An absolute favorite here in the springs! The coffee here is fantastic, the vanilla is made in house, and its perfectly balanced. Not too sweet and full of flavor. This is one of the only places I can find a dairy free (vegan) donut and it tastes AMAZING. The staff is incredibly friendly, the vibe is wonderful, and the food is lovely as well! They never judge my weird accessories either! I even got a compliment for my modern vibes witch hat 🙂I seriously cant say enough nice things about here 💗Please support them all you can and be sure to ask questions if you have any, they are kind !

Awesome coffee and food options! They will fill half-growlers of their latte during the COVID pandemic, which is just super cool. Their donuts are fantastic and they are always doing different things with them. They also sell some great local goods like candies and really cool jewelry. They have plenty of space to hang out with friends or sit and work (when not in quarantine). Definitely recommend checking them out!

Great place for coffee and light eats. Love owners modern renovation of this historic Colorado Springs railroad roundhouse, from themed menu to abstract decor. Seating upstairs and down set up for safe COVID service and servers quick to clean areas as customers come and go. Too early to imbibe today, but looking forward to coming back for big selection of both standard and creative drinks. Good addition to Springs socializing culture. Also, across the parking lot from Ghost Town Museum if youve got kids and an extra hour to spend with them, as well.

Beautiful, calm, quiet with really wonderful employees. The donuts are truly unique and especially good! Pineapple curd was our favorite and the draft vanilla latte with oat milk that is a seasonal summer offering is very smooth and tastes great! Free WiFi and lots of outlets and big tables - great spot to work or study.

Delish Florentine toast! The food menu isnt incredibly large (I mean, this is a coffee shop) but I was very impressed with the unique ingredients and combos for their toasts. My toast was so good and like nothing Ive seen at other places. Great place for different light food options. Will be trying coffee here soon!

So I knew this place is Blank coffee period love them because they’re cold brew is to die for and who can resist Vegan donuts...I would’ve gave you five stars just on those two things alone. But now they’ve change the name and expanded into cocktails and small plates. Stopped by and had them make a coffee infused Manhattan with a vegan donut garnish..Oh my God.. Also tried another concoction from the enormously talented Andrew Combs...anxious to try the additional vegan small plates and more cocktails. Welcome to the neighborhood!

The employees are friendly. A pretty large liquor assortment. Mostly outdoor seating. Convenient to other venues. Easy access and plenty of free parking.

Best tasting latte Ive had in town!

So so delicious! Boston creme donuts were to die for, just amazing! We brought out 3 children 11,8, and 4 they had hot cocoa and hot Apple Cider, it was the perfect temp, I was so pleasantly surprised that we didnt have to wait 10 min for it to cool down so they could drink it ♥️! The coffee is the best tasting Ive had in the springs by far, not that burnt nasty stuff you find every where, Blank had smooth, tasty coffee that is so refreshing and easy to drink ♥️!

I am a programmer, so Im not sure whats up with the name, like an optional argument missing... But blank, just not sure. Coffee is great, better than dutch brothers for sure. Doughnuts are great and the doughnut sandwich things are awesome! Staff is very friendly and a pleasure to chat with every time we visit.

Its really nice to have a good coffee shop on the west side.Its definitely craft coffee, but I think they succeed in not coming off as snobby to non-craft drinkers: They have inexpensive coffee, free refills on the batch brewed stuff, and more importantly, a really quality staff of caring folks.The coffee itself is of course lovely. The baristas are talented. The food is quite yummy -- mostly lighter fare but great fresh pastries (including exceptional vegan donuts) too.All around, a great addition to the Colorado Springs (and Denver area) coffee community

THE BEST DONUTS. I have tried multiple places in the Springs and Denver. These are by far the fluffiest and most flavorful donuts. They also had the most amazing quiche egg pastries. I highly recommend!

10/10! Let me update my review after going in a few times and grabbing their beans. The guy today told me to try the Sasaba Ethiopia...and just whipped up a cup and it’s phenomenal! This place has never let me down. You can talk coffee, roasts, brewing methods etc with an incredibly knowledgeable staff, I even got some tips on my new v60 from the gentlemen today. It’s my favorite coffee/place in the springs. Keep it up!

Cozy is not a word u would use to describe this place. Industrial or morgue like is more apt. Limited menu options and its a total drag to have to carry ur food, drink, n all ur other stuff up a long flight of stairs to get to seating area.

This was my first time at blank coffee but it will not be my last. As the name suggests blank coffee is a coffee shop with a very distinct minimalist vibe. While Im not a coffee person I very much liked their tea options. I went with a black variety and it was brewed correctly no bitter notes and a very smooth mouth feel. I didnt try any pastries only for the reason that it was too late in the afternoon but they were absolutely gorgeous.If you like good tea and a very comfortable place to work from I highly recommend blank.Its a great addition to the coffee/tea scene in Colorado Springs.

