Ordered my parts 9/6/21 and its been 14 days without any notifications of them shipping it. Emailed and no response... called and Patrick says its out of stock in the States and waiting for new shipment to come in from England or wherever (had no idea when it will be shipped). Fine... that part is understandable BUT why would you state that its in stock on your website but not? This has delayed my project and very unsatisfied by the lack of email responses/updates.Update 9/27: Still nothing. Still no email response.How is it that I ordered something from China and gets here in a week and Adventure Spec takes 3 weeks without giving me any notification? Doesn’t matter if you make great stuff; fix your customer service.Taking away a star.Update 10/5: Still nothing. It looks like AS shipped it on 10/1… An expedited shipping forA customer who has been waiting for a month would’ve been the right thing to. Well, now I know, never order from AS again.

Patrick, who works there is a great guy. He has a friendly smile and actually calls you back if he happens to miss your call.Can’t say enough about him and the store, great product and great service. 😎

Patrick at AS-USA did a great job communicating and organizing the first major shipment of AS parts for the new Tenere 700s, which was made trickier by delays outside of his control in Europe. He was very responsive to questions and shipped my parts out as soon as they arrived in the US. My items came very well packaged and protected. I’ll definitely be ordering from them in the future.
