I went there for a shampoo and hairstyle, I ended up having a mess of frizz, like this is how my hair looks when I wash it and air-dry it, never going back there waste of money 😤🤬

I walked in for a haircut and was taken back immediately. I’ve gone to this location before and have always had a good experience but today was the best. Courtney (spelling) has been the first stylist to give me honest advice. I appreciated it. Kept me from making a costly mistake.

It took two appointments to get my stepdaughters hair cut and dyed. That really upset her plus when she got her pixie hair cut, we had to do red highlights instead of a full hair dye due to it costing $60.

Friendly, quick, although my haircut was rather simple. I was required to wear a mask and all the stylists were wearing them too, which I appreciated.

Neither of my kids got the haircuts we asked for and both left with hair all over their face, necks and clothes. It was like a haircut factory and they just wanted us out of the way as quick as possible so they could move on to the next person. We will never go back to this shop...ever!!! Poor customer service all around!!!!

I had a terrible experience here. Yesterday I went to get my hair cut. I asked for a swoop bang, hair to be layered around my face, 1 in taken off and then my layers cleaned up. I walked out with bangs being cut straight across my forehead and only half of my bangs cut. Also I had shorter layers on one side of my face. I left crying. I felt like I was insulted while I was there. The stylist told me what I should be doing for my dyed hair to make it healthy... I never asked for advice... I went back to have her fix my hair today. It was another horrible experience. When I told her my layers were not the same I both sides of my hair. She challenged me with an attitude and tried to tell me they were even when they did not look even to the customer. What happened to the customer is always right? I mean its my hair and I have to live with it. She kinda fixed my unwanted bangs. But when I had her clean up the layers around my face I ended up with a section that looked chopped off. Again I left crying and very upset. I will not be going to this location ever again. I went to Conely location to get this fixed and they listened to what I wanted and got it fixed the first time.

Wow went for a perm after my last 2 were failures! The entire staff was so friendly and talk about fast! My perm took 2 hrs and I have long hair usually in the past I put at the least 3 hrs for a perm. I had time to watch many people come and go while I was there. I did not see one person leaving that didnt look great when they walked out the door! Amanda did my hair and she was awesome but I think I would trust any of them if she wasnt available!

I went there for the first time to get my haircut and had Anastasia as my stylist. She was fantastic! My hair looks amazing and she was friendly and helpful when I had questions about the style and length. If you go here, specifically ask for her.

Organized..Friendly staffs..I had a nice experience..But my husband didnt..He wanted some changes in his haircut as it didnt look like what he had expected after the first round..He insisted on some changes to make it even shorter..But... The hair dresser was so pissed off that she just did it for the sake of doing..It was really uneven and I had to make his hair even after coming back home..Which made it a Bad experience for me too.. 😒

I have always had great service at this location. Thehaircuts my sons and I have gotten have been exactly what we wanted. I also love that I can call, ask about specials and they are happy to tell me and they will even hold my product until I get there.

My wife was significantly burned by eyebrow waxing at this facility. Her stylist was unapologetic about the event. This has been extremely distressing for my wife. I would not recommend going here especially for waxing.

Walked in for a haircut. Didnt have to wait long. I got my hair cut by Pamala, who was very friendly and got the style I wanted done in about 20 minutes. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

They burned my scalp!!!

I went in at 5:00 yesterday evening to get my daughter a haircut. There was one stylist cutting someone’s hair and one stylist at the counter finishing a transaction. One person was sitting and waiting. The stylist at the counter tells me that they are booked the rest of the day and with only 2 of them there they were going to close at 7 instead of 8. I’m looking around thinking there is one person waiting and in 2 hours you are booked?! We left, went to Great Clips down the street and with 2 stylist working there and a constant flow of customers, we got her a haircut and they were very professional. After reading the reviews of this Cost Cutters, I was extremely disappointed at the service or lack thereof. She basically told me that they did not want my business. So they will my ever get my business.

Amanda has done my hair for years. Love her to pieces! Very friendly and gives you the cut you ask for.

Save your money and buy a weedwhacker. Just went for a few inches cut, no layers, nothing complicated. Now the underside of my hair is half an inch longer and theres bits that are just randomly a couple inches longer. Stylist spent more time trying to sell product than she did cutting my hair. NEVER AGAIN! Also- its probably not wise to cut hair w fingernails about the same length as your shears.

I highly recommend Sheri. I had walked out with a pretty bad haircut (the lady hadnt even given me a mirror to check it before I left). Went back the next day and not only did Sheri fix it, I think it was the best haircut Ive ever had. If you want a stylist who will exceed your expectations, go see her. She really cares about her customers and I will only make appointments with her in the future.By the way, if you do get a haircut youre unhappy with, go back and they will fix it for free because they have a 100% guarantee.

Walked in asked if they took walk ins angela said yes i said ok pulled out my phone and showed her a picture of the hair cut i wanted at which time she kinda huffed and i should have taken that as a sign to just leave and go somewhere else instead i stayed and she called an older lady over and said can you do this that lady then just grabbed my phone out og my hand and took a few steps away counter. the two ladies then went back and forth about who was going to cut my hair finally the older lady said fine ill do it i can do it. i honestly should have just left because it would have been better then the hair chop i got stuck with. i asked for a side shave and a side shave was what i got along with patched of hair about two inches longer in spots. the hair that was supposed to be layerd and blended looks like a just grabbed something to cut my hair and went to town chopping along the way it looks like a really bad home hair cut and now i have to go back to a salon and have my entire hair cut fix or walk around with an uneven unblended hair cut not cool at all and i wish i would have just left from the get go and left with out paying this is the absolute worst hair cut i have ever gotten

They have funny things, they have a hundreds of hair cut Manuels but just to watch it only they cant do what you want they do what they know, when they save your hair cut style, next hair cut its definitely not what you ask and what they save on the computer.
