Very poor service, all I needed was a phone unlocked and the rude guy wouldnt do it. Keep trying to get me to sign up with service from their company but already had a service provider...dont waste your time here!

Phones are NOT ready when you go the first time they always are 2-3 days . Thats inconvenient fo the person who uses the phone alot and my mom and sister have been there and say they can at least call and update you about your phone .
