They were great! I went in to get the screen replaced on my phone, it was a little pricey. I had to order the screen, I had to put down a deposit, because it had to be ordered. After a couple of days, I chose to cancel the order because it wouldve taken too long, 10-14business days to get it in. I found another place that had the screen I need in stock and could fix it same day for $100 less.

The guy is super nice and gave my a student discount without any hassle. I’ve cracked my screen twice and he’s delivered both times.

It was easy to get an appointment online and the business opened promptly, I didn’t have to wait to get in the building at opening time. The service technician knew what he was doing and I had my phone within 2 hours. I’ll use CPR again if I have to. The prices are reasonable too, especially compared to Geek Squad.

These people charge just as much as everybody else and I got an absolutely terrible screen that started peeling apart after one month and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that I will need to pay them the full price again to fix this. Terrible customer service terrible work never come here.

Service was good and more or less completed in a timely manner, but during both my initial and return trips I could hear the manager Nico using his electronic cigarette in the back of the store. I wasnt sure at first that this was happening, but, on my return trip to pick up my phone, I was actually able to see a thin haze against the lights leading back into the store. Like I said, the service was acceptable, I just dont think its acceptable for this kind of thing to be happening. I have asthma, so it is a geninue health hazard for things like this to occur when Im patronizing an establishment, especially for something as simple as getting my phone fixed.

I dropped my phone off to get the front and back glass repaired. Unfortunately the back glass repair was too expensive for me that day ($350) so I just left it for the front glass. After leaving I found a better price and they honored that and price matched. They did a great job on the repair as well and the clerks are very friendly.

My grand daughters iPad screen was pretty much scattered. So I called around requesting quotes for a repair. An I came across CPR and they gave me a reasonable quote to repair the 7th generation and they were in my area. That means nothing because Ill drive for a reasonable price. My MacBookPro was getting the blue screen of death at start-up, Chrome was strobing, existing documents were strobing, couldnt get certain applications to respond upon opening, and 75% of my fonts blinked away. This couldnt be happening at a time when I had a huge work project coming up the next week. Panic!!! Went in to get a new screen protector and was immediately welcomed by one of the staff. While they were changing it out, I had great conversation with one of the employees and the service was very fast as well. Just had to take my phone into this location after the eldritch abomination that cursed it finally saw fit for it to gasp its last breath. Carter and James did an amazing job; managing to somehow salvage my contacts, files, etc and transfer them to my new device. They had to battle this thing through a broken screen, inability to hold or even BE charged, and what Im pretty sure was some kind of ancient blood magic(?). This Lovecraftian nightmare of a phone even had the gall to produce an error message informing us that the Google account we were trying to sign into already existed in its memory after refusing to acknowledge it before.Anyways, the service was great. Highly recommended.

Morning crew seemed great and professional on the phone. But I came in person and a blond young man just suggested I claim insurance fraud because he didnt think I could afford $400. Not cool, completely against good business practices. I understood the confusion over the phone, but was ready to pay whatever it took to fix my phone after coming in person. Any SC veteran or active military should not use this location.

These guys know there stuff, I had a cracked screen on my iPad they fixed it promptly within 3 hours.

Overall, provide good service and attention. You tried to help me as best I can with fixing my laptop. My only concern was he could have been a little more careful putting my laptop back together after checking it out. It doesnt close as properly as it did before the check in.

Kaylee (I think that’s how it’s spelled) was wonderful. She was fast and very nice. The major problem I had was that the entrance was not wheelchair accessible. I thought I would have to leave (after driving 40 minutes and canceling previously made plans). To her credit Kaylee did offer to come outside to wait on me but it was a very hot day so waiting while the repair was done would have been quite unpleasant. Luckily, there were two well muscled customers who volunteered to get my wheelchair up and down the step so it ended up working out. I guess I just take it for granted that a business will be wheelchair accessible so I wish it had been advertised that it isn’t.

