I called for an appointment; was given a number of appointments that matched my schedule; arrived at my appointed time ( 10 minutes early, actually); I was greeted by my technician, Johnnie, immediately upon leaving my car; my car was serviced and washed in acceptable time and when all was was done, Johnnie went over the analysis of the service report in very understandable terms. I was very happy with this service and would recommend Pikes Peak Acura for service.

Less than avg service. It was like I wasn’t even there. If 715 is too early and you can’t greet a waiting customer, then sleep in a bit or consider another line of work. I’ve been a paying customer here for 6yrs and following the recommended service protocols. Might be time to take my business away from the dealer of purchase. The friendly greeting didn’t come until it was time to pay. Nice! 👎🏽

I had absolutely no intention of buying an Acura. In fact, I thought I had sold myself on a new Mazda and was coming to test drive the used ones they had available just because. After test driving the first car and telling Wes, it’s alright, but if I’m gonna buy a car I want it to have everything I’m looking for. He then suggested I test drive a certified pre-owned 2019 Acura RDX. That was it. That was the car. Wes made the process of buying a car so easy that I had no idea half the day sped by so quickly, just like my new car.I also appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that Wes provided, especially after having told him about a terrible experience I had the day before at a Mazda dealership.I had to go in to get a new battery for my key fob and that process was super easy and smooth as well. Love the Car! The dealer not so much. Very shady by sliding in what we were told by the Salesperson Nate was an optional Protection Package. Actually there were two 1) $650 for maintenance package that included oil changes and 2) Vehicle protection package that included Clear Bra, Window Tinting and all weather floor mats and some kind of magical spray that protects the interior. When we got the car, the all weather mats were not in it, the clear bra had not been applied. Was told by the Nate that since the rear windows were already tinted we had to buy the package. All the cars on the lot have the rears tinted so what they are saying is that this $1988 upsell is not actually an option. If I had a local tint shop do the front clear bra and purchased all weather weather-tech mats at most I would lay out is about 550. Huge Money Maker for the dealer. Will not recommend this dealer to anyone. Go to Denver if you want to buy an Acura.THE ONLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE was working with the Finance Manager Derek. He was a professional and great guy to work with. Kudos to Derek!

Awesome customer care! I received a great deal! I walked in with a specific amount I was willing to pay for a new RDX with the tech package. I didn’t really think they could make it happen but they did. I did not feel any pressure to buy. I did feel they were working really hard to make my deal happen. Great service team at this fantastic dealership! My great service advisor (Allie...super friendly, knowledgeable and responsive) got me in on my preferred day, then the service was performed quickly, with thorough explanation afterwards. The dealership has a super clean and pleasant lounge where i could wait (and get work done on my laptop using the very high speed internet) while my vehicle was being serviced. Then my car was washed and vacuumed as routine customer care.All-in-all, another very good experience, as usual, at Pikes Peak Acura.

My salesman was Wesley (Wes), he is such a nice and friendly person, got me a fantastic deal on my vehicle. He communicated efficiently and helped me by answering all my questions considering that I am an out-of-state buyer. We got all the paperwork done by phone and email. Once everything got confirmed, I went there, did a test drive, and sign the paperwork in person. I was out with my car in about 2 hours. They sent the title/registration paperwork to the local DMV in my state and made that process simple.Overall, I am delighted with my purchase. I want to thank Wes and the other staff for their support. If you all are looking to buy a car from here, I would say go for it, their prices are very competitive, and you will get the best deal out there.
The services were good. Wesley was my salesman for the purchase of my truck. He was a helpful salesman. My situation was very unique and they were very accommodating to assist with the purchase. I only gave them four stars because after I committed to the vehicle I was purchasing, the communication was falling through which was a little frustrating. Then we had the pleasure of working with Joe in the finance department. He was easy to work with and made the process smooth. Overall they were great other than that.

