Love this place. Moved out of a commie state 2 months ago and purchased babbys first suppressor. Chase made the process super simple and answered all my noob questions. Last Saturday I made my first visit to their store and was treated like an old friend. Despite it being a very busy day for them all their staff took the time to answer my questions and even tried to source an item on another web site. Think about that, they put customer service above profit. I even chatted with several of their customers and was treated the same way. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and genuinely interested in helping me. Imagine a world where all retailers run their business like this!!

So let me just say, In Colorado springs and the many states I have lived I have yet to find a shop (till Springs Armory) where the care, service, and knowledge comes out from the moment you walk in the door. Each person there from Tammy the Owner, Erica, Derrek, and the rest of the crew is invested in the business, the quality of products the efficiency of service. I have made many small purchases there, including having a FFL transfer of an HK product that went smooth and timely and couldnt have gone any better. Their accessory inventory is amazing and pricing is always more than competitive. From another standpoint I am a counselor that works with a ton of military and knowing this place is Vet owned, Vet ran, and the heart they have for Vets is also at the forefront of the quality of service and care they give. Give them a shot they wont disappoint! Blessed to know them!

This is an incredible store from Tammy the owner, to the young ladies on the front counter and the guys on the retail floor. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. I have purchased here and I have consigned here too. I have never been disappointed in the service that I have received here. I ordered a CZ Bobwhite g2 in 28 gauge. Springs Armory not only had the best price but they actually were able to get the gun when other stores wouldn’t or couldn’t. I consider them not just folks that I like to do business but family. I forget who it was, but I had a question concerning buffer weight for a 12.5 inch AR, the gentleman I spoke with did not try to sell me something I didnt need, and was very helpful and open to the questions I had. One of the only places in town that has the cmmg .22lr conversation kits, been looking forever for one of those.

Im moving to California to join the Navy and cannot bring my silencer with me. After a confusing email with the ATF, I called Springs Armory to ask about selling my silencer at which point they called the ATF to clarify my options on my behalf. Im not even a customer and yet they went above and beyond to navigate a painfully complex issue for me. Absolutely unbelievable and knowledgeable customer service, and cannot thank them enough for their help!

I’d honestly just go back for the cute dogs, but honestly they have a decent selection but they have amazing workers everyone was very friendly and helpful....ps they will order anything they have for ya but the store looks a little bare definitely because of the pandemic soon this will be all over very soon!

I had a to wait to see if the gun that I wanted, would become available. There was a hold on it. I came in looking to purchase a handgun. All of the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to show me and my girlfriend a wide selection of firearm options. The selection was great, the prices very reasonable and the customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Couldnt reccomend their business more! THE best gun shop in the springs. Lowest fees, best prices, good selection. They offer veteran and cash discounts and probably have the best, knowledgeable staff anyone could get. My favorite thing about this place though even though they have all that already going for them, the owner takes time out of her personal time to do live streams and answer questions and just generally talk to anyone following her page for free. Try getting that level of service from any other gun store in general let alone our weird bubble that is Colorado Springs.

Amazing store with a friendly and honest owner and customer friendly employees that are very knowledgeable without being overbearing. Time and time again I’ve been at their store only to witness employees providing assistance to each customer with such a great amount of patience. For a small family owned store, they are just incredibly honest about their business practices. And they post videos on Facebook almost weekly to let customers know what they have (and don’t have) back in stock. During these tough times of COVID and the Biden administration, it’s great to know that we have Springs Armory covering our backs. I for one am now a dedicated and loyal customer.

Today, I searched online for reputable gun stores near me. I wasn’t just looking at cost, but how the employees interacted with customers. I was avoiding the radical and obnoxious store atmosphere. I have not owned a gun in many years, and just needed guidance and education. Though I expected a greeting when I entered, because it was a gun store (restaurants do it to acknowledge you), I wasn’t bothered I wasn’t acknowledged. They were busy, customers were clean cut, and every single employee was outstanding. Dan approached me, I mentioned I just needed information, and only for a few minutes. Instead of giving me the brush off, he spent time asking and answering all of my questions, and did not push to sell me the most expensive gun, or any gun, he just wanted to be sure I was confident in my final choice. His work sold itself. As another reviewer accurately described, they are helpful, professional, and friendly. Brianna in the front desk was exceptional in her customer service. As I waited for the background check, we spoke about our dogs, and another employee (forgot his name) spoke about his large 3 year old Husky, sharing pictures. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends. I’m sure if a grandmother came in to shop, I’ll bet she would feel comfortable as well. Finally, the prices were certainly less than I expected, and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Dan, and everyone I spoke to.

Nice staff for sure. Ive been to this location several times and they have never had the specific AR part I was looking for, right down to a simple carbine length gas tube. I prefer not running to Specialty Sports, Springs Guns, Family Firearms or Springs Armory to piece together an A2 buffer kit. I can order my own parts online but would rather spend my money local. I was doing this Pre-Covid and of course its only gotten worse. Cant talk to a rep over the phone. I still attempt to shop, spend money and will continue to do so.
