The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. What I love most is the style variety of comic books they have. They carry more than just whats big in the movies right now.

Super clean and had a huge game room. The back log is lean but thats not the point of this place. Easy in and out access. One of 4 comic shops still open in the Springs.

We really enjoyed this place. Lots of options, both for collectors and kids. They have a large selection of kids friendly comics along with cheaper comics if youre just looking to grab a few titles. They also had various card games, board games and such along with a group playing area toward the back. Definitely worth a look if youre looking for comics, cards, or games.

Good local comic book shop. Sometimes doesnt have the stock you might be looking for, but generally pretty good. Staff is friendly and they have an area for gaming in the back.

Along with comic they also sell stuffed animals and stuffed food for the kids. This is a place that any parent would be able to take their kids and not have to worry about questionable titles out in the open. The staff is also very helpful and know alot of the product they sell.

I could have gone elsewhere in town. In fact I drove past another comic book store on my way to Muse Comics! Nice people and worth the drive 👍

My wife and I moved to Colorado for work and weve spent a lot of time checking out the other comic and games store. Muse is in a class of its own. Proper pandemic procedure, cleans shelves and floors, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff (Elizabeth is amazing and helped me find the books I wanted and helped get my wife into comics as well! ). We really enjoyed the blind comic grab bags as were new to comics and takes the pressure of getting the right one off your shoulders. Will be back week after week!

The owners and staff there are super kind and do special orders for games and comics if they dont have what you are looking for in stockThe store is huge and they carry alot of product and hobby accessories for TCGs and dndThe comic selection is massive and very well organized, if you are looking for a current comic series they probably have it, they also sell magic singles as wellTheir event area is also neat, clean, and huge. The patrons there are also super nice and the staff and owners do a good job ensuring its a friendly safe environment to enjoy your time at. Nice little shop that has comics and games. They have more comics than games so if you really need that D&D module you might be better off looking at one of the dedicated game shops in town. That being said theyre collection of current comics and trades is quite nice

George was very professional while still being relaxed and welcoming. This was my first experience with the store, and I was selling Magic cards, but I will definitely be back!

For such a small store with a limited inventory, it probably has the most diverse selection of dice in town! Metal, plastic, or even ceramic options were available!The Friday Night Magic events were well populated and the restrooms were well equipped to handle the amount of traffic coming in and out.

I had a very average experience here. I went looking for two specific games (Love Letter and The Fox In The Forest) and asked if they had them in stock. When I asked if they had them in stock and said I was looking for something to play two-player with my husband, the person working (who asked if I needed help) responded, sorry I dont have those right now. and then just kind of walked away to the front desk.I really dont mind a store being out of a specific game, thats pretty normal. But I would expect a game store to, especially when out of two games with similar mechanics, recommend to me something else or help me find a different game. Maybe even offer to order it to the store and call me to come pick it up. The latter is not a dealbreaker but is definitely something Ive had offered in other stores. There were also two other people wandering around the store who were not asked if they needed help for the 10 or so minutes I was there. And the guy working in the store wasnt stocking, just kind of standing behind the counter while customers who were definitely close by were wandering the store.The store is beautiful and inviting and seems to have a good selection and variety of comics, books, and games, as well as a great area to play them. Unfortunately the staff was just...unhelpful. I really wanted to buy something today and I ended up going to a different game store where they also did not have the games I was looking for. The difference? I ended up buying a game there because the salesperson recommended a few to me.

Every time I come in to Muse, the employees are welcoming and friendly. Their selection is kind of limited but the customer service makes up for it ten times over. And Ill be honest: there is a lot woman that works there (cant remember her name for the life of me) that is not only super nice and helpful but also very cute so I might be a little biased.

I had such a good experience here and will come back! Other gaming stores in town just dont compare to the lively atmosphere and enthusiastic employees at Muse. The parking lot was full on my first visit and I see why. Thanks to the folks at the counter for your quick and efficient help! Good selection of games and sourcebooks, not just comics. And dice! Even singles in case you lose one. 10/10.

I brought my son here for Comic Book Day and he had a great time. My friend highly recommend Muse Comics. I can see why. The staff was really friendly and awesome despite the large crowd of people all there for free comics. The store has a nice layout and display of comics and other merchandise. Muse is a 21st Century comic shop. It is bright and inviting and provides a plethora of different products. They have many different types of games. They stock a lot of popular culture items for all ages. Their comic selection is very diverse and they have a ton of graphic novels. They also host many gaming events. It is an extremely family friendly place and I look forward to visiting often.

