Mark, the owner, was phenomenal. We made an appointment ½ hour after closing to accommodate our work schedules and stayed until we were satisfied. I had so many questions and he patiently answered all of them! I tried out many bikes until I found the “right fit”. Talk about personal service! I am now a happy owner of a pedago! This will be my entry back into the world of fitness AND transportation!
Mark and his team are the best! They provide excellent service - even for my husbands Pedego that he didnt get from them! I can always call with questions and Mark goes out of his way to help. He has my bike ready the same day (we live 2 hours away). I would not go anywhere else.We love our Pedegos. They are reliable, the range of the motor is great and they bike fantastic. We always get positive comments.
Ok... First of all when I walked into the Pedego store I had absolutely ZERO intention of buying bike. The 500w motor gives it way more than enough power and takes off just as fast as any other bike in my experience. The Colorado Springs dealer - Both Mark and Ken here in was amazing and extremely accommodating! My wife has the bike that is perfect for her. Thank you so much!

I purchased my pedego bike in denver because this shop did not have my size. But the salesman here was so kind and took the time to explain many, many things about the bike that i did not understand, even though i did not purchase my bike here.That was so cool.
It was late afternoon very near closing time when I managed to get to their shop. Ken stayed and taught me tons about these bikes. He show cased several that met the specs I wished for, let me test them out to get a feel for them which was awesome.Then, when I finally settled on the Interceptor, he told me had a new one on deck with a really cool color scheme; black on white. It looked awesome. However, it just hit the show room floor and hadn’t been checked yet. So Ken said if I want to wait around while he does the final inspections and tuning he’d be happy to do so (this was after hours by this time). An hour later I was on my brand new Pedego Interceptor! It felt great and rode nice. I cannot express enough how awesome of a job Ken did with explaining how everything works (literally everything) and tuning the bike. Just amazing.Then I eventually rode the bike home and a little later I went to hook up the charger. I accidentally had the wrong charger (I realized this when the plugs were completely different). I left a voicemail explaining that. Then, this morning (Easter Sunday even) he offered to drive to my house and give me the right charger which he did. Amazing guy, amazing service, A+!
Mark has been extremely helpful AND friendly. We bought two Interceptor E-bikes from him. As we knew nothing about E-bikes, he spent well over an hour explaining about them and helping to figure out the best models for us. We have since bought a bike carrier and 2 smart cycling helmets from him. We found it best to text him and set up an appointment. This provides us with great one-on-one service! Recently purchased my 3rd electric bike. This shop hands down the best experience. Unlike my previous purchases in which salesman knew next to nothing about electric bikes, Mark was very knowledgeable and walked me through the bikes that would best serve my purpose. No high pressure sales pitch and no push to up sale to more expensive bike. They shop’s owner, as well as Mark, were very friendly. Plus their social distancing practices were stringent making sure everyone was safe. I highly recommend this business. And they do service the bikes they sell! I just wish I had bought my first bike there.
I recently bought a Pedego Boomerang Plus bike in the Colorado Springs store. Mark was extremely helpful. Since I hadnt ridden a bike in years, Mark had me try out an electric bike for about 30 minutes. I really liked the experience. Mark worked with me to order a bike with all the options that I needed including a helmet and a bike lock. He delivered the bike to my home and patiently went over all the information I needed to care for the bike. Mark also adjusted the bike so that the seat was set up properly for my height and leg length, and the handle bars for me arm reach. This is the kind of care you get from a professional who wants his customers to have a good experience.

Bought a Pedego Bike a few weeks ago when at our place in Breckenridge, CO. Great experience from them.....I was under the impression I could get my questions answered and bike serviced at Pedego when at our home in Colorado Springs.Apparently not! Very interesting business philosophy----not what your are lead to believe by Pedego corporate.I called to ask a quick question about my new bike and was told by service department they really only want to deal with customers who bought the bike locally.Thats OK I will work with the Brech dealer or affiliate in South Denver.....Good luck with your business model for service.
You need to inform your renters that Ebikes arent allowed at Red Rock Canyon. And yes, I followed one of your renters to your shop after they were riding at RRC.
