JUST walked out of the store and I must say I’m amazed with the customer service here. They treat you with respect and very kindly. My husband, kids and I just moved back to SC and this will be my new go to store since it’s only 20 min away from Ballentine. They were all SUPER helpful and friendly. Keep up the great atmosphere 🤗

As soon as I walked in the store I was welcomed by a very friendly staff. They helped me find everything I needed to get in a quick and timely manner and they were so polite the entire time. Such a great group of individuals that work here, very down to earth business. Definitely worth going back to. They’ve earned a recurring customer. I highly recommend Carolina Beauty.

I’ve heard many people complain about being followed around the store. As well as being told they can’t do an exchange due to something that wasn’t implemented in their policy. That’s bad for business! Support black owned beauty stores instead. Being that we are the largest buyers in the beauty market, and we know what we like. Put back into your own community!!!

I wouldn’t even leave a star if that was an option. I went into the store yesterday and bought some clip ins and came back today to do an exchange. They told me I wouldn’t be able to due to me taking the hair out the pack to see if it would match my hair. How else am I suppose to verify that it would match if I didn’t? If you can go to a clothing store and try clothes on, you should be able to EXCHANGE hair that won’t work for you. You’re still getting my money either way. People come and setup shop in our neighborhoods knowing nothing about the community to take our money but as soon as it comes to a discrepancy they don’t want to work with you. I’ve heard plenty of bad things about this store but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Don’t give these people your money. Support black business instead!

This use to be my favorite store... until the other day. One of their employees made it her business to follow me around the store. I’m giving them 3 stars cause I NEVER had this problem before... and the owners are sweethearts but sis literally followed me around that store as if I was going to steal. I’ve put so much business into this store and even recommended them plenty of times but this should be addressed immediately. I was having a bad day so I chose not to approach that employee and purchase my product and leave. From here on out, I’ll be giving my business to Kim’s and Kings. Their less expensive anyway

So I shop at this hair store I spend good money with this store I purchases 3 packs of human hair price at 161. 54. A pack I bring one pack back cause I dont need it Now I didnt ask for my money back but I asked for a store credit the owner say its finally sale thats a rip off and I wont be spending another dime with them not one cent

Will never purchase from there again. They will not do refunds or exchanges. They do not tell you that when checking out either. Its on the receipt after your purchase. Bought a shampoo and conditioner used 1 time and made my hair extremely oily and did not advertise oil in the products. The shampoo didnt sudds up like all shampoos do. Owner was not willing to do anything. I advise all shoppers to go to companies that care about there customer base and back their products up. Very poor business.

This is the best hair store to shop at in South Carolina. Everyone here is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of lace wigs, not to mention the best prices when it comes to them. This store is the most organized store, it’s spacious and they also have a very comfortable designated area to try on wigs. I get all of my beauty supplies from here!!

This company is being discriminatory towards customers in stores for not wearing mask. Then the agents of the company tell customers without mask to go back outside because they offer curbside service but they never come outside to service customers who are deciding to do curbside service... Very shady business practices.

Just left here. I new in town and just couldnt find the store that sold what I use to get back home. This place had everything I needed from hair to makeupm and accessories. Highly recommend. I do not go to hair store alone because my hair is naturally curly/wavy. So I went in not really knowing what I was looking for and the staff was extremely patient with me. They helped me based on the information I had provided. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone for their beauty needs.
