We ordered a hot tub and it took a long time to get it because of all the COVID-19 craziness but we finally got it and we absolutely love it! Well worth the wait. The guys who delivered it, Jeff Duncan and Luke, were very professional and a lot of fun! It was so hot that day but they were still friendly and willing to make sure that it was exactly where I wanted it. Thanks guys!

Since my husband Quentin has started working here this is the highest quality furniture and best atmosphere he has worked in by far. As a family run business, they show genuine concern for his well being and that of his family. A nice change from a corporate atmosphere.

This review specifically addresses Jeff Duncan and the great customer service he provided in response to a service call involving a new recliner. He arrived on time, quickly acknowledged the problems with the recent purchase and identified / implemented temporary fixes that made the chair usable while the company works to find a suitable replacement. Jeff was a true bright spot in the midst of an otherwise frustrating experience.

We only have good things to say about Missouri Furniture, our salesman Joe H was great at assisting ur with our purchase of our hot tub. We decided on a plug and play that was expandable, we checked around, even though shops sold them, they didnt have any in stock with high prices and waiting period of months.We knew they had them available so we checked them out.Joe was professional, courteous and funny and didnt pressure us, the price was very reasonable.Our purchase was seamless,we had the delivery setup, took about 5 weeks, not to bad.On the day of delivery everything went smoothly, our delivery agent was Jeff Duncan and his assistant they were on time, professional, and knew their stuff, the longest part, waiting for the hot tub to fill with water.He explained how to use the chemicals and test strips to my spouse, it was so easy.All in all we are so happy with our hot tub and every step of the process!What ever your interested in, check them out were glad we did.

I should give zero stars considering I bought my dining set through ashley home furniture and its better than i originally thought itd be. My bone to pick is with this company. I received multiple flaws on my new (paid for) dining set including dings, warped wood, and cosmetic damage. I since have called back around six times with the companies word id get only the chairs replaced, yet every time i DO manage to speak to a human, they say theyll call me back with a plan to work on a date for my replacement delivery. And i get ignored. This isnt coincidence as it has been nearly a year and i called the week after it was delivered. The only time they called me back, was when they mistakenly thought it was a new order of the whole set. I told them no, i needed only my chairs replaced and again, got told by the guy that originally delivered it, that hed call me back and he never did. I am not satisfied with missouri furniture.

My husband and I bought a Justice sofa and chair and a half from the team at Missouri Furniture. Mark P. was helpful in picking out colors and throughout the order process. When our furniture came in Tristan & Brandon were quick and careful in getting our old sofa into the basement and our new pieces into the house! Would definitely recommend the whole team!

Very happy with our sectional. Grant Burton was very helpful and answered all our questions while shopping. A very large furniture selection. The prices are reasonable and the staff are experienced. Pickup is free, but delivery and set up cost extra. The furnitres is pretty packed in (great for selection, but I imagine a wheel chair would have some difficulty navigating).

We ordered a set of bunk beds. Bryan and Jimmy were very professional setting them up. We encountered multiple problems with the packages Missouri Furniture received and they handled them quite well. Very impressed.

I cant say enough good things about this place; we went to at least 5 furniture stores, none of which had mattresses in stock, and all of which were at least 6 weeks out for ordering. We were told by a friend about Missouri Furniture, and were pleasantly surprised to find that they had what we were looking for available within 2 weeks. The 2 guys who delivered our mattress (Bryan and Jimmy) were so courteous, helpful and contentious when they got to our house - very friendly service! All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend Missouri Furniture to anyone in the market.