Actual car purchase was excellent. The detailing of the car was not good though. The car wasn’t filthy, but we found a lot of things that should have been cleaned better.
Pat Bains is the single most competent, knowledgeable, and helpful service person i have met in my life. ask for him by name. finally a no nonsense triage of my car needs. what needs to be fixed first, what can wait, and advice throughout. i came from another city and the service dept there actually milked me. three visits there to fix a simple thing whereas here there is full disclosure and honesty. i drive 2hrs to have my car fixed here all because Pat works here. you want that level of service.
This place is the reason they tell you not to buy from dealerships they are con artist and they will distract you just so they can make a profit and promise you everything don’t make the mistake that I made with Trusting these people don’t buy from them. Even though you do end up buying with them make sure you’re reading every single word on whatever paperwork they give you every single word and don’t let them distract you make sure you’re paying tension every single thing they’re doing. My advice is to get your loan from the bank or just don’t go to the dealership at all.
Pikes Peak Acura has been my go to place for my car for 10 years. We have bought multiple vehicles from them over this time period. Currently I get all my maintenance done at their Service and maintenance area. The staff is always friendly, courteous and has a good sense of humor. Also, they are prompt and on time.

While I was on vacation a car became available and they started the ball rolling to secure the car and sent me photos, car fax and financing. Pikes Peak Acura was one of the few dealers in town Labor Day weekend 2021 with plenty of inventory to choose from - new and used. They made me a great deal on a new 2020 MDX, surpassing my expectations on what I could get for the total amount I was willing to spend. Jonathan and Jonathan were great to work with in a must buy a car situation following someone else totaling my 2010 MDX. I was happy with my used car purchase, right up until the point my personal mechanic discovered the loose oil filter - leaking oil after Pikes Peak Acuras 129 point inspection. This is supposed to be more detailed than the other car lots smaller inspections!My personal mechanic put the car on the rack and noticed the metal plate was barely hanging on with the wrong screws! Also, screws were missing, the plate was full of oil, and he was able to unscrew the oil filter by hand. If I hadnt taken the car in who knows what disaster would have happened...It makes me stop and think if a bunch of car salesman, smiling in my face were lying about the sale and condition of the vehicle!! Also, makes me wonder is there something else wrong that they are lying about. Whoever is doing these so called inspections, isnt really doing them or doesnt know their job, to let something as important as a loose leaking oil filter go unchecked or dealt with, maybe the inspector had something more pressing going on such as checking their Facebook account, napping, smoking, talking, randomly checking 129 point inspection boxes, etc.?! Im tired of being lied to and cheated by greedy people chasing the mighty buck, with no remorse of their dirty actions!!Would I recommend this company - NO!My response to the companys response:I dont understand why I need to contact Pikes Peak Acura, if you are that worried about my review & satisfaction wouldnt it be nice for the company to reach out to me, customers are the heart of your business.
Today Pikes Peak Acura made the easiest car buying experience for me. In the past I have leased with Chrysler, Chevy and GMC. None of them have been as easy and stress free as Acura. Wesley was my sales agent, he and his team made it a seamless experience. Service at Pike’s Peak Acura was fast and professional. Learning that the break system on the 2021 RDX will always make noise when breaking at low speeds is something I was not expecting to hear from the service department. Acura must figure something out to correct this problem.

