Great place with a convenient location. Doughnuts are fresh and the staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. They even chose to take fresh doughnuts off the conveyer verse from the display without even having to ask. Coffee was also fresh and the bold was strong. Great place to stop on your travels.

If I could’ve gave 0 stars I would. About 3 weeks ago I went to this location and ordered 2 regular and 2 lemon filled doughnuts. Got home and realized the lemon filling was not in doughnut. Called location they said come back by and we’ll replace them for you. Went today for my replacement and gets home and realized again that my 2 doughnuts were not lemon filled again! That’s called just being slack!!! Never will go back to this location again and may never go to any Krispy Kreme because at this point my taste for it has left my mouth!!!

On 614/21, I ordered KK doughnuts to be delivered to my doctors office on 6/15/21, the total of the order being over $160.00. I was issued an order number, not a receipt number. When I inquired into my rewards, I was told I would not receive same due to the fact that I did not have a receipt number. On 628/21, I called the home office of KK and my info was taken, but no rewards have yet been issued. Why? I can assure you I will NEVER order from KK again. Until KK can straighten this out, I will be purchasing my doughnuts from Dunkin.

Oh, my, gosh! I love the new chocolate cream filled donuts! I should have gotten a whole dozen! Go. Go. Go! Before they are taken off the menu! Ha. The lady in the drive through was very nice and triple checked my order and just to make sure she showed me the box of donuts at the window, and ended up there was a miss communication. She fixed it no problem and I am very thankful she did! Very patient, no attitude, felt like I was the only customer. I appreciate service like that. If I lived there I would certainly be giving this location my business!

We have been waiting for the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in my area to finish being built in Ladson, SC. This has been under construction for over 3 years now!, and it will still be a 30 minute drive 1 way for me. The only other location near me is in Charleston, SC and that is a 45 minute drive 1 way. Thankfully we had to visit Fort Jackson, SC today. We shipped our son off to Paris Island for 13 werks of Marines bootcamp!! So... on the way out of town heading home, we definitely had to stop by Krispy Kreme. We where sad though, to see that, at 5 PM on a Monday, the Hot and Now sign wasnt lit up. As a matter of fact, they didnt have any original glazed doughnuts made or for sale. We where told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. 😔 Unfortunately, we couldnt wait because we were heading home and had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. However, we never leave empty handed so we loaded up on all the other great flavors, and as always, it was AMAZING!

Not only did it take forever to get to the window after ordering. THEY DIDNT PIT IT IN SYSTEM. So when I got to window my order wasnt ready. I swear box keep getting smaller, doughnuts even smaller

I was really craving the delicious warm donuts one day, and after seeing the red light flash on their doors, i went in, I could see them making donuts, and I ordered a dozen original glazed donuts. After paying, and getting my box of donuts, I proceeded to eat them immediately when I got back into the car. Was very disappointed to find out that EVERY SINGLE DONUT WAS COLD! The only reason I went in was to get the warm freshly baked donuts. Why would you serve cold donuts when the lights flash red at the door. Very disappointed.I have bought donuts so many times at the Philadelphia location, they just serve the ones even if you don’t specifically ask for them warm, as long as the lights are on.Disappointed in the Columbia location. So unprofessional of them. It permanently destroyed my cravings for donuts after eating a cold one (hence three stars instead of zero stars)

I live in Greenville, Sc. I often have to drive to Columbia which is 115 miles away. It is a treat after a long drive like that to be able to stop and get a donut at Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately Everytime I stop at this location, either the donuts are stale, the store is not clean, the staff is not friendly or any combination of these things.For example I told the clerk about the stale donuts i got the last time i came in. She never once offered to make it right or even say im sorry about that. On top of that she didnt smile even once during our interaction or with any of the other customers. It seemed that we were bothering her by coming in to buy anything. Her sour face was very unpleasant and made for an unpleasant experience. They need to get this store together with some fresh blood before it goes out of business.I happen to be African-American and got the same bad service as everyone else so I dont think the bad service is racial... Just bad customer service.

This Krispy Kreme serves up all the sweetness that you expect from the famous chain. What sets this one apart from some of the others I have been to is their cute little seating area. If you want to hang out in a little more relaxed type of setting, this location has that option. Raspberry filled is my personal favorite, and always try the seasonal flavors!