Seth changed out a dead battery for a new one, and didnt even charge me! Really nice guy, super friendly, and didnt even laugh at my phone. (haha)

Turns out it had a lot of water in an upper compartment so the girl cleaned it out as best as she could and now my camera works just fine! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Pretty good repair shop. These guys were able to get my phone working again after my 2 year old tossed it in the toilet. After taking it to get the screen repaired, it was working decently aside from the battery, so I took it to get that replaced. Even after replacing the battery, it still doesnt hold a charge for long, probably due to the water damage. Wish there had been a way to know that before spending the money to replace it. But, overall, I recommend these guys for repairs; fast, friendly and well-priced.

Thought my phone was doomed (due to a hole in the screen and being cracked everywhere) but they were to revive it and make it look brand new! After their repair, it has been frequently going in and out of no service/invalid sim which it never did prior to their repair. if it continues hopefully they honor their work and attempt to fix it.

I dropped my iPhone 8plus and the screen was badly damaged. Couldn’t use the right half of the screen. Kaylie helped get it repaired in hour and a half as promised. When I returned, she helped me pick out a new case and install Zagg tempered screen protector. Received $10 off each item for having my screen repaired there. Much to my dismay, hours later my screen was ghosting and not allowing me to use my apps. I took my phone back, Seth explained why and then replaced my screen again-at no extra charge. It has been working perfectly since. The screen comes with a lifetime warranty. The service was amazing and price great. Why I gave them 5 stars was how they handled it when something went wrong. Excellent! After waiting 5 days for my cell service provider to overnight me a new phone, I called CPR and they had everything I needed in stock and priced lower. Stopped by during lunch break and was in and out with my new phone in less than 15 minutes. Great service, friendly staff, no complaints at all!

Had an appointment to get my screen replaced at 1PM and he said it would take about an hour. So I came back and he said he needed 10 more minutes so I decided to just wait there. It did not take 10 minutes, it took another hour. And he brought my phone and another customer’s phone (who had arrived after me) out at the same time and started explaining her options to her before he checked me out. The work done on the phone was good, but the customer service was unacceptable.

Maybe great for cells. Not my experience. Repair for laptop requested in Nov. 2016. Got a refund Jan.31 2017. Made several visits to inquire, never got an update by phone on when they would be able to fix my laptop. The two people I spoke with were certainly nice, but Im still looking for a place to fix my laptop that I thought would be fixed just after Thanksgiving.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had trying to get a phone fixed. I came in with a cracked iPhone 6 Plus screen and was told originally the cost of fixing it would be around $100. I mentioned to the worker there that I also thought my phone had the 6 plus touch disease. They replied, “Oh I see, that’ll be around $150 then.” I said that was fine. A couple of days went by and I had no update on my phone. I called and they told me it would be finished the next day, then the next day came, no call, I called and they told me the next day would be when it would be definitely finished, next day came and there was no call. This continued for almost 2 weeks. I was out of a phone for 2 weeks! Finally the day comes where I can pick up my phone. I get there and they charge me $300! I said excuse me, I was told this would be 150? They said oh no sorry it’s $150 plus the original price. I let it go. A couple months later, my new screen stops responding. I call and say that it’s ridiculous, I just want my money back or I want some type of other compensation and they tell me we can’t do that, if the screen is the problem then we can replace it, if the touch disease is a problem, our warranty for that repair is 60 days. SIXTY DAYS IS HOW LONG THEIR REPAIR IS GOOD FOR. I say no, I’m done with this, I had a terrible experience the first time, I just want my money back. They refused. Do not get your phone fixed here, incredibly hard to work with them and terrible at communicating.

Ive been to CPR in the Vista 2x and the Irmo location 2x as well. Ive had a great experience every time.They took care of a bad camera and bad battery on my old phone for super reasonable prices and were really upfront about everything and explained the service really well.Most recently, at the Vista Location they fixed a bad battery for me - I was waiting there bc it only took about 45 minutes, so they brought the phone out to show me the water damage indicator and also a corroded spot on the battery (which was the issue) to make sure I knew about it.I appreciate them keeping me informed - great customer service and their price was unbeatable.
