They charged me for ez clips with my top end kit, but didnt send them and didnt tell me. That set me back one weekend of riding when I discovered the clips were missing as I was trying to put a new piston in.They then tried to send me the clips, suggested they were gonna be sent, but they werent. When I followed up again, a few days later, they sent them to an address I havent lived in for 7 months...biggest issue I have is that not once did anyone apologize.....well while I was posting that, and after I asked for my money back, I got an apology and they are sending more clips. So, Ive upped my review from a 2 to a 3 star. Sorry, best I can do.

Alec at Slavens really came through for me. I needed to get an ECU remapped and did not have a spare. I also needed a new fuel pump. Well needless to say after a couple of emails and 2 overnight shipments back and forth, I had a freshly customized mapped ECU and a new fuel pump installed. In less than two days I was ripping again. Hello there I purchased the upgraded starter kit for 16+ ktm 300 xc and the new starter cover and bushing. I believe I already had to upgraded bendixs and crown wheel but wasnt shure. When got the parts it confirmed that they were the upgraded because the gear number were same on both.Put everything on just like video say on YouTube and still get the restart starting. Nobody there could help with the situation I was having and still havent got no response on why. So just to let everyone know this upgrade will not fixs the issue.Thanks everyone and have a nice day

Purchased and paid for a s3 head and get injector/programmer for my ktm 300. The purchase was made October 19th 2020. Its April 9th 2021 and the head has not arrived yet. Customer service has casually told me they are on back order whenever I call. The money was accepted but as I stated still no product.Normally the company is great and ships quick/zero issues. This issue is rather large as a head completely changes the performance, I have been riding a slug for the last 6 months when I paid money to correct that issue.So what I would like to see is my head show up obviously, but maybe in the future a little better customer service with calling customers and letting them know what’s going on with their order.Hate leaving a bad review with all the entitled people now days but I feel like waiting 6 months and them accepting payment should at least justify placing a phone call or email to the customer letting me know what’s going on.

After purchasing a 2021 Husky FE350, I realized that the motor was extremely choked off, due to all the smog equipment and the USA ECU. So, I went to YOUTUBE and found a video from SLAVENS RACING that gave a tutorial and options for helping my FE350 breathe. After completing the upgrades that SLAVENS RACING recommended, the FE350 is the mountain climbing, single track slaying monster that it was designed to be. I highly recommend SLAVENS RACING for all of your Husky-KTM and any dirt bike upgrades and tutorials. These guys are AWESOME! Cheers.

The guys couldn’t have made it any easier or painless. And responding on a holiday weekend no less. Buy from these guys, they will make it worth your while!

Will not order from this business again. Their machine driven parts selector is not accurate when selecting the right machine FYI. No model year of the 701 comes uses the hi-flo short filter that it recommends. When called on it they would not send me the right filter for my bike at no charge. I can’t believe they will lose a customer over a 6.00 filter but they will. I was told the mistake was mine and that Jeff’s money couldn’t be spent in that way even though it’s their websites mistake.

Hello Id like to make my issue known so people dont have to waste their time ordering from here. I was extremely excited to order my rebuild kit and new slip on for my new ktm and had no issues selecting the parts everything said in-stock so I placed my order. after a week of anxiously waiting I get my package witch was allot smaller of a box then I had expected... turns out what I had been looking forward to the most my slip on was on backorder I called them and they guy told be they are currently on back order from fmf and they have no clue when they will get them to even be able to send them out. I was never notified the item was backorder and dont want to wait however long that could be so I asked for them to refund the money so I can purchase from someone who actually has has it in stock. I was told it would take 7days for money to be back into my account Im on day 9 now and still no money.... so I would call and make sure their site is accurate before giving them the money for parts they dont have or know when they will get witch to me is pretty unprofessional not even to notify me before they shipped other parts. no telling when I will get my refund dont feel like calling them again so based in that they get this review. hopefully learning from this situation and giving future customers a better experience than I had

Just recently purchased a KTM 125 it was a Monday so the only place open was slavens drove all the way down there from briargate and theyre open but you cant come in now Im wearing a mask when I come to the door the door is locked I see people in there and they just stand there and look at me like whats this guy doing Im there to purchase keep in mind someone finally comes to the door and tells me theyre not taking walk-ins only you can call again this is my first KTM so I had some questions either he was unqualified for the position because he knew nothing or he was unqualified for the position because he knew nothing so I only spent a little over $40 it could have been $200.. he was not a walk in the park to talk to neither... Needless to say thats too bad because that would be the last time I go there