3rd time at this location and it was definitely not a charm. Ordered the dozen glazed. Hot and fresh sign was on. Waited 10 minutes at the window. Nobody came to the window the entire time. At the end of it, dude comes to the window and gives us the box. No response from dude. No hey, thank you, or youre welcome. Maybe hes a mute or deaf, idk...... the donuts were also cold when we got them. It was nice waiting 10 minutes for cold donuts. This location is the worst one Ive been to. Even though they are the closest one to my home, Ill drive out of my way to avoid it.

I am generally a fan of this donut and tried this location for the first time. To begin the line was so long and felt like a was waiting forever. The line did not hurt me as much as my disappointment with the donut. They were soooooo greasy and tasted like they were done in oil they were using forever. I am still a fan of Krispy Kreme but will never go back to this location.

Literally always use to come to this krispy kreme, i usually never have a bad experience when i come here. Tonight i decided to grab some donuts with my boyfriend, we ordered the 12 classic assorted and only got 6 of the donuts we actually ordered, the other 6 were completely random, and we paid with cash $15 dollars and only received 3 quarters back. drove around the drive through a second time to explain that they gave me the wrong donuts and the girl cut me off in the middle of my sentence, got an attitude when asking if i could get the right donuts and then slammed the window when we were leaving. completely unprofessional, i can’t believe that. i won’t be back anytime soon.

My rating reflects the fact that I was torn between the yummy taste of KK donuts and price. I guess from now on I better make sure to have a coupon because I had sticker shock after ordering a dozen MINI Christmas/holiday donuts plus 2 blueberry cake donuts...totaling $19! Must be the cavier of donuts.

The drive thru person didnt wear gloves,and was about to give me a doughnut where she used an unsanitary paper that was on a window seal to pick it up with. Also the person taking the order sound very disinterested.

Drive thru was quick and accurate

Good donuts. Nice facility. The three star review is due to watching as the workers were unable to help an elderly couple. The couple asked questions and the employees were awful. It wasn’t even a hard question “what kind of donuts are these?” I want two dozen of these. Then another worker was on their phone. I asked for a mocha. Offer and literally got a black coffee. Not even worth the effort. Employees need training and probably not have their phones on the job.

I ordered 4 glazed donuts and a small coffee. The employee said $15.75. When I questioned the price, she was like, You should have only ordered 3. But at $1.19 each plus maybe a buck and a half for coffee this didnt add up. Then she said, I must have put it in the machine wrong. These are todays kids who demand $15 an hour, folks. Two stars added because you just cant mess up a hot now KK donut. Or at least I dont think you can. Perhaps this Location can...

The customer service at this location is horrible & the appearance of the doughnuts look just as bad. I went through the drive thru & ordered two dozens. One of assorted to include lemon filled & chocolate iced & the other just original glazed, but was given raspberry filled instead of the lemon filled. When it was brought to the attention of the cashier her body language & facial expression was as if I had inconvenienced her. There was no apology or anything. I handed the young lady the box. She opened it, took out the wrong doughnuts, replaced them with the correct ones, & then handed the box back. I asked if she had a bag & was told no. No thank you for coming...no goodnight or anything. She just closed the window. I was told that I would be contacted by someone in regards to my complaint, but that has yet to happen.

Box of coffee tasted burnt. Fresh sign lit but original donuts cold. Donuts also tasted like the fryer grease has not been changed recently. Do yourself a favor and go to the bigger branch on Knox Abbott in Cayce. Also 2 of the 6 raspberry filled I ordered had no filling at all.

The line was long but moved pretty efficiently. Also they accidentally overcharged my card and quickly refunded without me having to do anything. When I asked what I owed, they refused to allow me to pay after having made an error that really was no ones fault. (I had a coupon that I told person about at Drive thru speaker but it didn’t translate to the order at window) the man (manager or shift leader) in charge around 5:30 on 5/1/2020 was very accommodating and professional. I’ll be back For sure.

Went to the Krispy Kreme on Garners Ferry this Valentine’s Day to get some doughnuts. Horrible customer service and will not be returning to this location ever again.

