A must visit for authentic Mexican food from the restaurant located in the back of the grocery with reasonable prices which offer done in or take out. I visit often to get my Mexican fix. The grocery is selective however considering how small it is offers a wide variety of authentic items from Mexico. You can also get a good selection of fresh meat from the meat dept with a butcher there every time Ive visited. You will find that local Hispanics dine and shop there which indicates the authenticity. You will not be disappointed!

The owner here is a really nice guy. Store is clean and well stocked. Meat counter has everything you could want from a Mexican meat market. As well as the store there is a great little meat market featuring all your favorites at a reasonable price. Homemade tortillas and plenty big portions. All in all a great stop.

Best little carniceria in Colorado Springs. Always fresh produce and super friendly clerks. Try the Arrechera marinada.

Real, made to order corn tortillas, fresh vegetables and fresh meat in the market. And they finally opened up more places to sit down and eat. Awesome as always. Prices went up but I dont mind.

This is the place to get real Mexican food, candy and calling cards. Food service is a bit slow and sometimes English isnt their forte, but thats never a problem. Good Spanish DVD collection too.

Havent been able to find authentic carne asada since I moved back to the springs. Found this place and gave it a try. I bought 2lbs my first time and it was exactly what I was looking. Could not have been more pleased. However, when I went back today I ordered 3lbs. Upon getting home and opening it up to eat, it looks extremely disgusting and doesnt resemble carne asada at all. It looks as though they purposely mixed in handfuls of pure fat(maybe a lb or so). And when i ordered the first time all the seasoning was black and small like pepper kind of. This time the seasoning looks like something they swept off the floor in back. The lady also walked past me with my order and took it in the back for awhile(I wasnt aware it was my order). I dont feel comfortable eating this and therefore I wont. But its disappointing to see the lack of consistency. I had my hopes up for this place but now it looks like my hunt for good, consistent carne asada will go on

Ive been looking for a place like this since Rancho Liborio closed years ago. This is pretty close - they have stuff you cant find otherwise, but their prices are not super competitive.

They have a small restaurant attached to the market. They make amazing burritos.

One of the few places to go and get a great bit of food.

I love all the selection of Mexican foods, candies, and drinks! Very nice people. Also, they sell the BEST tacos ever (Im Mexican and Ive been looking for good tacos in CO and these are amazing), I highly recommend!I love the selection of Mexican food, sweets, and soft drinks. Check the prices well before arriving at the cashier always charge 50 or 1 dollar more than it is in the box. The lady who dispatches at the checkout is well grocer and does not have good customer service. If someone has a problem instead of having her fix it, she throws herself in the rear and says groceries. I do not recommend this place at all and have problems with the Better Business Bureau. I mean everyone who gets to step on this crap shop takes care.
