I believe I met Bubba Spears a little over a year ago at parks Motor Sales. Im not sure how many times Ive used his services but I would say roughly eight times in the last year. He is amazing and tremendously knowledgeable. To the diesel truck owners reading this: it is imperative you develop a relationship with your service department and get to know your mechanic. These trucks are expensive and require scheduled maintenance. I’ve had one minor issue (coolant Reservoir sensor) in 4 years and 130k miles. It hauls a horse trailer with precious cargo. Must be reliable and safe. Breakdowns are gonna happen. My peace of mind is simply one phone call to my service department. I know my truck will be repaired and Maintenance performed and ready for pickup in a very timely manner. And Clean!! If I have any questions or concerns John Puckett is always available to answer them. Look no further for your service department needs. Parks Motors is the best!!!!

Ive never dealt with a more unprofessional, crude, and condescending sales manager as Steve McCarthy. Within two minutes of me entering the dealership, with a scheduled appointment, Steve had both called me a liar and requested I take my business elsewhere. Why? Because I questioned (POLITELY) the $14,000 price increase I was faced with between the advertised price on the internet and their admission of an error when I arrived.I understand mistakes. What I dont understand is the arrogant and hostile tone offered by Steve McCarthy.You can be assured, I will never step foot in a Parks owned dealership again.

Took 35 days to repair the bed of my truck. I was told the head tech went on vacation and it was out of their hands, when i called after 2 weeks of it being there. Later found he was on guard duty not vacation. No transparency what so ever. The sad part is my insurance company recommends them. I will be replacing them also in the near future. Scammed by the people that have business in Columbia. The only plus of this whole experience is the work done on the truck. It is top notch.
