Absolutely loved it! Great selection of stones and crystals as well as everything else. I literally found every single thing I came in looking for which I wasnt expecting. Staff is so helpful and the entire store is just beautiful. Definitely will be my go to shop from now on.

I love this establishment. I’m always treated kindly and enjoy there vast selection. I mainly visit to purchase herbs, incense, candles and sometimes books. The only thing I’ll say that doesn’t have me visiting as often as I’d like is the cats. I’m highly allergic to cats and when I see pictures posted of cats laying all over the retail it bothers me. I won’t ever buy anything fabric from here for fear of bringing high amounts of dander in my house, crystals can easily be cleaned but still… I try not to spend more than 5min in this establishment to avoid hives and an asthmatic attack.

Great place!!! No judgement from the ladies in fact had a great time just having a chat about the beauty of stones, Im a minor rock hound so pretty stones draw my eye. Quiet too. I like stores that are quieter, so anyone with hearing sensitivity can shop in comfort. Plus I got a free stone for spending more then $5. Each stone I bought came with a little card so I could show my coworkers my stones! Defiantly going back to buy more stones and crystals. So professional too!! Some lady came in just looking to start a fight and disrupt this quiet shop and they took care of it faster then anyone Ive seen. Crazy lady left mad cause she wasnt allowed to make a scene.

I love this store!! The atmosphere is so calming and welcoming, the staff are absolutely wonderful and they have an amazing array of things to buy! I bought a necklace and she even cleansed it for me. We will definitely be recurrent customers!

Been going here since it opened, nice store. Things have changed in the past couple years though, not sure what happened. Customer service is hit or miss now. Some staff are helpful and nice, others are outright rude and condescending.

Heart, Body & Soul is a special, special place. It is not just a store, but a spiritual place with a wonderful staff and interesting customers! I love the book selection and the great selection of jewelry, rocks, Tarot cards, teas, etc. etc! It is a healing place, too.

A little expensive, but worth it. I particularly like buying books and tarot decks at this store.

Absolutely not following Covid guidelines. The store was crowded, not due to its actual size but due to poor design/layout. Additionally, management did not care about people without masks.Beyond that, the staff was openly rude and condescending. Would not recommend, especially if you’re a person of color.

I shop here so much. I love the warmth and relaxation that I experience when I am here. I love going through their crystals and also it is a great place for incense and dried sage bundles. Prices are super reasonable and the staff and owner, Amy, are always so kind. I cant say enough how I have learned so much from them and love coming here.

This shop has a truly warm and welcoming environment. My first visit was Saturday, and I suspect Ill return soon and often. Great selection of books, cards, stones, crystals, and incense. Man, usually I love this place.....but today, they made my 4 year old and myself wear a mask.....then told me i was brave for being out, then got on to my kid, and then tried to hurry me up. I just left because it was just a very negative and anxious vibe there. Its really a shame when people live in fear......thats the opposite of living in love...and I refuse to do it.

Nice sometimes the workers are not so friendly or helpful, but the thing is the prices are so expensive compared to other prices that can be found in Columbia, and a few of the things they have sold (not sure if they still do) are not always real or they misinform of it for instance they had one crystal (will not name) it was synthetic but they were not informing I shop here for herbs and will continue to do so but as for stones and crystals not as of right now

I love this store! I could spend hours looking for the perfect stone. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and inviting. The store is very warm and serene, and the variety is staggering and their prices are very fair. This is the perfect place to pick up a unique gift for someone (or yourself 🤗). Great new age store. I like their candles, their tea, their stones, their books. And the store itself has a great energy.Its also okay to sit around and hang out for a while. Theyre also dog friendly. This is my favorite store in Columbia Missouri.

Staff is very knowledgeable, so many fascinating classes to take and people to meet. No pressure sales, affordable beginners crystals. Lots of great gift ideas and books for every topic you can think of. I dont recommend the psychic reading- I was genuinely angry at being charged so much for someone to just ask ME questions ( in other words a not so skilled cold reader ) but being fair shes independent and not the store just works out of a room. My experience 4/05/16 was transforming. I had been traveling all the way to Moberly to Aroma Spa/Woman Wellness, to find good energy stones and healing crystals. Moberly is just one of many places that I had to go to in order to find a place that was completely about spirituality, wellness, alignment, auras, spirits, herbs, etc. The staff I could tell needed more cash register training and inventory training, but they were trying hard. Itd be nice if the owners would sit together, admit a honest weakness in their sales expertise or computer knowledge and together they could work as a cohesive collective. It took my cashier over 30mins to check me out. My sale equalled $66.78. Their pricing was very disorganized. It was kinda ridiculous really. However!!!..., she was lovely, kind, and I needed practice in patience anyhow. Lovely store. Great concept. Truly unique. They have a great selection of common beginner healing stones, at fair prices. I am very grateful that our town, now has a place for shamans, talisman, witches, healers, psychics, and spiritualists.

I really enjoy my visit (h,b&s).

If I could create a perfect shop, this just might be it.
