Don’t waste your time driving here. It’s nowhere to be found. How inconsiderate to leave your listing up. I changed it for you.
OUT OF BUSINESS!! Waste my drive to here!
JBF is a great semi-annual sale of used kids clothing, toys, and gear! I go and buy for my kids (I have 4) and usually a friend or two. When I go on the last day and save 75%, I walk away with clothes for at least 5 kids for under $100!Staff is friendly and the venue is sizable for the excellent selection of sizes and quantity of clothes! Deals are waiting to be found on every rack and shelf!
The selection was huge. We were able to find full snow gear four both our boys under 4. The only frustrating part was that the check out took really long.
Beautifully organized n awesome deals. All the clothes are clean n clearly marked. AWESOME volunteer staff n plenty of room to move around n get yourself organized as well.
The fall 2018 sale is more organized that previous sales - things with organization are improving. The change in ownership has caused a few issues in the past but it looks like they are slowly getting more consigner/customer friendly again! You can buy almost anything child related at the sale and while some items are priced higher than garage sale prices you can find everything in one place, organized into sections and sorted by size/gender. They have a good selection of sporting goods, books and lots of toys and baby equipment. Consigners get to shop early and can not only make some money back selling their items but also buy the next size up. The sale saved my family a lot of money.
JBF has been such blessing to me during these past few years. The ability to purchase quality items that kids out grow so quickly has helped the budget immensely! The quality control is taken very seriously and I have bought items that have been inspected carefully and checked for safety and am satisfied with my purchases. I have and will encourage my friends to consider usingJBF as it has been such a blessing to me. The ability to consign and makea little extra is such an exciting benefit! Our Tagging Service has also beenan added bonus for those who are too busy to do the tagging themselves! Its a wonderful organization as it helps local charities as well as those who take advantage of this great adventure...Shopping andSelling!
It wasnt bad. My husband and I went today, the last day of the sale. It was busy, we had to wait in line to get into the door. We found some good deals on clothes, especially with them being 50% off if they werent marked. Some stuff was overpriced, especially for used but thats to be expected with consignors. I think the entrance couldve been more organized. Half the people were there just to take pictures with the Paw Patrol, so they had to give numbered tickets for when you could get in line for that. There was one woman giving tickets then you had to stop at another woman while she explained the sale tags and when you could stand in line to take pictures, thats what took forever.
Prices are no different than once upon a child. You can buy new at Walmart for the same price. I didnt like that I had to look through the whole rack of clothes to organize sets. Shirts, pants, shorts, etc should be separated. Bought two toys, only to find out when I got home they were either broken, missing parts, or jury-rigged to work. I would NOT attend another JBF again.
Best deals I’ve seen in a long time.
What a disappointment this time around! Racks were nearly empty, and hardly any choices on larger items. I brought in a train table to sell. It was in mint condition and I noticed at pick up that base of the table has been trashed. It appears as though someone at the sale dragged it and tore wood off the legs and wrecked the rubber edging. Now, I have a damaged train table to sell. Im entirely disgusted and will not be coming back.
The clothes were either overpriced or had stains. Im not talking very minor stains, very noticeable stains. Im actually surprised they were accepted.
I go every Chance i get! Super affordable and good people!
A lot of hype for a lot of junk... you must have to shop before they open to the public...even then, their prices arent as fair as the Arc or Goodwill.