Nice selection and the sales people are not super pushy. I appreciate that.Update: I dropped my star rating because my paperwork was messed up. Apparently Belinda quoted me incorrectly at the time of purchase, so at check out time my 5 year warranty was conveniently left off (I wonder now if it was deliberately done since I was under quoted) I called for delivery 4 weeks later and was informed that they meant to call me because I had an outstanding bill for $105 for the warranty. There was no offer to fix their mistake and I dont get the warranty which was one of the reasons I chose their table rather than the ones I looked at at Ashley and Slumberland. I doubt Ill be back.Update 2.0: I dropped my rating again after my recent transaction regarding the table. I received a the table on 11/28/18, in my excitement I didnt properly inspect it, however I called the Friday after to report damage on all 6 pieces. Some minor, some more noticeable. They were too busy to deal with me on Black Friday (understandable) but called me back a day or so later. They informed me that they had ordered 3 of the tables to have in stock since it was selling well and they would ear mark one for me. It would take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.Fast forward to 12/28/18, I get a VM from Bill that states my delivery time is between 12:30-2:30. I was out of town, however, drove in especially so I would not miss the delivery. At 2:45 I called to check on the delivery and left a with an associate.Called back on 1/2/19 because my call was not returned. I was informed that the delivery men tried stopping by and calling several times to deliver. I checked my call log while on the phone with them and informed them that I only missed one call at 11:20 that day (I dont answer unknown numbers and especially not while driving) and no message was left. And I was home from 11:45 to 3:30 and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. Im assuming if they did it was at 11:20 which was an hour before my delivery window.The suggestion was to deliver the following Tuesday, but Im not willing to take off work because they screwed up. The next delivery time that worked for both of us was today, 1/19/19, I did not receive a call yesterday with my delivery window so I called this morning and spoke with an associate that (accidentally hung up on me) the store manager Bill did call me back and they had no record of my delivery scheduled today. I let Bill know how very unhappy I was with their level of customer service and he assured me that he would call me next Friday to let me know the delivery time on 1/26/19. Stay tuned...Update 3.0: On Friday 1/25/19 Bill left a VM that the table delivery is set for 1:30-3:30 on Saturday and to please give him a call back because he has some news. I returned his call and he informed me that they went ahead and paid for the warranty that was left off in October. The one that the previous manager told me wasnt going to happen unless I paid the extra $100. I thanked him for making the error right.The next day, I received a call from the delivery men that they were ahead of schedule so they showed up, however, in the records were incorrect and showed that I only had two chairs, table and a bench rather than four chairs, table and a bench. They had two chairs on the delivery truck. They offered to let me keep two of the damaged ones until replacements came in. While they were setting up the new table, Bill called and asked if he could bring over 2 chairs from the furniture shop to make up for the error. He showed up in his personal vehicle and delivered two replacement chairs. I now have a complete table that I am happy with and Bill make great strides in restoring my confidence in their company. I may return in the future when this frustrating experience is not as fresh.Update 4.0. Called Bill on 2/18/19 about my warranty, stated that he would check on it, it should have been completed and if not he would personally drop it in my mailbox.Update 5.0. Called today 3/14/19, no warranty, and no Bill I left a message.

We were very happy with our service. Bryan and Jimmy delivered on time and went the extra mile by cleaning a spot on a chair. They were careful carrying things into the house and checked to be sure that everything was right.

He promised he would be here on Tuesday (today) and he sure did! He came first thing in the morning and brought exactly what I wanted. He was suuuuuper nice and set everything up super fast! Management needs educated on customer service . Wanted information on the chair pictured. Trying to furnish a second home, and was dressed in comfortable work clothes. Didnt look like an important customer, and was treated like scum. Told three different prices on a single item and harassed for wanting a picture of the one item I was interested in purchasing. Management needs to seriously address how they interact with customers.

What a great selection for every room in the house and outside furniture too. Sure some things may be pricey, but the quality is excellent and there are several other pieces to fit nearly every budget. Go take a look!!

Missouri Furniture helped me out in a timely manner with great customer service after Ashley Furniture failed to deliver my furniture. Eric Anderson was incredibly helpful and found the same bedroom suit I had ordered from Ashley and managed to get it delivered to my house in two days. Missouri Furniture even matched the lower price I paid at Ashley despite the fact that their furniture was more expensive. If anyone needs furniture I 100% recommend Missouri Furniture, the staff is willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. The delivery service was reliable and efficient. They set up my furniture and were super friendly and willing to move the bedroom pieces around to fit my desire. They were also super careful to not damage my walls or carpet. The next time I need furniture I will be going back to Missouri Furniture and I will be recommending it to all my friends.

