We had a great experience with Built Rite doors. I sent an online request after hours for service and received a call back from Erica to address the issue immediately. Our technician that came out was Jerome. He walked through all of our options. He repaired the door and offered suggestions to install an electronic opener. We called back and scheduled another appointment to have a opener installed by Jerome. Again, Jerome was prompt, courteous and ensured I was aware of all features of our new opener. We will definitely use Built Rite again!!

Customer service experience was one of the worst Ive ever had. The gentleman who did the installation damaged personal property in garage and punctured the finished, insulated ceiling. When I called the business to discuss my concerns, the supervisor refused to take responsibility for the damages. Instead, he blamed me. I gave 2 stars because the quality of the product was and is excellent. If my rating was based on customer service alone it would definitely be 1 star. A business without solid ethics is not one I would recommend.

Brian was scheduled for the service call between 8am and 10am. He called at 8:30 to let us know he would be here around 9am. He showed up a few minutes earlier. He was very polite and personable and clearly explained everything he was doing. He replaced the broken spring and lubricated all the parts od the door. A few days ago, my 24 year old LiftMaster gave up the ghost (the nerve of that thing!!!), so I called Overhead Door, and Bryan came, and in about 1 hour, I had a new LiftMaster installed with all the WiFi technology built in to go with my iPhone app. Couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. Late Monday I noticed a problem with my garage door. The door wasrubbing on the tracks. I called the Overhead Door office explained my concerns and they promptly organized an appointment for the next day first thing in the morning with Bryan.About 30 minutes before the appointment Bryan gave us a courtesy call and let us know when he would be arriving.Bryan introduced himself I explained the problem. I had too many things on my mind, and backed into my garage door before it was all the way up. Big mistake! Called Overhead Door Company immediately. Rep was at my house the next morning, and my new door was installed yesterday. We are very pleased. Tech was outstanding.