I recently purchased a used BMW from this dealership. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle and believe I got a good deal. However, the entire process was met with dishonesty and arrogance.I flew in from out-of-state to pick up the vehicle. I mistakenly trusted Steven to be honest with me regarding the condition of the vehicle. The kicker is, if he would have been honest with me, I still would have purchased it. Instead, I was lied to. Even when I arrived at the dealership at my appointed time to finish the paperwork, I had to wait 30+ minutes. I was given some big story that it had just been thoroughly detailed, but Steven noticed some sort of scratch or something and had asked their detailer to touch it up. Obviously a blatant lie as the exterior had visible dust and dirt and there are a handful of fairly obvious defects in the paint. Including what appears to be leftover adhesive on the hood from some sort of tape. It was easily removed with goo off, but still, why lie?Because I was lied to regarding the condition of the vehicle, my son and I ended up stranded at night in a torrential downpour in TX due to faulty windshield wipers. Additionally, the interior of the vehicle is absolutely filthy. The USB port is so jammed with some sort of food crumbs, it does not work. Unfortunately, I realized this during the previously mentioned torrential downpour when I attempted to charge my phone that was dying. Not a great situation.Joe in the finance department treated not only me, but the very experienced loan officer (also a woman) at my credit union like we were idiots. At one point arguing with her regarding what documents are required to close an auto loan in my state. Somehow he knew more than she did about closing an auto loan in a state he had never closed an auto loan in. Just bizarre.Simply put, if you are looking for an auto dealership that is blatantly deceitful with a misogynistic atmosphere, then boy are you in luck with this place.
Damian Forbes was very helpful. I wasn’t sure quite what I was looking for. He patiently evaluated my needs and I fell in love with the second vehicle he showed me. I am very happy and will definitely be back after such a positive experience.
Worst experience from a simple oil change that I’ve ever had. I had to drop my vehicle off so I could go to work. The shuttle ride to my job was good, no problem. My service tech asked what time I needed to be picked up and I said I get off work at 2:30 so either 2:30 or sooner. I didn’t get picked up until 4! Which didn’t leave me enough time to pick up the kids I Coach for football and get to practice because their parents work and are unable to get their kids to and from! To say I was upset is an understatement! Typing this is making me more upset!! I didn’t even get an apology, just pointing of fingers on who’s fault it was! Regardless they were very inconsiderate and if I hadn’t paid for the service package, they wouldn’t see me again!
We found Pikes Peak Acura through a True Car search. The response time was practically immediate. We scheduled a test drive and Michael Prebble was the gentleman sales consultant working for us.When we arrived we met the kind receptionist. She went looking for Michael, when Jonathan the sales manager appears and said Michael was getting the car. Boom, car there. Timing was spot on!Michael proceeded to answer our questions and provide an introduction to the Acura RDX. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.We test drove and were able to test out the different driving modes., check out rear backup camera, and generally get the feel of the vehicle. Sweet ride. Plenty of giddy up and go and very roomy.I wanted to pass on our wonderful experience. Michael Prebble is far and above the best sales consultant I have met, and I used to be one. We may have chosen a different car, but Michael was our choice for sales consultant.As far as the RDX, it has the most horsepower, and room for the price. If yall are interested in an Acura, I recommend giving Pikes Peak Acura a try. If your experience is half as good as ours, you will love it. And now you know who to ask for.
I really enjoyed working with Anna Marie (i think that’s her name). She’s funny, nice, and knowledgeable. I drove into the service center, got out of my car, and she readily recognized me and made a joke. I explained my tire balancing issue and she explained how weights often fall off, which I didn’t know. When the service was complete, she told me one wheel had absolutely no weights, so her assessment was correct. While in the waiting room, she kept keeping me informed. When completed, she assured me to contact her directly if the problem persists. But i drove home, testing the balance at higher speeds and the car was rock steady. Pikes Peak Acura has always done a good job and they’ve been very nice people.
Nate was wonderful in finding me my exact car i wanted. the price i wanted. low miles. he was very kind. went out of his way to help me. i did not end up buying due to logistics with me living out of state. i would defn recommend Pike’s Peak Auto!

