I checked out their website looking for a boat trailer to rent just. I called and the person that I spoke with was not kind or informative,. He just said no I dont rent trailers. I think this is false advertising. When clearly the website says boat trailer rentals. I wonder what is they lie about

Rick did a great job moving my Shannon Yacht. He took time to make sure everything was secured and loaded well. He commmunicated with both marinas for pickup and delivery. Rick came highly-recommended by several friends and now that hes moved a boat for me, I completely understand why! Hes punctual, professional, thorough, funny, and INCREDIBLY SKILLED at what he does. I work at the Charleston City Boatyard and deal with Rick at least once a month. He’s always punctual, helpful and gets the job done right the first time. He’s one of the best for sure.

The guys at The Boat Exchange are FANTASTIC, and a real pleasure to deal with. When I bought a boat and trailer from them last year, Richard went above and beyond to help me get it ready for the 4 hour drive home. He also called me to let me know when I forgot to take some of the parts that went with the boat. But unfortunately I live 4 hours away, so he offered to ship them to me. But after checking with UPS and FedEx, I found it was going to cost around $150 to ship them. When I told Richard how much it would cost, he said no problem, Ill hold on to them and you can pick them up next time youre in the area. Here it is almost 1 year later, and I totally forgot about the parts, but not Richard, he calls to say that hes at the local marina and has my parts. Now thats service.

At the recommendation of a friend I gave these guys a try. I repaired upholstery, fixed the cover and they moved to their lot to list our pontoon. After 1 1/2 years it was clear they would not be able sell it. But the real shock occurred when I picked up up and found my beautiful interior had been severely sun damaged. They left the cover off for weeks at a time in the hit sun. So if you have a boat you care about, don’t use these guys.
