The lady lied to me and said the product was from pottery barn. I purchased it for 350. Obviously not a new item so it wasn’t fully nice. Then I go into American furniture and the product is a new item in their store. Consign and design’s integrity is awful. When I wrote them on Facebook they never responded. You never know if you can buy the same product new for the same price because the people that work there will lie to you.

This is one of the loveliest Consign shops in Colorado Springs. We go back repeatedly because this shop is always moving their merchandise and new items arrive on the floor and because it feels like youre walking into a home. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We have purchased beautiful furniture and have also sold a few things as well. Beautiful furniture, home decor and more. Its just enjoyable to peruse all the lovely items. Fun!

I was told in person that I could stop by with items to consign. I did that a few weeks later and they took an antique that I had and contracted it for a set time frame. The next day the owner emailed me a told me to come pick it up, that they didnt want it. I was in the middle packing for a move and this was a huge hassle for me to make another trip to pick it up...essentially they broke the contract. These people need to work on their communication skills and customer service. They have nice items, buy are not friendly at all and lack integrity in my opinion.

Ive bought consignment for decades, clothes, furniture and more. This store is awesome. Great quality with good prices. The staff are friendly and listen to your needs. They dont just want to sell you stuff, but they want you to be happy with it.Next time I need a piece of furniture, Ill be back!

Very grateful for the help selling a larger sofa and a few smaller items! Process was simple and timely at the beginning and felt they presented my items in a beautiful way. Very professional all around!
