The transaction was Painless and quick. Jim Christos was on top of everything. The reason I did not give it a higher rating was I had to pay full MSRP and they required that I get a 900 plus dollar finish protection package. That kind of left a sour taste in my mouth as well as no discounted pricing.

I was sold a lemon. The dealership had my car more than I did. They were never able to resolve any of the problems. I had to put in a new battery, put new tires on and had to pay a $100 to get the front fixed and it never fixed it. The car had an oil leak and they couldn’t find it, the more they b try broke the car down the more issues. They would not let me have my new tires back, swap them with ones that were originally on it. The staff was very ugly. They had my car more than I did in the 11 months I owned it. Then 3 weeks ago Lee Wilson was supposed to send in our cancellation for the extended warranty and still has not done so as of 09/15/2021. This whole ordeal has made me feel physically sick. How can they do this to people? It has been and continues to be an horrible experience.

We bought a 2019 Yukon Denali and at no fault of Love GMC there was a few issues with the AC. Considering it was the middle of summer I immediately called and they took it in and fixed it right away. The buying process was easy, and when we needed service they fixed it in a timely manner. Marren put me in a similar rental car and I got my car back with working AC. Will definitely be buying our next car from here!

I highly suggest not going there. I bought my car at the end of May of 2019 and first brought it in August 2019. They have never been able to resolve the issue and its been in the shop 7 times. My navigation keeps saying my SD card has been removed and while trying to make phone calls it will bring me to Sirius XM radio stations. The technician states that my navigation card is what controls my phone calls. Doesnt make sense to me at all.. started the Lemon Law on the car at it is even more of a nightmare. Lee in finance is the only saving grace at this place.

I arrived for an appointment that should have lasted 1-2 hours. After over 5 hours of me waiting in the lobby they finally finished the oil change and fixing the adaptive cruise control. As soon as I started the vehicle all the same problem lights came on. In 5 hours they had fixed absolutely nothing!!!

Lee Wilson in finance was extremely knowledgeable and got me an amazingly low interest rate. He gave me all of my options regarding warranty so I could make an informed decision. We took in our 2018 2500 denali due to a issue in the cooling system vehicle only has about 30,000 miles we towed it to them because it was not safe to drive. They called us that vehicle was ready we went to pick it up. Minutes after leaving the dealership the vehicle began to over heat. Towed it back to them later to find out that they never even fixed the issue in the first place and they didnt even notify us about that when we went to pick it up. Turns out the diesel tech they have quit. The only thing they did was fix a recall the vehicle had at the moment. Horrible service would not recommend you bring in your vehicle to get service done.

Thats the first time ever we paid $75 for a oil change. I know this is a new vehicle and it takes the synthetic oil. But our previous vehicles did also, you all never charge me that much before. We will probably have to shop around when its time to do it again.

It was good but a part I ordered made me have to lose the thing that helps pull you up into the bed. They removed it before asking and I may have said no I will just take the one tool box and maybe get a different one if I needed more room. Not a huge deal and I can change it back if I have trouble but they need better communication with customers I think. Everyone is very nice but they just leave out important info for informed consent as it were. Was not a deal breaker though.

Well worth the 3 hour drive for us to pick up a new vehicle. Joe Wilson helped us get 99% of the purchase handled before we arrived. The finance manager was on the ball, the entire crew was friendly, and the waiting room was clean and spacious. After a very thorough run thru of all the features of our new ride from Joe, I knew this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. We had been looking for a truck for several weeks on SE Georgia. Couldn’t find what we were looking for. Expanded our search range and looked out at Love Buick in Columbia, SC.Because we live 3 hours away, we lucked out that Joe Wilson helped us handle most of the transaction over the phone. Bradley was very friendly and super helpful. My car was ready before I thought it would be which was amazing. My only complaint is that it would be nice that when I make an appointment online that my comments would be read so that ALL of my concerns be addressed without me having to ask again. What is the point of having a comments field on the online appointment system if they will not be read? Other than that it was a good experience.

Called to inquire about purchasing a new truck listed on their website. They sent me a buyers agreement with a $995 charge for paint protection. This was not shown on the original pricing for the truck. When I told them I did not want the paint protection, they essentially told me they could not remove the costs because that was hidden profit. The truck had not been received yet so no paint protection was already on the vehicle.

Recently my AC was going in and out...Bradley and his service team were amazingly helpful and professional! I dropped off my car, and they gave me a ride home! I left some groceries and they even brought them back to me! Bradley also noticed a shifting issue with my car and called to tell me about it. He and his team got me all fixed up in no time, had my car back, running well with super cold AC, all covered under my certified pre-owned warranty!So happy with the service I received and recommend Love GMC highly! Arrived 2 minutes late to pick up my car, the service area was closed. The cashier from the sales side located my keys, found my paperwork on the service agent’s desk and made sure I was able to get my vehicle. Always good service in a timely fashion. I bought my Buick Encore in Batesburg 07/17 and have had problems even getting a headlight replaced. They wanted me to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks in advance for it and even longer for scheduled oil changes and the service manager was always rude. My only regret is I didn’t buy the car from Love Buick!

