run around in history!! the problems all occurred at Christmas time when I purchased a wedding set and a wedding band and a diamond necklace I also purchased a longer gold chain I originally tried to order online with my diamond card but there were problems with the online and the zales diamond card for the initial purchase. Customer service tried to help but sent me to the store to make my purchase. There they had problems honoring the sale that had notes from my online experience and I thought that would be the end of the problems. However it was only the beginning!! The rings I was going to buy online were no longer available to be purchased at the correct size so I was basically forced to purchased the warranty that included the sizing. That’s ok I went ahead and bought the warranty I didn’t understand why the rings couldn’t be sized with the initial purchase but maybe the warranty will be worth having I am trying to be understanding. After Christmas once the jewelry was gifted we took the jewelry in to be sized they called several days later on a different day than expected while we were on a trip out of town and Informed us that it was ready to be picked up. Since it was an engagement ring my fiancé really really wanted her ring so we decided to leave our trip to get the ring. we left and came home early we got to the mall and when we went inside the gates were locked and lights were off no note or anything hanging they were were unexpected closed without notice no phone call no email nothing no excuse was given none we wasted time money gas and shortened our trip we were forced to go through mall security to find out why they were closed they couldn’t tell us anything. They were able to take our names and number to pass to the store and said they were under the belief the store would have employees back the following Monday. We were not contacted until we went back Monday to find they were still closed and we still had not been contacted we went back to security who reached out again and sent another message to someone who finally did call back and it was the manager she said that it was her responsibility to contact us and she admitted to dropping the ball she then told us that someone in the store had tested positive for covid and she did not have any symptoms but that they decided to close. She did not know at the time but ultimately They would not be back for over 2 weeks to release our jewelry they would not send people from another location they could not have someone from one of the sister companies get our jewelry they had no interest In even telling us we would have a wait. All they had to do was call and say hey sorry but you can’t come get it right now someone should be held accountable for our extreme inconvenience also when we took the chain back to exchange it because the sales person didn’t check to see if the clasp would pass through the eye of the charm I was buying for it the sale we bought the chain at had expired so the only way to get it replaced was to pay the new sale price which was a much more expensive price and they screwed us on the necklace also we have spoken with the manager on several occasions requesting the district manager to call us she keeps saying she gave him the message but he won’t call us back..

Husband and I drove all the way here to get my ring inspected. It was last checked on Nov. 2019 and then Corona hit. We came here on a Sunday cuz we saw I line that it was opened. Its not.

You never know who’s watching you. Cashier had little interest in making sure she delivered the best customer service. Instead, the service was very robotic and mediocre. Act like you love what you do....

I visited the location 2 times in same week. First time I went service was very much not service. I was very livid to the point I never wanted to shop here again.Fast forward to the second time me and my husband went back and what a difference. Melissa I believe is her name. She was Hispanic if I got her name wrong, her customer service skills was super and the only reason if I choose to purchase something else from here she is the reason why.Very attentive and informative and careing for the customer needs is extremely important for me in customer service. She went well beyond her job and we truly appreciate that in her. Great Customer service young lady. I visited the columbiana location about 2 to 3 weeks ago. Ending of June. Thanks Melissa Again.

Ruined the setting on my wife’s engagement ring. Came in with one bent prong and was told we would have it back in 14 days. They failed to say it was 14 business days (which they are open 7 days a week anyway) so we didn’t get it back for 3 weeks. Also we were told the repair would be about $22. They never called to update us so I called the day we thought it was supposed to be back. They claimed they tried to contact us and that more repairs needed to be done. They refused to let me talk to the jeweler to discuss the repairs and it ended up costing us $268 which was after a discount from complaining. Now the prongs are all rough and two are shorter then the others. Very poor craftsmanship. Will never shop here again.

The worst customer service ever. The woman who was working was very disrespectful. I do not understand how hard of a question it was to simply exchange a broken chain for a new one. Instead of handing me a new chain she threw it in my face and walked off. I will never buy another item from here in my life. You all need to figure out how to speak to a paying customer. Again worst place I have ever been.

Online customer service is not accommodating to customer needs. Very rude. No proof of authenticity on jewelry. If you want proof you must pay $150 extra to get your jewelry appraised.
