They had my 2018 accord for 33 days. when I got it back my steering wheel wasnt aligned and my car is pulling to the left. The tires arent balanced and it shakes around 50-60. My physical key no longer works to unlock my car. my hood doesnt line up on the left side, its popped up. There was a chip in the paint on a brand new panel that was freshly painted. My cars interior was coated in dust from sanding and the exterior was dirty. The wrong headlight was ordered initially and the had to wait for the correct one. I wasnt called once with any updates during the whole repair.

Insane prices trying to scam and rip off customers go somewhere else

I went there about a piece under my car that was dangling. The gentleman lifted the car and told me how much it would be however he said is safe to drive as it is and its really not in the way. He was so honest that Im determined to go back for another job I need done on my car

Bad, unethical business who really do wow you by overpriced undone work. They even violate their employees and do not honor their words or signed black and white.

Someone hit my car, while it was parked...That being said, Im sure they were drunk which is why they kept going. Jimmy Rivers took my insurance...wonderful, who doesnt take Allstate. They took forever with my truck and said they had to keep ordering this or that and it was all on back order. It is a Toyota Tundra...pretty common truck. I sure am glad they kept me informed of all of this as the process went on and on. Unfortunately, they never bothered to pick up the phone to tell me this, they only told me when I called them. They were such a pain to deal with, I felt like I was getting the standard line they tell everyone, and now I have a loose bracket somewhere where they were working and I dont know whether to use their warranty or not because I dont know if Ill ever get my truck back, especially in one piece.

They did a great job and completed the repairs very quickly. Looks brand new. Danny was super nice. They also cleaned my car inside and out, which I appreciated.

Fixed my side mirror in a day didnt take long at all and vacuumed out my car as courtesy.

Not willing to work with people and way to high

I called Jimmy Rivers to get a used fuel tank for a Mitsubishi Endeavor. Now I was coming on vacation from Illinois to South Carolina, the folks here were very friendly, and last minute they realized they got the fuel tank off a wrong vehicle, it looked right, but it was not. Without skipping a beat, they quickly got the tank for the Endeavor and even threw in the straps for me. I appreciate the great experience and friendly staff from this yard.

Low speed, but serious grill, headlamp, and hood damage.I chose Jimmy Rivers because they were a Geico verified shop.From the minute I walked in the door, I knew I had made the right choice. I was early for my appointment, but it still took less than twenty minutes for me to check in, get an initial evaluation, and a rental car. Before I got home that evening I had an estimate and an expected ready date.Obviously, I had insurance so the estimate was mostly irrelevant to me, I was just interested in the timing. I was told that the car should be ready in one week, starting the following morning. I was impressed considering the make/model of the car and the damage.A day or so later I called to ask about repairing a couple of non accident dings while the car was there. I was given a very fair estimate, and I was assured that the additional work would not impact the original timeline.On the exact day promise I received a call informing me that my wifes car was ready.We picked the car up the next morning.The repairs were perfect. No indication of damage remained. Exact color match and seamless replacement of damaged parts.I highly recommend this shop.For the record, in a previous life I was an assistant service manager for a decent sized car dealership chain. I was responsible for mechanical and cosmetic repairs. Im not an expert on body work, but I am smarter than the average bear.

Did not actually do business with them this time, still, I so appreciate their responsiveness over the phone, being able to quickly inform me if my part was available there or not, saving me valuable time. They have earned the spot of first place to call, when I need a used auto part.

Wow, I have been using a different paint and body shop until this time. Had a claim using my Geico insurance and they recommend Jimmy Rivers. I was hesitant, but glad I did. I have a 2013 Honda Accord ELX-Nav. Only 46,000 miles on it. Had front end work done. It looks as if it came out of the show room floor. Great job. I will start using them from now on!Thanks guys!!

Do NOT let them repair a modern-day newer vehicle with special electronics.First of all, it took them a month to get me in. Then it took them a full week to complete repairs. Upon completion, I found out that an electronic device within the vehicle was completely not working. They failed to test the device because they have no clue how modern vehicles operate nowadays and are unfamiliar with any newer tech. Not to mention the device was improperly installed, missing support brackets, screws, the device wiggles around (which it shouldnt), etc.Ive been spending the last several months fixing what they absolutely screwed up.I really REALLY wish Geico wasnt working with these people. Theyre horrible. If you come in for any insurance claims, walk out before its too late.The good? They cleaned the inside and outside of my car pretty well. They offered to take it to the dealership and have them look at it but they gave me no time frame and I didnt want to take anymore rentals. I didnt have the time or money for it, and they werent too considerate of that.

I had great experience very helpful and on time I thought I had to wait The Weeknd but I called Thursday like at 4:45 p.m. am I part was on the truck Friday morning by 9 I was able to pick it up.

These people do not deserve one star. Lied to., promise Tueday afternoon they pick up my vehicle Wensday. Now its Thursday, the vehicle still sits. I made promises to remove from the person property where the vehicle broke down. Now I look like the liver. What happened to being a man of your word ! Someone went through my car and my items were stolen. I had to wait three weeks for my car to be repaired which was longer than I was told. I wasn’t given any updates throughout this process. They didn’t check my car throughly and they took photos of things that weren’t even worked on.

Great service decent location and the added advantage is that if you have geico insurance than all your needs are taken care of pretty much right away they also have a rental car place inside of The Body Shop which makes it convenient for you to get a rental car immediately after dropping off your vehicle

Not only did these guys do a great job, but they also took care of my vehicle. Car was washed and detailed on the inside when I got it back. The car was in much better shape when I got it back. I will be using then again.

I bought an honda engine from the parts department. .had someone install it. .noticed that it was burning oil ..called them up and let them know ..they asked me to bring it by and let them check it out ..they called me the next day and told me that they would replaced the engine. .WITH NO HASSLE. .NO HASSLE. .and they give you 90 days warranty. No other shop or parts place gives you the warranty or service that they do..I highly recommend them. .btw I never write reviews but I was compelled to do so..great service

They found my headrests, had them waiting, and even offered good advice on my radio. These guys were awesome!

I love this place. I came in for a quote on a Thursday afternoon and although he was really busy all week Anthony told me to bring it by on Tuesday morning and he can squeeze me in. Not only that but he went over and beyond what was expected, he also vacuumed out my car!

Apparently this place hires thieves. They can do well enough with fixing your vehicle but have ZERO problems with taking your stuff. More than one thing was stolen from me, but apparently there is nothing they can do about it. What you can do is find who steals from customers and get my stuff back.

****Do not ever purchase here unless you are a mechanic and know what you are getting. I am a single parent who went here to purchase a motor in January 2015. They gave me a 90day warranty, but unfortunately I was not able to get motor installed in that time frame. I just got someone to install it and come to find out they sold me the wrong motor and was not willing to exchange or admit they sold me the wrong motor. I paid $649.00 for a used motor that doesnt work.....It may be pass the 90days, but the point is it was NEVER THE RIGHT MOTOR!!! I hope they know you reap what you sow.
