Dont judge it by the outside. Guy inside was very sweet and helpful. Had a hot dog and a bowl of ice cream. VERY good ice cream. was able to sit outside and enjoy the day!

Delicious, fairly priced, quick service and has its own parking lot in busy Old Colorado city!!! They have a great selection of flavors and various cones, they also have a do it yourself sundae bar that was a huge hit with my daughter and dad who was visiting from out of town. A local favorite for sure!

Very good ice cream! Had a scoop of peppermint and a scoop of snickers. Very creamy and flavor. Was my first time here and if Im in this area again Ill definitely come back.

Best ice cream in or around Colorado Springs. The pikes peak trail is soooo good. I also tried a Vienna beef chili dog which I would not get again. I’d go with a Chicago dog next time. There is lots of free public parking close by. Go try it!

Its not bad if youre in the area and craving an ice cream.There was quite the line inside, which the temperature of the store, didnt make really pleasant. It felt as if the air conditioning unit, was barely able to keep the place not hot.Once I finally reached the front of the line and ordered, things went pretty fast.As for the ice cream. We tried three different flavors and I cant say it was an ice cream that stands out. It almost felt like it had crystallized due to improper refrigeration or something.

This quaint, old-school looking creamery was a fun stop in Colorado City. The taste isnt going to be as sweet as youre familiar with, but for good reason. Be sure to read about it when youre there. The staff was super helpful. The only reason for one less star is because the vibe felt really off here. It might have just been a fluke, but something really felt off here.

First ever review. I asked the friendly guy behind the counter if there was any chance they had anything lactose free for my daughter. He said he’s sorry but they only have one option that was lactose free. I was like dude that’s one more than just about any other ice cream shop we’ve been to. I can’t write enough positive things about this place so I will try and summarize my experience! Our friends birthday was today and he wanted an ice cream cake. We asked Colorado City creamery to make us a cake last minute and they were able to have it done by the afternoon! Not only was it amazing customer service but it was by far the best ice cream cake I have ever had! I highly recommend this establishment to everyone

Amazing ice cream and a locally cherished creamery! It is on an amazing corner spot in OCC and is the perfect place for an afternoon pit stop. Why not 5 stars then? Staff is a bit curt, especially when you are still trying to figure things out.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Went to a Saturday Market close by here, stopped in to treat the kids, and husband too. However, husband and boys ended up throwing it right into the trash. The ice cream they serve was the cheapest, nastiest, frozen burnt ice cream we have ever had the displeasure of eating (all 3 flavors we bought). TWO THUMBS DOWN, or rather 8 thumbs. YUCK!!!

🍦I go through old Colorado a lot, and I like to get ice cream here when its hot or cold outside. My favorite was kettle corn and Im hoping it comes back again, the peach is also really good. I enjoyed using the build your own Sunday station this time and had to put a little of almost everything they had!😋

Ate this icecream all week while on vacation in the area. All the Manitou Springs shops serve it but we found it better to go right to the source in Old Colorado City.The kids working are great and obviously enjoy their work!We ll get more on our way home tomorrow Im sure. Just hope they have my T-shirt size this time.

Best ice cream Ive ever had without a doubt! Definitly a must try. The texture of their ice cream is surreal and the flavor selection is complicated enough to create a challenge but not overwhelming to where youll regret your choice. 10,000/10 would reccomened way better than Josh and Johns and I can say with confidence that Ill never waste my money on Ben and Jerrys EVER AGAIN!

Good ice-cream. Selection was OK, not great. Convenient parking in back. Locked bathrooms was weird and awkward. One employee taking care of 20 customers while 2 or 3 other employees were making ice-cream and never helped with customers. No coffee. Waffle cones in a cup were too thick to break without power tools. Meh. An area like this should have better options.

My peppermint shake was on hit...I was embarasssed to be ordering peppermint...but my shake was delicous...I almost turned back for another...the store is fresh and clean and the youngster handling the store was a pro....Thank you..

They have a wide variety of ice cream. It is sold by weight not by scoop. If youre going to get 2 scoops, you might as well get the 2 scoop sundae, then you get to put on whatever toppings you want.The ice cream is premium, so it is pricey but worth it.Free parking up the hill. Good ice cream, I think they charge as if its amazing ice cream. About $4 a scoop, $8 for 2. Waffle cones are made fresh, which is a plus, but mine wasnt curved enough which made it super brittle and I had to hold my ice cream with two hands to keep it from falling on the ground.

The ice cream tastes very fresh, as it should its made fresh daily. I also really liked the friendly atmosphere and that there is ample outdoor seating. The waffle cone was delicious!!!

The creamery has very friendly service and great patio at the corner. People watching here is a major plus. The ice cream is good, but not great. Youll enjoy your time, but dont expect to be blown away by the ice cream.

We were desiring some good ice cream and drove past the Creamery thinking, “Oh that looks like they will be good”. We parked two blocks away and walked to the shop only to get 2 small cones that weren’t anything special. It was not any better than going to the grocery store getting 1/2 gallon of Breyers but cost you $9 for two small portion, good, but not tasty enough to make a return trip for that price. As the picture shows, we didn’t even get ice cream in the cone handle and that one of the best parts. I don’t mind paying $4.50 for a good, tasty and good portion helping of ice cream while I am out and about but I didn’t find that here. Sorry.