I had a unique situation needing to order a chair for my father in law that just had major surgery. I called and spoke with Kyle. He was so helpful and immediately texted me pictures of 5 options based on my specifications. They made the process go so smoothly. Delivery was very quick and professional. The people there are so nice and funny. They do an amazing job of helping you and give you time to talk things through and find what you need. They have an amazing array of options for all of your household needs and the financing options are good for those who want to build their credit and not wipe out their savings account. 5 years ago I spent approximately $5000.00 at this store. I was told by the store manager that I was being charged for a warranty on the bed to the tune of about $137.00. He said if I didnt have any claims I could get it back. Fast forward 5 years when the warranty is up. I contact the store, the manager has changed, and after calling them 3 times the regional manager calls me back and tells me that I can only get store credit for $99.00. I was told by the manager 2 years ago that I could probably get the money back instead of having a store credit. The regional manager said absolutely not as it is there store policy. What is more important store policy or customer service? I will never shop at this store and I recommend others not to. They do not stand behind their word. Some if the worst customer service I have had. Go to St. Louis or Kansas City where you can get quality and customer service or like most, shop online.Never again!!

Great furniture, fair prices, great service. Setting up a delivery time was smooth. They deliver their own furniture which is a plus, and the only way I would use them. Ive had horrible experiences with Slumberland in Ashley Furniture and their subcontracted delivery people. Missouri Furniture did a good job removing our old furniture, and they knew how to set up the new furniture and set it up correctly. I would definitely use Missouri Furniture again.

NO masks required to shop. This place is not safe to go shopping. They don’t require masks to be worn by anyone. Everyone is just walking around with no mask on like there isn’t deadly virus going around. I would never shop here again, even after all this passes. I will never shop here again because I know that these people don’t care about safety.

Greatest selection and best quality furniture we could find in the area! We shopped several other furniture stores and to be honest, we had horrible experiences and they have lost our business for ever! On the other hand, Missouri Furniture will be the only place we go from now on to make any future purchase for our home. We searched all over town for a quality bedroom set, and didn’t find anything until we went to Missouri Furniture. We found beautiful, locally-made custom furniture that I know will last for us to hand down to our children. The guys at the store were patient and very helpful, and the delivery drivers were careful and conscientious of my home and the furniture they were delivering. Our salesman, Joe Hoener, was really nice and helpful. This is no bargain basement place. They have good products, and charge for them. Joe was NOT PUSHY at all, which was really nice. He wasnt in a rush, was patient, gave us price estimated and options then let us leave. No high pressure sales. My wife and I were very happy and will likely be doing business with them soon.

I loved my experience here. From the helpfulness of the staff through the ordering process and through the careful delivery, this was the best furniture buying experience Ive ever had. One of the seems on the sectional cushion was frayed upon delivery and all I had to do was email a picture and they sent in for a replacement just like that. Now, I understand some of the frustrations on late shipping, and it happened to me, but this is the nicest piece of furniture Ive ever invested in, I can wait an extra two weeks while they make it for me. Ive bought from Ashley etc. my entire life, but everything falls apart within a few years, and I am done with cheap furniture just because I can have it sooner.

Did not have the hours printed on the door when we stopped through at 7. Open sign was still on, so we went in. Made it a decent way into the store when an employee finally appears and asks, “can you make a quick one minute lap around the store because we close at 7.” Customer service was not there at all and we will not be shopping here because of this.

Worst shopping experience ever!! The guy who said he is the manager interrupted our conversations with another salesman several times!!! I told him stop talking with me, but he still keeps doing it! After we paid the table set, the guy come again and told me the set is sold as is and there is no warranty! That is totally different from what the other salesman who showed us around and we bought the set from told us. At that moment I cancelled the payment, and would not shop in that store ever again! The store is near I70, EXIT 133.