They always to a good job. However, we have found that if it is something that is easily explained such as an oil change then it better to explain what car problem is in writing so there is no misunderstandings.
Was able to install a battery under warranty without an appointment in less than an hour. Fantastic service.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. My wife and I visited this dealership to attempt to purchase an MDX. We had already secured financing and told each individual that we spoke to, multiple times, that we DID NOT want financing through them. A Bottom line price was agreed upon, with the number written down. We shook hands and I left my wife at the dealership to finish up paperwork. There were multiple attempts to get her to sign paperwork to apply for financing, after we made it crystal clear that we had no interest in financing through them. We also declined any additional warranties (Several times). We left the dealership and waited for our bank to send us the contract. Once we received it, the contract was for 2500 more than we agreed to. We almost didn’t notice until we read the breakdown of the financing. Somehow the dealership added approximately 2500 to the price we agreed upon. After making sure these fees were not associated with our lender, we asked the dealership how the 2500 got added on? We had multiple explanations, one about how they thought there was supposed to be an extended warranty, another few that were pretty lame and then lots of backtracking. We then find out that the dealership emailed our lender, saying that they should explain that there was no warranty added and how they mended the error and whatever else. Kinda seems as though they were trying to cover their tracks. Our lender said it seemed as though they were trying to add the interest rate that we had into the loan somehow. Either way, it’s hard to believe that the dealership just accidentally added the 2500. There’s got to be some sort of quality control in place. Could you imagine if we accidentally shorted the dealership 2500? It would never happen. Either way, this dealership seemed very dishonest in their practices and/or maybe just incompetent. Maybe both? It’s unfortunate that it’s so hard to find a decent dealership. I’ve had one encounter in my entire life that didn’t feel dirty afterwards. If you can, avoid Pikes Peak Acura. There’s better places to purchase.
They really worked with me to get in to the car I needed within my budget! I am so grateful for all the understanding and patience. I even met the big boss. Its obvious they care about every customer that walks threw the door. Plus they gave me snacks and drink the entire time I was here. Thank you Pike Peak Acura.
I got my car back still doing the same thing even worse. I was was told nothing was wrong with my car everything is good. I was also told they had no vehicles to be used so I had to find a ride to my appointment I was told to read the car manual and video. I Video my car when I was driving maybe now they will believe me. I was going to use my vehicle on a trip with my family this is vehicle hazard. I had to find another way of transportation. I’m Very disappointed I had always had excellent service and customer service with Acura the service department needs to train new employees to be more Empathetic about their customers about their customers.
Worked in the industry. These people lie, use fear and guilt tactics. Treated me like I knew nothing about cars. I called Acura directly to check their service recommendations which were NOT Acura recommendations. Complained about a part and its recall only to be told it had expired. Received a letter stating my warranty was completely up and needed to call immediately. I did and was told I had no warranty at all. Not only still under warranty but have an extended warranty. It was a pleasure to tell them my car was in another dealership being repaired under warranty. The part I complained about damaged the engine and Acura completely replaced as the part had a design defect and was recalled. Met an ex Pikes Peak salesman whom told me he quit due to them telling employees to lie in order to get sales. Buyer BEWARE. I will drive to Denver.
My old Pontiac blew up a day before. Went to 4 differ places then here, I was so glad i stopped by and got a lot of help from the sale manager himself and Mr.Donovan G. He aint about talking left and right to make a sale instead he wore his heart on his sleeve. Straight to the point and super honest, he was such a good man that I prefered my friend to get a $45k Yukon from him on the same day. We need more ppl like him out there. Also special thanks to other sales men (Matthew, Austin and David) who worked together as a team to make things happen. Im really happy with my purchase. Fair pricing and excellent customer service.
Had a recall on my car. Scheduled my appointment online. Great service. Was faster than I was advised it would take. Very friendly service. Comfortable waiting lounge.
My boyfriend and I initially stopped by here just to take a look at our options, but we ended up leaving with an amazing vehicle that I absolutely love! The staff here was super helpful and narrowed our search down to only a couple options, and did not pressure us to make any decisions! We signed the final financing paperwork yesterday and our monthly payment is actually cheaper than what we asked for, and our credit is nothing to brag about. If you have not so great credit and would like a nice new car with low payments, I suggest you go to Pikes Peak Acura and ask for Anthony! You will not be disappointed!