So impressed! Coffee was strong and made very well. The Florentine toast breakfast was an elegant presentation but kept me full and satisfied all morning. Atmosphere is on point, cozy but the open loft lets you find a spot if you want to enjoy some space!

Wonderful bright coffee shop. Excellent place for me to get some work done. Service is great. Coffee was excellent and very pretty too! The food options are enough for whatever youre craving. Had the tapenade toast and it was delicious and filling enough.

A hidden gem! This place has great coffee, a clean/refreshing vibe, and some of the best seating of any coffee shop in the springs. If you live on this side of town, definitely stop by, have a meeting here or swing by to get work done.

WOW, I’m from Australia and most of the Coffee I have had in the USA is disappointing, but the USA has just been redeemed with blank coffee. It’s the best I have had in a month of being in the USA. Fast, friendly service. Donuts were fresh and delicious. I love the temperature they serve the coffee at. Perfect temp to drink right away.

This little coffee joint is sheek and warming. Its modern and cozy. They serve authentic coffee, espresso and teas as well as a variety of donuts and pastries. They are a great place to study or have a relaxing coffee.

Some of the best coffee in town and one of the few places to get bottomless coffee that is actually worth drinking! Also, they have fresh made donuts that include seasonal flavors like Palisade peaches and Pueblo chiles.

One of my favorite places to get seasonal scratch espresso drinks and the best vegan donuts Ive ever had. Gender neutral restrooms too, definitely a place to check out!

Lovely new coffee shop with an amazing atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. Best almond milk latte in Colorado Springs. The food is also great and the donuts are fantastic!

The music was really loud, even after asking them to turn it down twice. Could barely hold a conversation it was so loud. They do have gluten free options. They made my order wrong the first time and it had gluten, but thankfully they caught it before I took a bite. So just double double check before eating to make sure. What I did have, the lox on gluten free toast, was good.

First time visitor. Resulted in a subsequent(next day) visit. Yesterday I was offered a sampling of the the draft vanilla latte and was impressed enough to buy a cup of that and a mocha latte which I enjoyed in house. I came back the next day because my usual dutch bros was line packed and I wasnt in that kind of obstruct traffic for a coffee mood.I came back on an empty stomach and opted for a housemade English muffin topped with turkey and peppered green medley which I scarfed down like an insane hungry person. Whats exciting to me is I do weekend pickups nextdoor and I get to be a regular. If youve ever felt excited then you know now how I feel.

This coffee shop is not for those who are on a budget. Holy toledo. $4+ dollars for a regular cup of coffee. However, the environment is excellent, the staff is very nice, the coffee is delicious. I still give it 5 stars because of those factors, but.... cmon...Lets lower the price of a cup of black coffee just a little bit. Lets meet somewhere between sanity and excellent beans.

Great atmosphere and menu. I got possibly the best almond milk latte ever. It was wonderfully foamed and a perfect drinking temperature. And the stickers are super cute.

Fantastic donuts! The cinnamon and sugar ones have a texture unlike any donut Ive ever had, something that almost reminds me of a cinnamon roll. Perfect!

Their donuts are as good or better than General Pourpoise’s in Seattle. Fantastic. Friendly service. They serve Middle State Coffee, which is some of the best of Denver too.

Hipster capital of the world.... If you love piercings and tattoos and Hate Everything Starbucks stands for... this is your place. Dont expect artificial sweeteners or fancy Frappuccinos.... Do expect clean Euro design, fresh Third Wave styling, and polite educated service.

Their drip coffee is phenomenal, i love their Chai Latte with Oat milk and their donuts are to die for ...however Their Florentine toast is the absolute diggity. The staff that I have the pleasure of meeting have always been super warming and welcoming :) Atmosphere is great to get work done, meet with a friend or just have a nice sit down breakfast to yourself!

I have heard so much hype about this shop opening up and was so disappointed. When first arriving, my friend and I stood waiting for 5 minutes without even being greeted. There was no one in line in front of us and the girl behind the counter looked at us several times without saying a word. After finally ordering, we sat upstairs and waited for our drinks and food. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with almond milk. It was bland. The espresso didnt taste right and the drink had obviously not been mixed as all the vanilla was at the bottom. My friends latte was also bland and flavorless. I really wanted to like this place and was sadly disappointed.

The mackerel toast is stupid good (I’m craving it right now tbh), and their chai is probably my favorite chai I’ve ever had! I’m pretty picky, but theirs is a perfect blend of sweet/spicy.I don’t drink coffee, but my husband raves about how delicious and well brewed it is at blank!
