Small but well stocked. Exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff. They stock various yarns, knitting and crochet supplies, craft soaps and gifts, etc.

Hugely disappointed in this store. The clerk seemed fearful of anyone coming in. My friend brought yarn to attempt to get similar colors and was looking to upgrade the quality of yarn she currently uses, but as soon as the clerk saw the Michael’s bag, she turned up her nose. The inability to actually shop is ridiculous. I understand the precautions of limiting number of people, but one cannot properly shop for yarn when you have no idea what yarns are carried. We drove over an hour to shop at a store that carried high quality yarns & walked away having spent nothing. I had planned to buy a sweater’s worth of yarn, but will take my business elsewhere. As I understand it as of 21 January 2021, the store is 30% and closing in March.

I had a nice experience at this store. I had seen Toni from TL Yarn Crafts visit this location on YouTube and happened to be in the area. The service was very welcoming and helpful- especially as I am new to luxury yarns. I purchased 4 skeins, two in merino and two in a cotton blend, a couple of crochet hooks, and one ravelry pattern. The part that made for a stand-out experience was that I was able to pick my pattern out via their tablet and have it printed up.

Amazing. Top quality yarns in a beautiful array of hand dyed patterns or some of the best solid brand name colors around. They also sell looms, knitting needles, crochet hooks, and spinning fiber. They even have little stitching groups.

Magic isnt just the way the place feels, shes a real person who is knowledgeable, pleasant, and thoroughly engaging. The store is an eclectic mix of knitting needs, novelty gifts, art, and teas. Theres a wonderful yarn selection that is great from which to choose your next project. It is clean and comfortable; it feels like you are visiting a friends house. I love it there!

I stopped by the shop on my way to the Well Collective next door. There are all sorts of neat little gift items. I dont knit and know nothing about yarn. I bought the most delicious genmaicha tea and artisanal chocolate. I met the owner, who was very helpful and friendly. Ill be back!

I was on the fence about writing this but after careful consideration, I’m going to write it anyway. Our local yarn store nearby closed after several year of business so I’ve been looking for an alternative. Luna Lola was the closest store to me and so I explored their website and Instagram. On their Instagram profile, they have decided to chime in on the Ravelry controversy - labeling all conservatives as supporters of hate and bigotry. I’ve been a lifelong Republican and have never in my life been so insulted by what I read on their profile. I was disappointed and hurt by Luna Lola’s words and condemnation of me as a prospective customer who happens to have a difference of opinion when it comes to politics. This is truly sad as I would have loved shopping with them had they chosen to keep politics out of it. I hope this is helpful to those of you who’d like to know something like this BEFORE spending your money with them. I certainly will not.

I sent a message on Facebook asking about the prices, when are classes offered, etc. my message was looked at but no one responded back. That was very rude and unprofessional.I find it funny you can get on google and respond to my review faster than my message on Facebook. I also find it funny you can copy and paste this generic message on this review, but you couldn’t send this message when I sent you a message on Facebook. I will take my money else where. Thank you. Happy holidays Liz!
