Highly recommend! Dr. J and her team are AMAZING! I was having issues seeing with my contacts and was told I could no longer wear disposables by my previous eye Dr..... I was heartbroken. I went back two times and kept trying different lenses. Spent a small fortune too. I decided it was time to move on....Several people mentioned Family Vision Care and Dr. J and recommended I make an appointment. I finally did, saw Dr. J and she got me in a disposable lens and I can finally see clearly! Thanks Dr. J!

My experience was great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are short staffed but you wouldn’t have known it. Everyone, including Dr. Jessica, were happy and kind.

My son and husband went here the other day for the first time. My four year old was nervous but the workers were very kind and professional and relaxed him straight away. My 7 year old and I have an appt for next week and he said his little brother made it sound so fun he couldnt wait to go too!

She takes time to get to know her patients, and shows great compassion. The exam process is efficient without feeling rushed, and I did not experience any wait times. The staff is extremely professional, welcoming, and accommodating; it is easy to see they love their jobs. Additionally, her office is practicing exemplary safety measures regarding Covid-19: temperature screenings, social distancing, mask wearing, increased sanitizing, etc. — I felt safe and comfortable during my visit. This was the most amazing eye exam experience I have ever had. I found Dr. Jessica on an internet search. I was thrilled by her website and welcome video. The fact that I could make an appointment online, and communicate with the office via text pretty much sealed the deal as I am an extreme introvert and avoid talking on the phone at all costs. EVERYONE at this practice is friendly, personable and clearly loves their job. I am very hard to prescribe contacts for due to my exacting expectations and poor vision. As an artist it is extremely important to me to be able to see well, and until now that had not been achieved. I told Dr Jessica all this and told her to impress me. She accepted the challenge and may I say, exceeded my request. I am beyond impressed and a patient for life. My 16 year old son was also examined, and thoroughly enjoyed his experience as well. He was more engaged with this staff than I have ever seen him with any other people. He actually had fun. I cant recommend this practice highly enough.

I would like to start by saying thanks to everyone for leaving amazing reviews, because of y’all I found this amazing office. I went to see Dr. Jessica for a second opinion on an eye emergency I was having, which I had been suffering from for over 24 hours. Dr. Jessica and her entire staff were so kind to me. She listened to my concerns and did a thorough exam of my eye finding a forgein body in it. I had been told by another office that I did not have anything in it I was just experience discomfort from a cornea issue. I’m definitely Thanking my lucky stars from above for finding this office. Dr. Jessica and staff are amazing, I will definitely return for my routine eye visits.

My 5 year old daughter had an appointment at family vision care yesterday. Let me tell you these individuals were amazing! Everyone was extremely kind, and welcoming. Our 6 year olds glasses broke on Monday. Tuesday I called family Vision Care & they got her in Wednesday morning! They were all super friendly the moment you walked in the door. Dr. Jessica was Awesome! She and I both has an exam. She took the timeWith each of us. My daughter doesn’t like getting her eyes checked - she gets scared. Dr. Jessica did very well with her from the moment she walked in the room. I myself, have worked in optometry clinics in the past & have seen doctors who just aren’t the right fit for kids as patients, which I was very worried this office would be one. I was totally wrong ! I highly recommend Family Vision Care! The customer service was outstanding & the optical has plenty of nice frames to choose from!

I had great experience with the eye doctor my first time around everything went well in June I broke my glasses I came in to get a repair a Nother pair glasses I have insurance today is now September 23 and I do not have a pair glasses that I pay for insurance that are covered for my glasses I don’t understand how it takes four months for a pair Frames only to come in not one phone call from anyone in this office to sayWe’re working on it or anything I called today and I was told by a gentleman that they would be there tomorrow so mind if I had never called I would’ve never gotten my glasses 4 months really. I have to have my glasses to drive This is what makes this crazy.I will never be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service horrible no follow up no phone call and no empathy !!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you Doctor but what you may not know is When I came in yesterday 10/01to pick up my frames the offer for the free prescription sunglasses or a second pair of glasses for free was never offered just so that you know but for some reason the 2 working the front knew Me it was a little cold up front never been like this before I got my glasses and ran.Honestly you were the best eye doctors I’ve ever had in all of my 34 years wearing glasses.

Dr Jessica is so sweet and understanding and even with a busy schedule, she actually takes the time to talk to her patients and get to the root of whatever is happening, even if it’s just an eye exam! Although I have not yet had the opportunity to be a patient at Family Vision Care, I did have the opportunity to get to know Dr. Jessica through several years of training together in optometry school. Her knowledge of the eye and visual system is superb and her people skills are excellent. If she didn’t practice 2,000 miles away, I would be happy to call her my eye doctor.

Our family has been going to Family Vision Care for several years now. When we first started Dr. Manheimer was there and he was wonderful. Dr. Jessica took over the practice when he left and she is just as experienced. She is pleasant, professional, caring, and thorough. She examines our eyes yearly and the practice has tons of frames to choose from. Youre not going to receive your glasses in an hour BUT the lenses arent going to peel and the frames wont fall apart either. Also, if you think youre having any other type of eye issue, see Dr. Jessica. She knows how to handle and treat pink eye much better than your PCP. Everyone in the office is proficient at their work and an asset to the office.

The people that work there were professional and also made you feel like family. The doctor and nurses took their time and and answered your questions. I will definitely go back when I need another exam.

Dr Jessica and Teasha have always been caring, patient, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They not only look out for your eye health but also help you find the best glasses/contact lenses for you, look wise, comfort wise and within insurance and budget. Even though we see them once a year, they know us by name and face. If there ever is an issue they help to remedy it as quick as possible. When my son lost his glasses at one summer camp and needed new ones within the weekend Teasha emailed me his prescription. They are always there to help.

Purchased a pair of non prescription sunglasses from them got home decided I didnt need them returned the next day to return for refund. Apparently they have a 30% restocking fee which isnt listed anywhere on the receipt or any signage in store. Been a customer and client for years but this is the last time I will use them for any kind of service. Bad business practice if your employees dont know your return policy and you have to make up one on the spot.

I have been seeing Doctor Manheimer for a few years now at least twice a year including my annual eye exam. He takes time to explain in detail his findings and how it will affect my health in the future years and in a way I fully understand. He is very thorough and never is rushed when he sees me. He makes sure I understand exactly what I need to do to keep my eyes healthy and I sincerely appreciate a Doctor like him that is so thorough and he never overbooks patients.

TOLD ME IF I HAD ANY PROBLEM LET HER KNOW.WHEN I CHECKED OUT THEY CHARGED ME $45 FOR THE PRESCRIPTION I THOUGHT THAT WAS PART OF THE EXAM NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR A PRESCRIPTION .I DID NOT GET MY GLASSES FROM THEIR OFFICE WHEN I GOT THE GLASSES THE VISION WAS NOTVERY GOOD I CALLED THE OFFICE MANAGER AND TALKED ABOUT MY PROBLEM THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A CHARGE FOR CHECKING THE GLASSES .WHEN THE DR.TOLD IF I HAD A PROBLEM SHE DID NOT TELL ME IT WOULD BE A CHARGE.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED THE SERVICEI GOT .
