I take my vehicle to them all the time! They are Friendly and Honest and have always done right by me😊

Took my vehicle here to fix an ongoing issue of 2 plus years. They fixed it and it was quality work they preformed. My biggest issue with this place is they were very bad at communicating. I had to chase after them to get status of my vehicle, they promised they would call only to never hear from them. And when I called and had a question I never got an actual answer to my questions... Occasionally I felt like I was given an attitude and none of this is good for a repair facility. Again, work was fine, just the communication had me without a vehicle for multiple days and I didn’t have the first clue of what was going on.

This co has POOR communication skills & customer service skills. The lady Karen tried to get snappy with me so I hung up on her and she had the nerve to call me back. One thing about being a business owner is customer skills. If you rather argue with your upset client because of false information you provided your going to loose a lot of business. I’m just saying!

I have a 1965 GTO and I was looking for someone that could help me with an oil leak. I did some research and found that Autoworks did a lot of work on older cars. Mr.Henry and his son Cole were outstanding from the beginning to the end. I thought I had only one oil leak, but when we put it on the lift they were able to find other place that were showing leaks. When I got my car back, they gave it back to me without any damage to my car, all the leaks were fixed, and the engine was repainted and it looks outstanding. The attention to detail that all the employees gave to my car was second to none. I would definitely use and recommend Mr. Henry and his shop Autoworks.

This place is simply amazing! I have a 1999 Honda Civic lx that had trouble starting the car and sometimes it would just cut off while I was driving. I took my car to MULTIPLE auto shops to see what was wrong and I’ve thrown so much money away only for them to tell me they aren’t exactly sure what was wrong with my car. Until I brought it Auto works, they recommended that I leave my car with them for a couple of days so they can drive it and figure out what was wrong. Finally after a couple of days they were able to find the problem and fix!! I would highly recommend everyone to go here!! They aren’t one of those auto shops that try and take advantage of you and get you for your money. Even if you know absolutely nothing about cars you will leave Auto Works with all the knowledge you need.

A friend of mine insisted that I take my car to CH Autoworks. I am so glad I did! Great business top to bottom. They had my power steering pump replaced within four hours of the car being dropped off. You cant beat the price and the quality. I will be taking all of my cars here when work is needed. Thank you!

I used to go to Autowork and have recommended them to people I know. I quit going there after they worked on my on my Taurus. I had the transmission gasket changed, and it started leaking fluid. I went to Shumates and had them look at my car. They said 2 screws were missing and the screws that were in, were cross threaded. I was very disappointed. The first time I went, they worked on my Mercury. It was a wonderful experience. The quality of work and customer service has declined. Its sad. Autoworks use to a great place to have my cars worked on.