My husband and I have been going here for a few years now to play in tournaments and buy comics and what not. George and Amanda are just the sweetest couple and the most friendly people you will ever meet. They are extremely helpful with any questions that you have and are genuinely excited to see you there! The community of people who come to hang out here are amazing, and that is solely because George and Amanda wont put up with less. So if you want to have a great time and not deal with rude players only in it for the win or money, come to Muse!!!

I was in Colorado Springs this past June and visited this store. I have never been in such a light and roomy comic/game store. When I entered I was immediately struck by the area of the store and the space above and between their products. I was allowed to wander through the place until I had found a couple small items and brought them to the register. A very nice employee asked if I needed anything else or help finding anything. I was on the lookout for some Magic singles. She helped me by finding two of those cards for me to add to my collection and then we had a short, pleasant discussion about the game.It’s rare to find game/comic stores clean and uncluttered and rarer still to find intelligent, helpful, folks working in them. I envy Colorado Springs. They have a very good thing going with this game store.@Chris, I read your review, below, about not being permitted to sell cards in this store - a store you don’t own, rent space from, or contribute to in any way. It’s sad when people won’t let you do whatever you want. Don’t they realize how entitled you are? Punish them, go elsewhere.

When I first went here and it had just opened for the first time, I had a bad experience. However, over the years Ive gone back and am now a faithful customer. They have a great selection, variants, old and new, games, pops and even plushies. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have a huge space for live gaming in the Springs. Its a great place to join in and become a customer. Highly recommended.

In our old hometown we loved our locally owned comic book store, and when we moved here we wanted to find a store that was friendly and made us feel comfortable. We chose Muse comics and have been visiting once a week with our son a year now. Always friendly service. The owners are amazing. Their new location has so much space. The kid area is really unexpected and great while we browse comics. We go there for our weekly comic books and for their tabletop game selection. We are huge fan of fun tabletop games and their stock doesnt disappoint. They always have fun events and their back area for card and other various gaming seems lively. We will continue coming here until we move again.

The store is welcoming upon arrival. It is clean and well lit. The layout is practical and easy to find what you’re looking for. The selection is above average. The staff was really chill. Prices are typical way comic book stores and other game stores. Prices are slightly higher than you may find online, but very reasonable for the convenience. I picked up a few deck boxes and card sleeves last week, because they happen to be on sale the day I walked in. Great shop overall!!

Not much else to say other than the fact thats its a great comics and cards shop, they also have a good selection of board games. Prices are fair, events are fun and well organized. The staff is always friendly even when they are extremely busy. Highly recommend a stop in, even if you just want to browse. And dont feel like you will be shunned for not knowing anything about comics or cards, they will help and are happy to tell you the basics if needed.

The store is always in good condition, and Ive been a frequent for 6 years now. George and Amanda are the nicest people, and they always have friendly and knowledgeable staff. Whether going in to play Magic the Gathering, buying comics, or even board games, their service is top, and their prices competitive.

Fantastic collection of comics, both old and new. Theres something for everyone, whether youre a beginner looking for a place to start, or already an avid reader looking for a classic, if you cant find what you need, the excellent staff are sure to do anything they can to get you what you need. I picked up a great copy of Hellboy vol.1 that was in excellent condition at a reasonable price.Theres also a pretty impressive selection of collectibles, if thats what youre looking for.

People seem to complain that there is not much of a selection but when the staff says they will order whatever you want weekly if needed you cant ask for much more. The people are laid back and knowledgeable. This is the perfect place for me and my boys for as long as we live here in the Springs.

Muse is okay. Lots of collectible merchandise, decent kids section. Customer service was kind of awkward. If you enjoy digging through boxes, go somewhere else. If youre just looking for new issues, its fine.Its a really nice, clean store... so much so that it makes it a little stiff. They dont have the well-worn, slightly-grungy, old-book-smell that makes comic book stores so appealing and fun to be in.

One of my favorite places. Im huge nerd so it works out. They always have the latest comics from all the big name companies and they even give support to local artists and such. They host game nights as well. Been going here for two plus years, one of the best comic book stores in town.

I started going to Muse about 6 weeks ago when I took my girlfriends sons to a Majic Tournament. The owners and the employees are polite and professional. They are very helpful and you feel like a member of the family always welcomed and wanted. I am now a loyal customer and will continue to go there for all my comic, card, and collectible needs.

Great local location to meet your comic and graphic novel needs. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely nice/helpful. When we went in, they encouraged my children to head over to kids section and browse and to sit and read whatever they like, no purchase necessary. While on the surface it may seem like a ploy to get them to get mommy and daddy to buy something, underneath you discover they want to promote a childs desire to read, which is amazing! Highly recommend Muse.

Great places for comics and mtg cards. And a great place to sit and join in on the mtg fun. I go here almost once a week just to browse new mtg cards that are nicely displayed and always reasonably priced in comparison to online and other stores
