Jessica was excellent and she was wonderful ! She helped me set up my new phone. I went from a flip phone to a smart phone and she helped me. Will recommend people to come to her. Excellent and very professional .

I was having trouble getting my phone activated and called this location and spoke with Jessica. She was amazing she tried to help me over the phone and when she couldnt she said to bring it over she would be happy to help. I got to her right before closing and she was so sweet she stayed past closing and made sure my phone was activated and working properly. I will be recommending this location to anyone needing verizon service. Ill be returning for anything I need in the future. Thank you again Jessica!

I have been to this location over 4 times in the last month and was helped by 4 different people. Everyone was friendly, professional and very proficient at their work. Dealing with the public is challenging. Their communication skills are very impressive. They all appear to enjoy what they do.

Jamie Nolan was terrific. Polite, courteous, very knowledgeable. Helped me so much with transferring old phone # and contacts etc from tracfone to new iPhone. Very impressed, and when I need to go back, I will wait until she is in. A true asset to Verizon.

Worse service! Ordered an item for in-store pick up for the next day. Next day no email for pick, called the following day after no email, salesperson said he would call me back with info and when I could pick it up. Several hours later no call or email to pick this item up. Decide to go to the Verizon on Rohrerstown Rd, the salesperson helped me cancel my order from that store and sold me the item I needed & saved me money on my phone service. DRIVE THE EXTRA 10 mins for great service.
