Quick and easy service

Jim Patterson and the entire crew are absolutely amazing. I had an issue with a product that they sell that was obviously a manufacturer defect. The manufacturer would not take responsibility for the issue and told me basically too bad Heres where good dealer support steps in. Long story short, Dixie Diesel made it right with me AT THEIR EXPENSE. That doesnt happen anymore. Ill continue to use these fine folks as I have for years for both my personal trucks and but commercial trucks and equipment.

We would highly recommend this company! We were stranded in our cummins diesel motor home on I 65 and they took us in like family. They found us a spot to park our rig in their parking lot. They had all the technology to diagnose our problem and the staff was skilled and professional. We also had our generator serviced while we waited for parts as they are an onan service center as well. Thank you Dave, Brian, Jim, Elmo,Trey and the whole staff !

Had a problem with my diesel, Ford F350, while on a weekend trip. Called Dixie Diesel, and with only an hour til closing, they told us they would try to help. Not just the one helping us but,everyone there was extremely friendly and explained what was wrong and they were able to fix it in less than an hour. My husband was looking for a part for an Onan motor. Although the gentleman at the counter did have some trouble finding it...no fault of his, the part was old and just about obsolete, he did find it and order it. Best part is that we got it the next day.

After paying $3,400.00 to have a pickup tube replaced I drove my truck for a week and the Turbo blew. They snapped the the connector to the vgt solenoid ( not completely sure if it caused this) and it disconnected while driving. Originally quoted me $1,400.00 for turbo and labor, but once truck was dropped off, kicked it up to $2,100. I called Jim out on this and he tried to make me feel like I was getting a deal at $1,800.00, but already feeling ripped off twice, Ill never be back and I discourage anyone from taking their vehicles to Dixie Diesel.

This diesel shop should be your goto shop for anything diesel. Theyre great at what they do and they do it at a fair price. Ill continue to do all my diesel repairs with them!

Sorry for Jacob s luck with his truck, these guys know diesels and they have genuine Cummins parts for reasonable prices, plus they are local... I purchased a vp44 injection pump and very happy with the performance. They rebuild and calibrate them in house. Now Im about to purchase a new head. Thank you guys at Dixie Diesel.

They did an excellent job getting my Onan Generator working. They used genuine Onan parts and now Im ready to go camping!

Needed Emergency Service for overheating and radiator leak issue, as I was passing through on a 5 week ministry trip with 4 different weekend scheduled conferences in 4 different states and 2 countries. Jim, the service manager, even though they were already behind, took my rig in, replaced my radiator reservoir and thermostat and had me up and running in the same day the part came in. Thank you Jim.

What a rip off i bought all my parts needed for 1200$ from sinister diesel top of the line stuff i also work at advance i could got them there for half the price but he said he wont do it unless he supplies the parts an its a $6500 job so 6500 minus 1200 for parts from sinister thats 5300$ in labor or 6500 minus 650 for parts from advance 5850 in labor so hes either making 200$ an hour or charging you triple for parts

Knowledgeable people that are very down-to-earth.

I had my 99 ford F250 worked on by Dixie diesel. My injectors went out and after they had my truck for 5 weeks and multiple calls to see when it would be done they finally called and said they changed out one side of my injectors and it was ready. I thought a repair shop calls and lets you know for sure whats wrong and the cost before doing the job, they didnt I also needed oil cooler gaskets redone and if theyd have called like they shouldve done they wouldve know I wanted um to do that as well so instead my truck got to sit in there parking lot another week before theyd get to it so a total of 6 weeks I was out a truck! After that I didnt put 1500 miles before the other side went out. I took my truck to 2 repair guys local and they said with the miles on it all the injectors shouldve been replaced! Even Dixie diesel them selves told me that a truck with over 200,000 miles on it they do all of them at which point i told them who I was and why did my truck leave there shop half done then at this point I traded my truck for a new. My truck went to them with 347,xxx miles. After they knew how disappointed I was, I was told what can we do over and over like an idiot I said 500 and told thats a start since they spend thousands on advertising and knew I was gonna tell ppl how I got a shotty job! After thinking on it I told them I just wanted my money back and there would be no reason for me to be upset because I had my money back, I was told I was blackmailing them at that point I told jim no sir you asked the other day and Ive thought on it and as you said 500 was a start so Im saying give me my money back and theres no reason to be upset at that point. After much back and forth I was also told I got the shotty repair because with a truck with the miles I had on it they didnt wanna blow the engine up well I talked with both of the local mechanics that worked on my truck before. They said no way in hell putting stock injectors in my truck would that blow the engine up. So I didnt get anything back I got a new truck with a lifetime engine warranty and Anyone I know with a diesel has heard my piece now and now anyone that wanted to read though this has as well. I dont recommend them to anyone needless to say!

Way over priced cummins injector tubes from Dixie right at 350 /tubes from deisel auto power 200 and its that way with everything
