Love this family-owned business! My garage door was in need of repairs. James arrived early for our appointment and, only when pressed, he advised, that if it were his door, he would replace it. Called Mountain Fox because I had a garage door spring snap. Made appt for 11-1, they showed up early (bonus). They told me the price including all tax, labor etc. Got the work done in like 30 min, with a full tune-up on the door too. Would highly recommend this company.

Garage door went on the fritz on a Saturday at 11:56 am. The shop was closing in four minutes, but they went ahead and dispatched a tech to us. James arrived within 30 minutes. Had the door repaired, plus tuned up in about 20 minutes. Nice guy, very efficient and our 23 year old garage door went from “will not open or close” to working like new. Impressive. Oh, and the price was very reasonable.

Ive used Mountain Fox Garage Doors a few times in the past, and have always been pleased with their work. Most recently, the garage door openers that they installed from Genie began to act up (the wifi feature went down on one opener while the motor control went down on the other one) and so Mountain Fox came out to service everything and eventually replaced both openers under warranty. As everyone knows how critical a garage door is to the function of a household, we very much appreciated their ability to squeeze the warranty work in. In fact, while the service guy was at our house, I had suggested that I couldnt get the outer key pad to program, so he tried to program it, but he was unsuccessful as well. So, he warrantied the keypad for us, installed a new one, programmed it for both doors and now we are all good to go! Everything works as it should. Thank you Mountain Fox!

I couldnt be happier with our garage door. The experience was great. Dealing with Curtis was very pleasant and professional. When we were trying to decide on the color and the samples werent adequate for me to truly grasp the color, he dropped off three 2x2 panels so I could better understand what I was purchasing.The installers was also great. The entire door installation took about 4 hours including haul away of the old door. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at explaining all aspects of the door. Called Mountain Fox on Black Friday with a double garage door that would not open. Vicki was very helpful and scheduled Chad to arrive 3-4 hours later. Chad arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He replaced all four springs on the garage door, lubricated the rollers and left with the door working like it was new. My old wood garage door went off the tracks about 4:00 PM. After trying to fix it myself I called Father and Son Garage Doors and they said it would be over a week before they could come but they referred me to Mountain Fox Garage Doors. I called them and, To my surprise, they sent a tech over in 20 minutes and Anthony was here a little after 6. He spent an hour putting everything back together and replaced the worn out wheels. He was a damn nice guy and very efficient but friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs repairs or new doors.

She was not.Jeff came to my house right around 1300 (the appointment time). He called when he was on his way. He was also very personable, as well as informative, professional, and respectful. There is a 3 year warranty on the parts and the work. I noticed that one of my springs broke. I called to make an appointment. They were quick to get me scheduled. Anthony arrived on time, did an assessment and explained everything to me. My garage door is 30ish years old and had a level issue. He replaced the springs, leveled the door and it is now working perfect. As he was finishing up, my neighbor came out to get an estimate to fix her garage door. I am more than pleased. When it is time to replace my old door, I will call them. Negative 5 stars. Do not call these people. I called this morning to schedule a repair to my garage because it was stuck half way open and I couldnt get out. The gentleman said we can be there today between 1 and 3 your tech will be Jason. I called at 3:15 to check status because no one showed up. The lady I spoke with didnt have an appointment for me at all and advised me they had a mix up this morning and are scheduling out into next week. Wasnt sorry, didnt care, didnt attempt to make it right by saying they would squeeze me in. Nothing. Poor business practice so I can just assume what kind of work they provide.The vm said sorry we missed a call from you please call us back...nothing about a scheduling conflict. A little to late for a sorry considering you left a single mom with her toddler with no vehicle all day. At least we were able to find someone for tomorrow.

They installed our garage door a few years ago and at that time I was very happy with the service. As a result, when a spring broke, we gave them a call and quickly given an appointment. Door was fixed fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. Definately will use them again.

Very friendly, courteous and professional staff. They have quality openers. I had trouble getting my keypad and HomeLink vehicles programmed and they sent out a technician to make sure everything was programmed.

This is my third experience with Mountain Fox. This time Anthony came out and diagnosed the issue promptly and fixed it. He also identified and replaced a problematic roller that was more noisy than usual. The former under warranty, the latter for free!Our garage doors are 17+ years old, so things are bound to start breaking. Just part of home ownership. I will be calling them back when the next thing goes, which is likely going to be a 17+ year old pilot head unit.

I worked with Cynthia for our repair. They sent a tech out to do a free estimate and we were offered three different options to choose from. I spoke with Cynthia again regarding our door once I learned our HOA required a specific color door. She came to the house at 6:30pm during a time convenient for me to compare color swatches for the house and was able to find a cheaper door that met our needs. I could not be happier with this company. They were extremely accommodating.

She then came out and checked out what needed to be done, shared information about my options and left me with a brochure to read over and select which door I wanted. After my door arrived the installation tech, Will, took out my old door and installed the new one. Everything was seamless. I loved the choices of styles, materials and prices. I am very happy with my door and have received many compliments about it from neighbors and friends.
