Our 2021 Outback needed its first routine service and a small computer update. We had never been in the University Subaru service department although we had purchased our Subaru from them. They were ready, courteous and masked, as Columbia requires, when I arrived. I waited in the customer area and everyone there was masked too as well as socially distanced. The work was completed in a timely way, in fact in less time than they originally told me. They did a Covid-19 sanitizing of the vehicle before I left. I really appreciated their work and thoughtful attitude. I would highly recommend this dealership and service department to any one thinking of purchasing a Subaru.
