I am truly impressed by the work that was done on my truck by Bopp Collision. Being out of state, I had little to no knowledge about the auto repair shops in Columbia. The staff was so nice and helpful and they gave me an extremely fair price compared to the other shops I received estimates from. Not only did they fix a severe fender and match the exact color to my truck when painting it, but they also vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my truck! I recommend Bopp’s Collision Center to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

Kevin and Tim handled all of the insurance work for me, as well as putting my car back together seamlessly as if I never had a parking lot fender bender - also in under two days might I add! I can not speak highly enough of the service that I was treated to at Bopp Collision. I was rear ended and came to them during the colder months of the year. The men immediately assessed the damage, crawling under my car and using flashlights to inspect everything. They gave me a quote right away, called the other persons insurance company, and set me up with a rental car. Within 6 days, they had taken my car, fixed it, and gotten it back to me. They found additional damage when they took everything apart, and called the insurance company again on my behalf, so that I never had to deal with any of the difficulties of the accident. All of this while updating me regularly and treating me with respect, and explaining everything to me as I know nothing about cars! Over the next three months, I had two issues (which both turned out to be unrelated) and without asking questions, Bopp came to my place of work and picked up my car, checked the issues, and set me up with the appropriate dealership and warranties so that I again did not have to do any of the work. They also remembered my face and vehicle after THREE MONTHS! High-quality, old-fashioned service. Could not recommend them more.

Every place in town said I would have to buy a new bumper, the dent could not be fixed, and wanted me to spend +$1,000 for a new bumper. Bopp fixed the dint in my Chrome Bumper saved me at least a $1,000 dollars. Great facility. Awesome brand new paint booth! Quick service.

I recently had an automobile accident that left my 15 year old truck totaled. I wasn’t ready to say good bye to it, as it had sentimental value. The insurance company didn’t give me enough cash to fix the truck completely since it was so old, but that is where Kevin Bopp and his amazing team stepped in.Kevin came up with a plan to restore the truck to working order given the limited funds I had to work with. Kevin kept me updated throughout the repair process and his team had the truck up and running very quickly, limiting the time I had to be in a rental car.I can truly say that my truck runs better after being repaired by Bopp Collision than it did prior to the accident. As I save money, I will definitely bring my truck back to finish the minor cosmetic repairs.If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing collision repair, I whole heartedly recommend Bopp Collision. I promise you that you won’t be disappointed.

I have a low mileage ten year old truck that is as clean as it was the day it was bought new. I didnt think it could look any better. When I had an accident that made it look like The Hulk gave it a black eye, I was very upset. After going to See Mr. Bopp, I felt like it was in great hands! This is not the only lasting impression left in my head with him. He went above and beyond to make my truck look better than it did, with all OEM parts and a phenomenal turn around time. Im pretty sure he had my truck done in 30 hours, he picked it up and dropped it off looking better than ever! I know who I will be using and referring in all my future body work needs!
