Loved this little coffee shop! Reminds me of a coffee shop we have in my hometown in Indiana. Had the mocha late and pink flamingo, both highly recommend! Great view from both their outside and inside seating areas.

I absolutely love the service Hannah gave me.im the type of coffee drinker that likes my coffee with flavor but not too sweet and Hannah recommended the honey latte.it was a great recommendation and the flavor was spot on.i really recommend getting coffee here.the place was nice and tidy and very cozy and super welcoming😊

Excellent little neighborhood spot. Small and quaint but they do have some outside seating as well. Coffee selection is great and you can even order beans that they do not have in stock. Service was friendly and accommodating. They also carry some great local pastries and other good food items. Will absolutely be back!

We stumbled upon this place several months ago, while visiting the area. What a blessing! I dont drink coffee, but my husband enjoyed his (in fact, he ended up buying a thermos full to take on our travels). I had a smoothie and it was delicious; he had breakfast and enjoyed his, as well. We appreciate that its a Christian shop, and that they have gift items made by those with special needs (husband and I both have special needs family members, so this meant a lot to us). Place was great! Excellent selection, and a great location. We sat on the patio overlooking the mountains. The quiche was very good.Service was top notch. Friendly and fast.I gave a 4 because I wanted a little more from the coffee itself. It was good. But it was not exceptional, in my opinion. I drink black coffee, and the coffee was slightly over-brewed (had the burnt flavor), and it needed a little bit more depth and complexity.But I might be a little snobby...Anyway, I would recommend this place to friends, and I would never tell anyone to not go.

Very nice little coffee shop, good selection of coffees. They have friendly people who greet you and a knowledgeable barista. If you need a little something to go with your coffee they had a good assortment of cake, cookies and pastries. I made a mental note to get together with a friend here.

Great coffee and friendly staff! I had their Valentines special espresso with raspberry and chocolate. It was a little sweet for me, but very good. Small but comfortable space with wifi.

Randomly dropped in here not knowing what to expect. Very small but it felt very cozy and welcoming. My dad and I ordered several drinks for the family so it took the solo person working a while to make them. She was extremely nice and the coffee was very good, the patrons that were in the store were also very nice and it was a very pleasant experience over all. I little pricey for my preference but if I weren’t a cheap SOB I’d say it was worth the wait and cost.

Wonderful ginger-y chai and the barista is very personable, greeting her regulars, even remembering their typical orders. Right next to a quaint little park where you can enjoy your beverage.

I LOVE this coffee shop! The service is great, and the drinks are even better. The espresso they use is top notch, and the drinks are beautifully executed by the staff. You can’t get a better drink anywhere else. My favorite drink is the caramel macchiato!

Cute little coffee shop (by little I mean little). Theres enough seating for about 8 people. The employee there was friendly and welcoming to my friend and our kids while we had coffee. He asked what I wanted & I told him to surprise me and make a sweet drink. He made a dirty chai. 🤦‍♀️😂 It was still good though & Id go again.

An excellent place to get coffee or a smoothie. staff are friendly, efficient, and well trained. menu is wide open, and the usual customers are pleasant to be around. their rewards program is easy to understand and worth the effort ( its a simple punch card, buy a couple drinks, get one free)

I liked the atmosphere of this place. It is definitely a few steps above your standard corporate run coffee house. No pop music in the background, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and its a local business. I had a plain dark roast coffee and it was great. If you stay on property you can get a free refill on a drip coffee order.

Very special coffee shop. We met the mom-owner and she shared the amazing story behind this quaint coffee shop. Not going to spoil the secrets but its definitely a love filled story and place. Proceeds help fund special needs services for disabled and they have lots of amazing art and holiday items for sale. The coffee was delicious and well made. The food was amazing as well. I had a pork, bacon quice slice, while the mrs had the black bean breakfast burrito. Both were outstanding and way above expectations. Homemade taste along with some really good green chile sauce. Will definitely be back.

