This place has tons of really cool games, toys and puzzles. You can find things here you would not find anywhere else. My teenager and pre-teen male sure we stop here every time we go to the mall.

Someone bought me a $10 Backgammon set from this store but didnt realize that it was essentially just a flat board and not the traditional folding case style. I went to return the set and intended to purchase a more expensive version ($39.99); however, I made the fatal mistake of having the audacity to open the original box in order to see what Id been bought. According to the store, you cannot return/exchange or do anything else with an item once you have opened it ... thats right, despite the fact that opening the box is the only way to actually see the contents, you cannot then return it, or in my case exchange it for a more expensive item, due to their archaic returns policy.Needless to say, I found a cheaper set on Amazon ... how on earth small business think they can survive in todays age with such antiquated customer service is beyond me.Moral of the story, go straight to Amazon instead.

I called to find out if something was in store. The gentleman said he would look but advised that I follow the store on Instagram. That’s fine but I still thought he’d confirm if the item was in the store. He didn’t but said ok and hung up. I didn’t bother calling back…I’ll just go on Amazon.

Good luck with management here. Genuinely run by neckbeards who don’t care about their employees. Extremely rude and condescending.

I love this store. They have an interesting collection of toys, games, and projects. The staff is always friendly and really knows the products. If you have questions, they can definitely answer them. Prices arent bad for an independent store and.
