Yes, the parking lot is crowded, but go ahead and elbow your way in because Ive never been happier with an auto repair place. Turnaround is extremely quick, everyone is friendly and polite, and theyre been very practical about diagnosing issues & deciding on the best repair strategy. Pricing is fair and Ive never once been surprised by the bill after getting a quote. I started coming here only because the location was convenient, but Ive been so pleasantly surprised with the service that now theyre the only ones I want making any repairs to my car.

I took my car in and was quoted $800 for necessary repairs, including a REAR BALL JOINT replacement on a sedan. I asked a neighbor who used to work on cars and he said that was too much and this car doesnt even have a rear ball joint, which apparently most sedans DO NOT even have.I was treated very nicely by the staff and they seemed genuine, but clearly I was wrong. Im a woman so Im always cautious about car shops trying to screw me over, and I thought I had found a good one here, but apparently not.They tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix a part that doesnt exist on my car. Ladies (and anyone who might look like they dont know anything about cars) STAY AWAY.By the way I got the existing parts fixed for less than $200.

I would like to say thanks to Steve, Scott and all the great people who work at Columbia Car Care for all everything they do for me ! They always give me fast excellent service when fixing all my vehicles, or just helpful information when I call for advice ! The best thing is they are all very down to earth people the talk to you with respect as another human and explain things so you understand whats going on with your vehicles and usually can make you laugh or put a smile on your face before you leave !!!!!

Very disappointed,during a time of a national crisis,we took our vehicle here for work,told us it was one thing and they fixed it for $900 then call and say its something else and its another $1000,then after we disagree because they should have fixed the problem the first time,when we get our car back it has a huge crack on the windshield!! Thanks for taking food from our kids mouths!!

I had an awesome experience! Had my truck dropped off at about 9am and figured it would have been a couple days to get it fixed, by 2pm they had it fixed and ready to go! They were very confident in what they were doing I will definitely be back to do business with them!

I’ve been taking my cars to Steve and the gang at Columbia Car Care since my first car at 16 since that’s where my dad takes all our family’s cars and his company vehicles. I’m now 24 and live in Kansas City but always bring my car home to Columbia to have it serviced here. All the guys remember me by name and ask how I’m doing and have always been so incredibly kind to me. They’re the only ones I trust to not take advantage of me for being a young women with little knowledge of cars. I’m so thankful for them and look forward to seeing their smiling faces any time I need an oil change. 1000% recommend them to everyone I know.

Another GREAT experience with Culumbia Car Care. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I knew it was probably time to get new tires so I asked them to check the tread. Donnie told me it was time for new tires but did not try to sell me any. They are honest, reliable and the customer service is awesome!I grew up in my fathers garage and I appreciate the fact that they do not talk down to women or treat us as if we know nothing about cars!!

I couldnt ask for a better friendly place to take my auto needs than Steve and Company!I know when my car goes in for scheduled maintenance or issues I will be treated right and fairly. Depending on the problem and how busy they are, Steve and Company usually have my issues resolved the same day, especially if I have an appointment. If there are issues, they will call me, explain the problem, what it will take to fix it, how long it will take to fix it and an estimate.I am pretty sure he works on all makes and models including diesels but, I would suggest you call to be sure and make an appointment.I trust Steve & Company to keep me safe and protected with the work they do on my vehicles over the years and look forward to patronizing Columbia Car Care for years to come!

As a woman who knows very little about cars, finding Columbia Car Care was a major relief. The staff (especially Kayla, the receptionist) are kind and do an excellent job of helping you understand whats going on with your vehicle. I have never felt talked down to or schmoozed.

Donnie showed me personally exactly what was wrong with my car. Another place in town had warrantied me but claimed my faulty parts under warranty were not faulty...when I told Donnie that I could not afford their service but it broke my heart that the other people ripped me off, he not only refused to charge me to look at my vehicle...but he called the company that had ripped me off and told them what they were doing was awful ... First time in my life a mechanic ever helped me and didnt even take my money ...

Exceptional service. They just forgot to look at my air filter like they said they would. But I dont think thats a big deal. Were only human, mistakes will happen, but their service, speediness, willingness to discuss matters and not make you feel pressured into doing any extra work is by far the better experience here. They pretty much just tell you whats wrong, what needs to be fixed soon or pretty much that moment, but they 100% let you decide for yourself without that car salesman attitude or pressure youd get buying a car. I love it here, will continue going here all the time! I strongly recommend these guys!

Took my vehicle in cause the vehicle was in shaking real bad Scott said it acted like the axle they checked out decided to put tires on it didnt fix the problem just charged to much for tires with no road hazard . vehicle is still doing same thing they better change their slogan from we can fix that to we kinda fix it
