They had the embroidery floss color I needed. As well as a bunch of other stuff. They do have dividers up at the registers, and an attempt at unidirectional flow. The cashier was super friendly, and had some killer nail art.

They have adorable miniature town for holidays with all of the accessories, and they are at a really good price! I love how they always have coupons and they give a military discount as well!

There are VERY little jewelry making tools, charms, and beads.

Great deals and sales going on. The store was very clean and organized. The employees were quite nice and helpful. The glitter quality and choices in this store blew my mind...The choices at their competition is always quite lacking.

Please dont believe anything the website tells you. I understand that some numbers may be off, but when its happening at every store everyday, then its not you, its Michaels. Please do better I want to like this place.

Im used to wonderful Michaels in Texas !! Great arts, crafts,art etc etc. NOT IN The Colorado Springs stores 🙄😕NOT MUCH TO LOOK AT...nor what I read looking for ( decorative string lighting)..

Be careful what you order online for curbside pickup. The item you get is nothing like the picture for the product. It they dont have it when it says they do.

An avid crocheter, I only buy yarn when I go to a craft store. When I stopped by Michael’s last week, their yarn section was really disorganized compared to JoAnn and Hobby Lobby, with a lot of it too high to reach, and a number of skeins being sold without their wrappers, leaving me unable to tell if they were previously bought, partially used, and then returned. Unless you’re looking for a “must have now” brand and color, I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend Michael’s.

I went yesterday at 5. Not too busy, but I imagine they were much busier earlier in the day, and they still had plenty of Christmas decor. Another craft store was picked pretty clean. Glad I could find what I was looking for for a last minute holiday craft that I will be giving to someone.

Well stocked location. Customer service is excellent. Had a pricing issue that wasnt enough for me to pursue but the ladies there are super customer retention oriented. Kira, I think her name was, was super helpful and patient. And, you could even see her smiling underneath her face mask

The girl out front letting people in she was Fabulous ( you should give a chair to sit or at least a rubber mat to stand on) The cashier was a pleasant. The manager was very RUDE !! It was today 11/28 12:00 pm I had items to return. I lost my receipt, she said NO I point at the return policy said may I please have my gift card. She was ferocious. But did give my gift card. I believe I will no longer shop there anymore. It was very convenient. She was very unprofessional. I feel sorry for the employees that work under her. I do alot of crafts. I will be going to Hobby lobby in the future

Not a great selection but some of they prettiest traditional decorations out there. Staff was nice and as always its a fun place to visit. They are taking all precautions for the covid outbreak as well.

We had about 5 large prints to frame and the Larry helping us was so patient. We were there for about two hours choosing frames and matting with four kids. She was cheerful and helpful the whole time. The prints look great!

Great place to get arts and crafts

If you know where everything is and you know that they have what you need, Michaels can be great. However, almost every time I have been I have needed help and not had somebody available to help me. Additionally things that I thought they would carry and should be carried based on some of their other products are not there. I tried to come here because it is convenient and close by, but in reality I would rather go to Jo-Anns every time

I love Michaels. All the arts and crafts supplies you could want & great selection of paints. Saw they just added a costume cosplay section, too! Save money on the high dollar items with their online coupons. My favorite art store.

Reasonably priced but I did find it hard to find someone to help me o wont hold it again st them though it was the day before Christmaseve....but when I did they were helpful and friendly...

It is a crafters paradise. Glitters are cheaper, than what Ive seen on amazon. They have a good amout of beads but not that great of selection. They could add a bit more sale stuff other than that its in the center of a large shopping area, make a day out of it.

Nice selection, never go in without a coupon! The seasonal stuff is always amazing, I always get compliments when I decorate with things from Michaels. They have a quite a few choices for high quality artists materials, but mostly crafting supplies. Good jewelry making section. They could use a bigger yarn selection, but not bad. Pretty good miniatures and fairy garden section. Its a big store in a good location, where we can usually find an alright parking spot. Employees are mostly very helpful when you can actually find one and chase them down!Update 11/2018: Dont order online and try to pick up... They dont inform you if something is out of stock. I would have bought my entire order at another store if I knew they would have given me 1 out of 25 of the same items Id put in my online cart. When I emailed them about it they never responded. This store is good enough, but only use them in person...

I came in knowing nothing but a rough idea of what I wanted to do. The staff here left me alone and let me wander until I hit the little button for help in one of the aisles. Then they were super helpful in getting me the tools I needed to get what I want to done. AND there was a 60% coupon for the product they ended up selling me on! Will return.
