What a Joke. Stood second in line for no less than 20 minutes. Customers behind me claiming Im not even in line ....Im just standing there... yeah Just standing.. waiting in line. This place is absolutely horrible. Service is unconscionable. Store is way overcrowded with merchandise. I find that this Family Dollar is the worst Ive ever been in. I will never shop here again.

First, Id like to clarify that my 1 star rating is a result of necessity ( posting mandates a rating from 1-5). Basically, I wouldnt recommend shopping here to anyone and would fairly rate them a minus 3 strikes youre out. My 100% negative review is based on repeated unprofessional encounters at this S Nevada Family Dollar location which include being lied to by management, disrespected by unqualified staff, loud undesirable music, long lines, and the obviously overpriced shoddy merchandise: none of which is a dollar. I believe they should be legally obligated to remove both the Family and the Dollar from their business name because neither give an accurate description as to what you can expect as a regular consumer there. Lets just say if you go there more than once, you may end up favoring the renaming of their business to The Little Rascals Lotta Dollas One Stop Ghetto Shop. To be honest, I think their unprofessional treatment of myself as a customer and the numerous negative incidents with other customers that Ive observed while standing line is a direct result of the fact that most of the people they pretend to serve are forced there out of poverty, necessity, location, and the inability to travel to a different establishment. They seem to project the attitude that you need us, we dont need you. I think its time for new management possessing people skills, integrity, and the ability to leave personal biases, problems, and bad behavior at home before heading out to work. I can only wonder as to their future because Ill never return there as a customer, not even if it was the only store left in town.N.dmr

The store seems to congested with products and will never really be organized. The employees will see you walk in and will never greet you, all the way to check out. All they say is your total and thats it. Its a very impersonal experience for a store named Family Dollar.

Worst management ever. I was getting my money cards ready but I was interrupted by someone who said had his phone stolen. later on he returns and went into the shopping center parking lot and was talking to me from his vehicle. Later on Im so security guard not to shortly and come up and ask me to leave with anger and very rude. I returned to the store because I intended to make a purchase but at the time I was intending also to help the other person who said his phone was stolen so that was my first priority. later when I entered the store and ask to speak with manager to the security guard who had very serious attitude problem. He became difficult and asked why with an attitude like he didnt already know. I dont play that. I repeated myself and said I would like to speak with a manager please. I recommend others do the same and dont play their game. Business in Colorado Springs is extremely prejudiced too many people and unrighteously rude. When I was speaking to the manager about the issue he said that that was the security guards job. I had explained to him about the money cards and that I intended to make a purchase and this manager not only did not care but then rudely walked away while I was talking with him to help another customer without even saying anything to me. family Dollar across the Nation is not a friendly store and has many malfunctions probably the worst store chain in the United States of America. If you were to make this country greatsomething serious must be done about family Dollar and their extreme amount of rude employees Nationwide who give some of the worst customer service in the entire nation. Perhaps a boycott should be in order. It is sad that it comes to this.

Everything was a bit unorganized, and the fact that they allow people to bring pets in is disgusting. A place that sells food is never allowed to have pets inside, only service dogs (these dogs were not). Manager approved or not. Its against federal law and health codes, it also allows the pets owners to think that they can bring their pets anywhere. And that makes everything harder on, and more dangerous for service Dog handlers. Employees were also petting the dogs and never washed hands before returning to stocking the shelves and working register.

They need to take time to stalk the shelves and clean up the store. Other than that, the staff is always amazing!

The Family Dollar store on South Navada is the most friendly store Ive been to it is run by the nicest people courtesy I think is their best interest in the customer

Convenient location. However, at this location is a lot of homeless folks around. Always be aware of your surroundings. Store is always in a state of disarray. Staff not attentive to customers.

OMG rude employees no carts or anything to carry your things & filthy, Im disabled and asked for a cart & they said dont have any & we cant help you to carry your things, worse place, there should be a minus cuz Id give it minus 5!

Family Dollar on Nevada the employees are always friendly and nice but their inventory Runs Out very fast and a lot of times I go there to get certain things and theyre usually out and I have to go somewhere else so therefore they lose business and I am inconvenienced.