I contacted Love Buick GMC of the situation.I was scheduled right away and my car was ready the same day I dropped it off. The ones taking info about problems need to pay more attention. I have to tell them to fix door and what was wrong few times and when they called said it was ready first time. They still didnt fix what was told to. Then went back and finally did it I hope. Told them door was getting stuck. Told me it just needed greased but 2 days later same thing door rubbing. Not very happy with one who takes orders for service. Sorry

Love Buick gmc has been my go to dealer for a very long time. Growing up in the Irmo area. I recently purchased a used pre owned certified GMC DENALI. When purchasing the vehicle, I was given time to test drive and inspect the vehicle before making my purchase. Noted a leak from the engine before making the purchase and my sales man and good personal friend Ben Brooks (at the time was the service manager) insured me that the leak would be taken care of under warranty.I was also told that ANYTHING that would go wrong with the vehicle in the first year would be taken care of.After making payments on this vehicle for 9 months, I have taken the truck back into the service department twice. (Not under Ben Brooks, who is unfortunately move on to a better dealer)The first time going into service at LOVE I was told the transmission Pan was leaking and needed to be replaced. After the work was finished, the truck had a new OIL PAN... not transmission Pan... and now the leak was more visible in my driveway.Second time back for the leak, it took 3 weeks for them to call and tell me I would owe 1400.00 to have the secondary upper oil pan replaced (or serviced I don’t know) and would not be covered under warranty. After deeply expressing how I was not going to pay this bill. They covered the bill and I received my truck backLiterally the next morning after my drive into work.... I looked under the vehicle and it is still leaking OIL...I called love back, and each time I was super cool about the process because I work in the service industry as a mechanic and I get it this stuff sucks sometimes.... but I called back the next day and told a writer my issues. He told me he would call me back... it’s been two weeks....And now I have an appointment at Jim Hudson Chevrolet and Ben Brooks is my go to guy. He has reached out above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I am making a large monthly payment on, keeps all the oil inside of the engine....

As I drove over the Piney Grove Road bridge to get to Love Chevrolet for my oil change appointment, my tire pressure light went on for my back right tire. At the dealership, I was helped by Zack and he was helpful as always. Showed him the message on my dashboard and he promised to look at it. Turns out I had gotten a nail in my tire. So when they rotated my tires, they discovered the problem and fixed it. And still did it all in an hour! Fantastic. A shout out to Zach - always pleasant to deal with! So glad I was going to Love Chevrolet - I could have had a flat on the interstate. SO thanks LOVE for keeping me safe on the road.Nancy

Its always clean inside and the staff is so friendly and thoughtful everytime i go in for an oil change. i remember the first time i came in to look for a my first new car purchase. I hated to look for cars because we all now that everyone feels as if car dealers harass the mess out you with a million questions and you feel pressured. I was amazed that my car was serviced and ready to go in one hour. I appreciated wifi in the lobby area so I could work remotely while I was waiting. The only issue I had, which I was able to resolve, was that the credit card machine wasnt working. Their answer was to make a photocopy my credit card info (including the security code), charge my card, and then shred it later. While I dont think anyone was being unscrupulous, I was not comfortable with this. I then remembered I had my checkbook in my car, retrieved it, wrote a check and was on my way. Overall, wonderful experience!

I would rate him personally 5 stars, but because of those discrepancies I have to rate the dealership 4 stars. With an expanding family we needed a larger vehicle. My wife searched the internet for exactly what she was wanting. My experience with this dealership is Great compared to pervious GMC dealerships Ive taking my GMC too. The atmosphere, cleanliness of the dealership and service is so much better. If you have workers who treat your vehicle like its a diamond and do the work properly and the environment is good you will have returning customers. Lance was awesome, great customer service and informative. Thank youMy experience at the dealership on 4/27/21 was surprising and unexpected. Quite disappointing. The reason the above statement was made is because they didnt tell me the customer anything about price change on service, for me to choose if I wanted to go through with the service with the price increase. Im very dissatisfied because when you expecting to pay one price and you end up paying $30-$40 dollars more without any knowledge that surprising, especially when it could have been explained before service is very disappointing and bad for business. The fact that someone can tell you after the fact, they could have told you before service to let you decide on what you wanted to do. When speaking with the service manager all they can say is while this went up and that went up and we can put a note on your account to let you know the price when you come in next time, price should be explain before every service job #1 not afterwards. As a manager you should have been more apologetic and sympathetic to the situation because Im sure you wouldnt want something like this to happen to you. There should have been some type of adjustment for next service or credit me back; that would have been the rightful thing to do. You don’t let them know after the fact for next time, next time could be different. Staff should inform customers for current service. This was just unexpectable!

Be cautious! Took my Lincoln MKZ to trade in. They never drove it or even sat on the inside of it. KBB valued the car at $4000 and they offered $2500 for it. When I challenged them they said that’s all it’s worth to them because they would send it to auction. That doesn’t give you the right to lowball me. Also they clearly don’t value GM employees because they refused to accept our employee discount. Total scam artist!

The gentleman that handled the financing, Tony ( I think) also did a great job of keeping the process simple and quick.