Really nice little coffee shop inside or outside seating available and they also do a lot of work in the community with special needs how could you not want to support this business. The owner is amazing in her qwerkiness... Extremely likeable with a great staff. The coffee selection is very creative... I mean not like a full wall or two but for an authentic local place it has a very big selection. You must try the dirty mocha! Its like absolute bliss in a cup... Triggers all the happy emotions when consumed. Im sure I shouldnt have it everyday as a diabetic but Im sure Ill die happy from it if I binge on it...

My wife and I stopped in to check this place out. I asked about the eggnog latte, the guy said it was good. Well bad news was the eggnog latte was kind of gross and I won’t drink it. Good news the pumpkin pie latte was very good, but it was made by a different person too. Sooo was it the maker or flavor???? Uncertain if I will return.

Had to take off one star because I think playing Christian music is a risk to possible put people off. That is just my opinion. But the coffee was SO DAMN DELICIOUS. I am glad I found it. Starbucks, go continue serving your formulaic stuff. I will go to Special Grounds.

I spent the entire afternoon one day catching up on work I needed to do. The same barista ran the shop the entire time I was there. And the ENTIRE day, no matter how packed or how empty the shop was, she had a smile on her face and happily greeted every soul that came in, asked them about their day, and had conversation with them especially if they said they were struggling. I saw many tired and discouraged people come through the door and she attended wonderfully to each of them, both from a service standpoint and from a relational standpoint. Many faces were lit up from her simple gestures of kindness and understanding she gave everyone. I was also stressed out that day, but just watching her put smiles on everyones faces put a smile on mine! She shared light with everyone who came in, and that is what truly good service is all about! :) And of course, the coffee is absolutely awesome.

Always love meeting friends here for a coffee and chit-chat. A smaller coffee shop than most in the area, but very welcoming friendly staff, wonderful [relaxing in my opinion!] background music playing, and large floor-to- ceiling windows! Free refills on brewed coffee are offered here...decaf, a specialty flavor, light roast, and especially a favorite of mine...a DARK roast [and its just that!] ! ! !The one patron restroom is always kept clean and well-maintained.Seating is limited inside the shop---3 [or 4?] adult high chairs at the counter and then 4 high square tables that can accommodate 3>4 adult high chairs each. Its a wee bit tight with people-filled chairs, but cozy and not a bother! Everyone can hear everyones conversations...yikes!So, if youre with the Secret Service and meet here to exchange classified info...probably not a good idea! ; ) LOLOutside the coffee shop, there are several tables/chairs on the south and east sides. During very sunny days on the south side, they use a few large umbrellas to give some shade.I

Really really nice small coffee shop.On a hot day, order a Dirty Mocha Frappe - it is not low carb or low calorie, but once in a while you need to splurge so go get it and you will not be disappointed!

I stopped here on what felt like a whim. I am glad I did. The service is incredibly friendly. The building is very clean. The atmosphere is comfortable and although I couldnt try the pastries they look delicious. Upon walking in I was greeted by Julie. She without hesitation explained what Special Grounds is all about. In addition to the ambiance and the love for the Lord that just radiates from this business, the coffee my barista made is absolutely on point. I ordered a large, sugar free vanilla/carmel, latte. The froth was creamy, and the flavor was impeccable. I will defiantly be back...likely with friends.

Love love love this place! I love coffee but starbucks is horrible, so this place is my go-to. They have the best coffee and i am so thankful that it is nearby my school and my house. Its christian, which i am not, so its a little strange sometimes but its not in your face christian, you can hardly tell. highly recommend!!

Was out here for business for an entire week and every morning I picked up coffee from this place. They have some amazing coffee and the staff is friendly! Coming from a larger city, it was nice to talk to some different people from a smaller town.

I was so pleasantly surprised how much I liked this place! I got the matcha chai, which was delicious. But also tried the quiche. Wow, it was so good! The egg was fluffy and a perfect texture. The crust tasted home made and was perfect. I got the mushroom, spinach and cheese quiche. Oh, I just remembered that I forgot the brownie I bought! I have to go back for it. It looked delicious.
