I went to three other furniture places in search of a living room set. But didnt run across anything that screamed have to have! I walked into Farmers and was immediately impressed with the selections and prices. Sandy was the one who helped me with my final decision and she was fabulous!!! If Im ever in need of anything else I will be returning to this store.

Wonderful customer service...didnt hesitate to show what we wanted and wasnt pushy with trying to get someone to buy something they didnt want.They showed us several different styles and let us choose.

The sales lady, Sandy, was wonderful. Very helpful. When we made our choice and wanted to pay, we took their offer of 10% off for 12 months same as cash financing. We then had to deal with shady, dishonest, “used car salesmen” who tried to get us to sign finance paperwork with tons of extra fees. We dont have many options for furniture in Columbia but I can promise we will never deal with this company again.

Worse experience the staff was rude didnt want to help at all. Applied for a credit only to be denied. And when explained why I was denied made NO SENSE AT ALL stated I needed a certain score(which I have) then states its my income but I have 2 jobs after going back and forth the person then states its because of charge offs 🙄🙄 they gave me so many different reasons. Meanwhile they offer financing for everyone without a credit check and SOMEHOW after having the issues about my credit they stated I couldnt finance either. Nevermind the fact that the website states EVERYONE can get financing. This store is just pure trash and the furniture is as well. Columbia TN office to be exact

We purchased a cat napper sectional. Our salesman was very attentive, patient and helpful. After delivery we realized the three piece sectional would not fit in our home so they took the wedge part back and refunded us. After a few weeks we noticed some issues with one of the coaches and they replaced it for free! The customer service we received from everyone there has been exceptional! We will definitely return in the future. Thank you Farmers family 😊

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Great experience start to finish. Rusty took her time explaining each sectional/couch to me and answered any questions I had. I didnt feel rushed or pressured like other places. Opening an account was simple and stress free. The delivery service was great the guys made sure everything was set up, working, and where we wanted it before they left. We will definitely be back soon for our next furniture purchase. Thank You!

The Columbia store is terrible! I was sold a broken chair and was promised by Patrica to have it fixed and it never was. Kimberly calls 2 times a day to tell me my bill is due after its already been paid.i told her it has been paid and Kimberly responds to me, “ No honey, it wasn’t!” So I blocked all calls from that store. I will send in payments when I feel like it because I want them to have to call me 🤙 and waste their time like they have wasted mine!!! I will never buy another thing from there EVER!!!!

Always been greeted and thats important to me.. I hate going into a furniture store and be completely ignored... We left Badcock for that reason.. So glad we spent our money here at Farmers!!

Great place to do business! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, from the sales team to the delivery drivers. They work really hard to get your needs financed and they have quality merchandise.

This place is a rip off.2 weeks ago My elderly father needed a recLiner to keep his feet up and make it easier to get up and down and the one we picked out was almost 400.00 and they wouldnt come down a dime.I go to the mail box today and now its on sale for 250.00 w/ limited quantities.This just goes to show that its all about the all mighty dollar and not helping people.I know things arent free but it just ticks me off to talk people into anything to make that commission.I told him lets check around more but the salesman talked him into it like I wasnt there.This is the absolute worst furniture stores ive been in where the pushy salesman wont take no for a answer or follow you all the way to the door.Buyers beware of this store.100% RIP OFF ARTIST THAT STALK YOU ALL OVER THE STORE.

Have been doing business with them for a few months and are very friendly as soon as you walk in the door someone is there to try and help you get what you need so you can get in and get out and be on your way

I worked at farmers and all the merchandise was always damaged and broken off the dc truck. Management was awful and didnt give a rats a** about employees. Delivery guys get high and can never make a delivery on time. Dont work with employees on urgent matters. Training wasnt there all around bad store
