We were told about this garage sowe used it for the first time and were satisfied with the replacement of the transmission for our carOnly time will tell but Steve and his team seem to inspire trust by the way they handled themselves throughout this transactionWe plan to use this service again in the future

Took my car to him for a new engine and he convinced me that I just needed to repair the one I had. 3 months later, and after scrapes on the front and back of my car Im still driving in the same condition I was in when i first gave my car to him. I had to rent a car two times costing me over 500 dollars. I feel I took a big loss by coming to Mr. Steve. Now I have to wait for next year before i can get help with my car..

Very knowledgeable about his work and asset car quickly. Was very nice and most mechanics try to take advantage of women but he told me the truth and didnt try to up sale me on things I didnt need. Would highly recommend thanks steve

Excellent place to have repairs done!

They seem like good people once you go in the first time, however, its never just a first time. I went in to have work done on my car and ended up having to bring my car in several more times in the span of 2 months before eventually getting fed up and taking it somewhere else. Trust me, save your time and money. Go anywhere else.

Horrible. Honestly they get you with the nice customer service but if you want your car fixed without having issue after issue pop up please go somewhere else. I have a land rover which i know is expensive to up keep but EMS supposedly “specializes in that area so i gave it a shot. Silly me, My truck has practically lived there for 8 months. at least 5 related repairs and service engine light still exist. Had a water pump replaced 2 weeks ago. Paid cash started my car heard a noise. Owner said it was water on a belt from repair and said it would dry off on the way home. 1 hour later engine light came on and next day sound is still there. Took it back the next day owner apparently found something else wrong that he didn’t see after inspecting it previously. And after paying out over 400, he issues a new bill for repairs. This is only on incident. The also buy refurbish parts that don’t work. Silly me thought I was purchasing new parts. Ask for a receipt of parts if you do go. Moral of the story, if you want your car fixed right the first time please go somewhere else. Now at Phillips auto they did an inspection on truck they couldn’t believe all the receipts I had over the past 8 months. If you don’t know how to fix a vehicle just admit it instead of taking people money. Its not ok!