Im giving it 5 stars because they are always so friendly, patient and they serve you quickly. However...if you have never been to this location or never been at night...it is VERY poorly lit around the whole building. The parking lot especially. I definitely think they could add a few more lights so people will feel a little safer

They should really NOT have the Hot Now light on yet serve cold original glaze donuts. The same thing happened a few weeks ago with a friend of mine at this location. It is very disappointing, like false advertising. Ive been mainly going to the Cayce location for years and never had this happen; if the light is on, I get hot original glaze as should happen.

Absolutely some of the tastiest donuts you will ever have. Look for the red sign to get them when they are fresh out of the oven.

Fresh donuts

I stopped because the hot light was on, waited in the drive through line behind 8 cars, and proceeded to order our dozen, glazed, hot now, donuts. After being quoted at $15.94, I asked the young boy why the price was $3.50 more than what was listed on the drive through board. He told me that the difference was all tax. I argued the fact, when he realized that he rang us up for an assorted dozen and fixed the problem. He handed us the donuts, when I realized that they were not hot on the bottom, do i opened the box to find cracked, room temperature, overlapping, donuts. I brought this to his attention, when he assured me that they just came off the belt. I handed the box back through the window, and told him that the only reason we ordered was because we enjoy hot now donuts. He went to get us a fresher dozen, when another young boy came to the window to let us know that they stopped making hot donuts about 30 mins ago. I asked, why then, was the hot light on? He told me that it was not on, only to be cut off by another employee, telling him that the light was, in fact, on, because someone forgot to turn it off. He was very polite (which is why i still gave 2 stars) and respectful, but he seemed to be stressed out and struggling to handle the amount of business coming through. Management at this location needsto show up, and stop leaving all of these young kids understaffed and overwhlemed!

It seeks to me that when the HOT sign is on the donuts still arent that hot. The original location is the best, but I guess this will do when you want to satisfy your taste buds for a donut.

If the light is on. You have to go inside you know those donuts are fresh. Everyone loves Crispy Kreme donuts.

This place is awful. The donuts aren’t even of the Krispy Kreme standard. Dry and unfulfilling. And NEVER hot. The fact that I couldn’t tell the difference between the strawberry and reg glazed is a huge red flag. I won’t visit this place again. Sticking to Cayce.

This location is great! I always receive outstanding service and the workers there are always very kind to my toddler and preschooler (even when it takes them forever to pick out a donut.)

Having to edit my review to a lower rating. Bad experience going at night (visited 1/11/2021). I seemed to be a bother to the staff. They wanted to get cleaned up and get out. Total attitude. Shoved box at me. Let me know they were trying to close. Gave me the wrong donuts. Didnt even close the box. Definitely never get this experience at the Cayce location. Less selection, not as fresh, not as clean, and the staff are NOT as friendly.

I used to get up at 5 am when I was in college in the 80s buy 50 dozen boxes of Krispy Kremes for $50 and sell them to offices till 9am and make $250 a week.They are still the best donuts in the country.

We have Krispy Kreme in KC so when I found out they are in Columbia I had to stop for my son. The classic glaze is my favorite but they have a great choice of donuts. I saw several people get the Apple fritters so they must be good. This store has tables as wells has 2 leather sofas and 2 leather chairs for blogging or facebooking.

Nice place I just think I chose the wrong donut I got the Butterfinger one and it did not taste like Butterfinger but the glazed ones were amazing

The big guy behind the counter catered to the rowdy USC guys came in after me and two toddlers with me!! That attracted him to have some bro time with new bros on the clock... understandable. The other staff member assisted us and he was nice and attentive. We made our purchases and the two little ones happily skipped to the car. Its about those donuts, lol.

They were slow and there was only 1 car in drive thru in front of me. That car beeped their horn to get someones attention and no one ever came so they got mad and sped off. I got to window and sat for a abt 5 or 7 min before anyone came to the window. The young lady didnt say hello, sorry for the wait, nothing.....just repeated my order and told me the price after she swiped my card. And both boxes had glaze all on the box that got all over my hands and pants. My iced coffee was coming out thru the lid even before she handed it to me and offered me no napkins. I prefer Knox Abbott any day. Never had a good experience at this location. Wish I could leave a review with 0 stars.