Ordered a 50 dollar bracket then added 170 for postage so cancelled it and messaged for over a week they told me PayPal had the refund and were holding it as id said it was dodgey pay pal said they hadnt received it even made a false email to show it had been refunded eneded up ringing PayPal who said they hadnt got it. So I emailed threatened to leave bad feedback and after a week of making me wait thinking its funny I recieved my refund. Customer service was laughable they held my money all along thinking I was been taught a lesson. Make your own mine personally id never go there again ive bought alot over the years...disgusting

I own a 17 500, had nothing but fuel pump issue after fuel pump issue. Dont even waste your time with anyone else. I put slaves pump in and my bike is better than it ever was!

Bought a part online, first it was back ordered. Then they sent it to the wrong address. 3 weeks later and I still dont have it when web site said I would receive it in 5-7 days. Asked if I could receive a discount on my next order bc of this and they never replied back to that question but did message me back in the same email chain. Customer service wasnt there for me.

Slavens is where you go when youre serious about enduro and trail riding. They keep stock on the best equipment and all of the staff know their stuff. When youre ready to get rowdy, go support the finest local accessories and suspension shop around. They will get you where you want to be.

Jeff and his staff are great people that know the KTM brand well. They have a surprisingly good selection of parts and they also carry a better selection of the higher end accessories and riding gear than the other motorcycle shops in the springs (at least for adults, you might find a better selection of child sized stuff elsewhere) without all the cheaper things taking up valuable shelf space. The riders in Colorado are lucky to have a shop of this caliber around.

Tried to buy an S3 head. He said I had enough compression. I told him I actually wanted a lower compression insert. He said I would lose low end power. After much unwanted and unneeded advice I bought a VHM head from Langstons. Never again.

I purchased a KTM factory radiator from Rocky Mountain ATV. I installed it and it immediately started to leak. I took photos and emailed them to Rocky Mountain and they said “Yes, you qualify for refund. We just need to get approval from KTM. Please mail the radiator back to us. I said “That sounds like double speak. I bought this part from you not KTM.I needed the part ASAP so I bought a Fluidyne radiator from Slavens. They mistakenly shipped it to my PO Box billing address and UPS returned it to Slavens. I called Slavens and told them I needed the radiator because I was leaving for California from Seattle the following day for a five day dirt bike camping trip. Slavens overnighted another radiator at their expense to a friend of mine in California. The part arrived on time and everything worked out great!The mark of a good company is how they handle things when theres a problem. Slavens performed admirably and Rocky Mountain ATV fell flat on their face. Thank you Slavens!

Slavens Racing is AMAZING! I have a 2017 KTM 350 EXC-F that was giving me fits with flaming out & stalling. I walked into Slavens & started talking with Greyden, he instantly knew what was wrong & suggested a different ECU to fix the bikes extremely lean mapping. I was a bit hesitant at first, but he assured me it was the way to go. I finally convinced myself to buy the GET-ECU & the bike was transformed! I took the bike back to the same trail I rode the week before with multiple flame outs, NONE this trip.I’m not a pro rider, I ride for the enjoyment, and this upgrade was well worth the money! I had it installed in about two beers time. Was simple with the YouTube tutorials from Jeff. It took me longer to download the app & get that set up than installing the GET-ECU. I would highly recommend Slavens Racing, and be sure to ask for Greyden, he’s very knowledgeable & even helped me find a few new places to ride. 👍🏻

Very unhappy with these guys. Bought the stink bug kit from them. Spend almost $100 Canadian. Had a journeyman mechanic from a local dirtbike shop install it and it blew up in one ride and I had to buy a brand new shock assembly costing me $1000 after all was said and done. Thought it was maybe the shop that had made a mistake so I took it to another shop and had it installed again by a journeyman mechanic. Once again it blew up in not even one ride. I emailed them and all I did was ignore my email because I have emailed them in the past and they write back quite quickly. This is very poor engineering on Jeff Slavens part. I will never buy anything from Slavens Racing again. They do not stand by their product at all.

I have know Jeff Slavens for over thirty years and he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to motorcyling... His vast experience and expertise is evident when you work any of the staff at Slavens Racing. Furthermore, I have found the staff there to be friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Recently, I have an issue with a steering stabalizer and they were willing to do whatever it took to take care of it, even though it was a simply oversight on how I installed it. BTW, heres a tip for dummies like me, you have to slid the rubber grommet down on the post for it to stay up and engaged in the stabalizers linkage:-)
