The only reason 5 🌟 werent given overall is the store needs upgrading. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Fixed my phone after other places said they couldnt..... 5 🌟 for that!!!

The gentlemen in the shop were very tact and professional. I needed my screen replaced and they fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Ive been going here to get my phones fixed for YEARSSSSS and love it every time. Not one time have I had a bad experience or anything. I stay almost in Hopkins/Eastover area and will GLADY take that trip to get something fixed 🔐

They are suppose to open at 10am however I was there from10am-10:40 am and no one showed up. I called and couldnt get through until about noonish and I was told that they would definitely open on time the next day but here I am waiting again for another hour. Dont go here unless you have time to waist!! Poor business skills...

Tried to give this black owned business the benefit of the doubt but every time I think about the time and money I wasted, I decided to share my experience.This dude is a rip off. I paid $100 for him to unlock aniphone. My family member ended up getting the phone unlocked and Kyan had the audacity to take credit and would not return my money. Bad business!!

This man is a SCAM ARTIST, He took my phone and a deposit with the promise of unlocking it within 14 business and removing the iCloud which he did take the iCloud off but I’m still unable to get my phone activated with any phone company!!! When I went to get a refund and my phone back he said I had to pay hem 130 more dollars or I couldn’t get my phone back I wouldn’t recommend hem to anyone. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Really disappointed with their services, The owner was rude and has poor customer service, seems like every time I would call up there he would avoid calls, although the girl that picks up the phone is very sweet and kind, she tries to help but I can tell she might not be up to date with everything in their shoppe. Also tried going to the shoppe and its been closed the last few days.Update 8/18/18They also buy stolen phones! Had a friend who purchased an iPhone 6s Plus and when we went to activate it the guy at the T-Mobile store told her the phone was blacklisted because it was stolen. When she tried going back to the store the guy there Cayenne told her that he does not do refunds and that she can get something else. With the bad service she didn’t want anything else from that store and the Owner told her there was nothing else he could do for her.

I have a HTC HD2 that had Windows mobile..I hated it!!! These guys switched me over to Andriod 2.2 and its like I have a BRAND NEW PHONE. I can do a whole lot more with this phone than I could before. They are the best!
