Best Little Pawn Shop in the Springs!!Awesome customer service, lots to explore, best prices, friendly atmosphere and cozy feels. Definitely going back. It’s rare to find a pawn shop like this one and we were very lucky to stumble upon it.

Wondering and Friendly. As far as Pawn Shops go in Colorado Springs, Acme Pawn Original is on of the best. Certainly my favorite. It is clean and well organized, if you like firearms, its the spot for you. Most importantly they are friendly. I dont mean friendly for a pawnshop, but genuinely friendly. I would highly recomend if you are on this side of town.

Dont bother coming here for gun purchases. Britt offered me 325 for my firearm over the phone so I drive in and now Eric says they can only give me 125 and they obviously wont honor the original price. What a joke.

I first entered this store in search of a Playstation 4. I found exactly what I was looking for and had options too. Looking around they have so much to offer. It is a pawnshop, but its not a junkyard.This pawn shop is clean and packed with great tools, instruments, firearms, accessories, jewelry consoles televisions, and a list long more.They have been good about giving me fair deals and will barter reasonably. Everything I have brought to them they have given me what I intended to get and the prices I intend to sell them at. They are really good about trading ofcourse within reason.

Came into the store looking to sell two guns for the best price I could. Ive been into Acme Pawn a couple of times, and Ive made some nice purchases there. The store is small, but its got an assortment of good stuff. Wish I could get more specific, but generally it is a solid pawn shop with good people working there.

I was in the market for a pistol for personal protection. I found your store to be clean and friendly. I was impressed since I dont usually go to pawn shops. Shawn was especially professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to give him a shout out.

I consider this particular store and its manager, Britt, to be the best, most caring and honest pawn shop in all of Colorado Springs. Britt and his top notch staff really take the sting out of having to secure a loan on you prized possessions. They care, and they are more than willing to work with you as long as you are straight with them. I unfortunately am one of those people that use the pawn system frequently to stay afloat in my time of need. I take my valuables to this location only, as from my past experiences with them, I know my items are going to be treated with respect, and that I am given the highest cash value on my loan anywhere. I am secure in the knowledge that my valuables are safe, and should I run into a small deadline problem, that they are always willing to work with me as long as I am straight with them. What more can you ask for in a pawn shop. Well, they have a pretty good selection of some really dank stuff that they are more that willing to sell. Some really unique and hard to find items at that. These guys are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain things and to work with you. I know, I have been in some really tight jams in the past, right now too during these Covid times, and they are bending over backwards for me, helping me to get thru this with my valuables intact. No one wants to lose at the end of all this. They are willing to work with me to see that I dont. For my part, I just need to keep them informed and do what I say Im gonna do, at the agreed upon time. Not a lot to ask. Honesty and trust is a two-way street. No games played here folks. With this crew you get what you give. All that said, I give this store a five star rating for the very reasons I just explained. One thing I failed to mention is I really love the relaxed, casual atmosphere of this shop. I never feel pressured coming here, whether I am getting a loan or shopping. Got a problem? Brett is the manager and the nicest guy you would ever want to meet. I guarantee you that. No, I am not under this companies employ...lol. Nor am I a relative or a personal friend of anyone working for it. I am simply a retired 65 year old man, on social security, trying to make ends meet. To do that, I need this type business for quick cash. Having done business with many of the pawn shops in Colorado Springs over the years, I now exclusively do my trading with this company, at this location. I take the time to share this with you so you know right where to go from the start, and not have to go thru all the garbage I did to finally find this store. I am a very satisfied customer, and I am real. Good job Britt and the guys. You deserve this high rating, and more. I would give you raises if I could. Thanks for all your compassion and help.

I was looking for a specific Brand of AR-15 and was looking all over town for one. I called a few places and a few places actually told me to contact Shawn at Acme pawn. I called over and asked for Shawn. He told me that they did in fact have what I was looking for but only a few left. I went in and looked at their inventory. Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable of the firearms in stock and also assisted me with a few extra add ons that they had in stock as well. I highly recommend Shawn and Acme pawn. Found this pawn shop about 6 mts ago and since then they have been my go-to place for great deals. We just recently did our kids xmas shopping there and they were not only kind but priced very well. Always willing to make anything right if something doesnt work for ur home like the headset I bought that wasnt the right fit for our Xbox. Returned and exchanged no questions asked. Employees are very knowledgeable and have answered every question Ive thrown at them. Very clean organized store. Highly recommend this pawn shop compared to the other around the area. Also there is no incentive for posting a good review so you know its based on experience.

Its an OK pawn shop. They had a nice selection of guitars and the store was pretty clean. The people seemed nice, but their prices were a bit high. Im sure I could have haggled a better price if there was something I really wanted. Ill check back with this pawn shop from time to time.

Manager was very friendly, very polite staff, but turned away because of two missing knobs on my keyboard when half the music equipment in the establishment is missing many many more knobs and pieces. Still a nice place to check out.

It’s not often that we have to seek to sell our possessions and when we do, you know times are dire.. At the beginning of the current COVID epidemic I found myself in that situation and thankfully there are good people still willing to help us. Last month I missed my payment deadline and yesterday I received a text notification that I was able to retrieve my item, which I did and am writing the review now just shortly after getting in the truck. They forgave my lateness and in fact, they have forgiven everyone that has taken out a loan with them for their lateness.. I can’t thank you enough and my summer will be better than it was going to be because Y’all! Oh!! They need tools, he said to mention this if I could so yeah, if you’ve got good tools that you’re not using or are in need of a loan, check these guys out, no joke💯
