Everything from sales to customer service to follow up was outstanding!We had one issue with a piece of siding above our front door that was not to be replaced because it had been forgotten in the contract. However, once we spoke to our project manager they took care of it without a problem.The installers were incredibly fast and even worked in inclement weather at times.Definitely 5 stars in our book and we are going with them for all the windows in our home as well.Happy customers!

UPDATED: They called me after this review was posted and weve worked out a deal about the screen, so I have added another star to their review for this. We went through our folder we kept from them and there is nothing regarding the warranty and what was/wasnt covered. He said that he would talk to the Columbia store about making sure they bring out a warranty so we can pass it on to the next owners of our house.We were an admittedly naïve, young couple when we were looking to replace our windows in our new house 10 years ago. We met with two of their sales representatives, paid WAY too much (in hindsight) for all new windows. We were told that they would be under warranty for us and the next owners when we sell. Well, we needed a few window screens replaced and I called in September 2020, told them the problem, was told it wasnt an issue and I would be transferred to John Dupon(?), went straight voicemail, left a message with my contact information, address, and the issue. I waited a week, called again, was transferred to him again, and again it went to voicemail; left another message with my contact information, address, and the issue. I waited until November to call again, and again I was transferred to his voicemail because apparently he was the only one who could help, and again I gave him my contact information, address, and the issue. Never received a call and since it was getting colder, I chose to not call until the Spring. I called again in March 2021, again told the receptionist my issue, she said it wouldnt be a problem and transferred me AGAIN to John. We finally heard back from them, but they called my husband and told him that screens ARE NOT included in the warranty. Maybe that was in the contract, but it definitely wasnt mentioned verbally by the sales reps. So Im irritated for a few reasons: 1) Even though I specifically gave them my contact information, both of our numbers are on the account, Ive been the one calling, they call my husband. And 2) I always thought that screens were a part of the window....so why are they not included in the warranty? Granted, we were young and dumb, so we probably just didnt read the contract thoroughly, but I feel like its common sense that screens should be included and if they arent, then they should be optional.

High pressure sales at its finest, we caved and bought windows although I dont believe we got the windows we were shown the windows are better than what we had but not worth the price at all we paid the great deal just for that time the salesman has never called since he left our house finally someone called almost 10 months later when I gave him the review I did he had nothing to say so not sure why they call to ask? I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could do several other projects I had in mind. I not only have new siding but also have a new sliding door, garage door and new brick on my porch columns. For the price I paid for my siding, my friend in Centralia was able to get new siding, new windows, and a new porch added to her very similarly sized home. What might possibly make this okay would be a different in quality. Guess whos siding is starting to fall off her house after just over a year. Yes, that would be me who paid 20,000 dollars for siding alone. We have been contacting the company for 3 months now to try and get it fixed. They were going to send somebody out, and after never hearing back we called again and found out the guy they were going to send got covid. This was over 3 weeks ago. (Very sad for him and praying for his recovery) That being said for such a large company you cant tell me there isnt somebody else they could send to repair the piece of siding that is flapping around in the wind keeping myself, my two year old, and my four month old thought the night.Do your research before settling with this company who clearly cares more about their bottom line than their customers. Dont make the same mistake we did.-signed one exhausted family.
