Next time I visit this store, which will be VERY soon, I will be delighted to take some pictures. Whomever is managing this store, I applaud you! Your store is not only the cleanest and most comfortable of the chain I have visited, but your employees are kind and contentious. My cashier excused himself and QUICKLY got so.e hand sanitizer because he had ran out.Thank you for doing it right! I live less then a mile from a 99 but I will be driving the extra 6 miles and doing so frequently!

I love 99 cent only stores but the manager at this place screams unprofessional! Everytime I come in, hes either talking down to employees or giving someone an attitude. Today, he was in the front area of the store literally on his phone on a personal call being loud as ever. I just feel bad for who ever has to take him seriously as a boss.

My son needed to use the restroom so we had to ask twice for the code to the bathroom and both times someone was supposed to be coming. No one came. While we were waiting there we heard a few people in the employee room next to the restroom I heard people in there. I knocked and asked if they could open the door for my son so he could use the restroom and no one answered it also got quiet in the room. Moments later the door opened and a man by the name of Ivan walked out in regular clothing. I asked him if he heard me knocking and he said, yep when I said why werent you able to open the restroom he said, i dont know and I said well thats rude you werent allowing a child to use the restroom for your own selfish reasons. Be then said, I dont give a f**k and continued walking to the front of the store. Clearly, this worker has NO customer service guidelines, and needs to be retrained again with the proper procedure on handling a customer. Very unprofessional of ALL the employees to leave a CHILD waiting to use the restroom. My basket of items was left right at the door, and I DO NOT plan on returning.

The store is a great place filled with shelves with merchandise for all needs. However management has made poor decisions and placing management over its employees and customers. From the manager Jose who look completely lost to the manager with a blonde and black roots, stubby who is sour with life. She gives off an unwelcomed, facial expressions, vibe, and rudeness to the customers. At one point we got into an argument so she waist and slammed one of my rock stars causing it to burst and make a disaster in my bag with my merchandise. Your customers deserve better service if you want us to continue shopping there!!!

I usually come here when I want to buy stuff for camping, however the night shift manager was absolutely disrespectful, there was a homeless man behind me asking for just 10 cents so he can afford his food.. after I paid for my stuff I wanted to pay for his food instead of just giving him 10 cents (mind you, he wasn’t bothering anybody and just asked me only for 10 cents he wasn’t even begging like that). The manager that was working at register 1, told me that I couldn’t pay for his food and that “he has it” looking down at the counter as he was struggling to count his change to make sure he had enough, I told the manager that I’m going to pay for it regardless and I slide my card, HOW pathetic and disrespectful you guys have for a night manager! Who is she to tell me what I can and can not do! I don’t care if she sees him on a daily basis and knows him more than me if I want to do something that’s none of her business! Very insensitive and how is this customer service? Was it possible discriminating? Against this man?!

I can usually find what I need.Lines are horribly long. Some cashiers have no customer service qualifications at all. So today is the 3rd of Aug 2017, I just came from store...I was WOWed by the appearance,it was clean neat, i still didnt get a how are you? but it was very nice and clean,the line was actually small,thank you for listening.

Its close by the San Bernardino Valley College and a bus stop.This makes it convenient to get groceries.

One of the nicest stores on the chain of 99 Cent stores. This location is large, and never disheveled.

Everything is perfect in that stor except tonight i stoped to get some stuff me and my daughter it was about 9:10 my daughter had to go to the restroom i asked on of the girls with blonde hair and shes short and huge roots i asked her if she could open the bathroom for my daughter and she told me in a very rude way No i cant very rudelyi hope that bot all the clients that go there have to go through that uncomfortable moment and especially if you have a sick daughter and cant hold in when she has to go to the bathroom i hope that lady changes her ways in acting or alot of people wont be going any more.
