The folks there were very friendly they repaired our vehicle in a acceptable amount of time they repaired it correctly and we were able to have a rental from there until they repaired ours they offer a great service I would recommend it to anyone that needs collision repair well done

Dropped my car off Monday 06/07/21 enterprise wouldnt answer they gave me a rental very friendly staff and repaired my car very fast and kept me informed about the repair status will definitely be taking vehicles here again in the future.

Even under a new name their promises to call back or follow up or follow through are terribly unreliable at best and broken to non-existent at worst. It would be more expedient for the customer if they were just honest up front and explain they are simply too busy, too understaffed, too uncaring (or whatever is the truth of the matter) to be expected to call back as promised...so they should say, if you havent received a call from us as promised and you really want the work done, you may wish to go elsewhere.

Second time taking a vehicle there. Had a few issues with getting things straight. Not impressed. 😐9/28/2021...After taking my car in for some repairs we found out how messed up our paint job was. Thinking everything thing was good only to find out it wasnt. The blue paint that was on our leather seat was also removed!! THANK YOU CALLIBER CILLISION!!!!!

Both times I have had my car fix here due to accidents never had any issues. Car comes out washed and most times the people communicates well with you. Took a star away because I had to turn in my rental and car wasn’t done. Had to call my insurance a couple of times to get things running smooth and I shouldn’t have to do so. Their communication with enterprise is outstanding. Don’t forget to grab a snack!

How do you give less than a star. Granted its been years but they used wood screws to attach my body kit. Took weeks longer than quoted and then got nasty when I spoke up about it. Busch league.

I had been trying to get an issue fixed for about 2 weeks with another company then I was recommended to contact Colonial Heights Collision center. CHCC gave me a price and time for you for my car to be ready for pickup they are very precise and good at what they do! I would definitely reccomend them for anyone who needs their vehicles repaired the right way!

Absolutely the worst service. My daughter insurance had her to take her car to them. She was told the car should be ready in about 4-7 days. After calling them several times to see what the delay was, they very arrogantly stated the door was dent and needed to order another which added another week to her having to pay for a rental. By the time her car was completed she went to pick it up, they were extremely rude and only concerns were the deductible. The rental totaled to over $700.00. When she expressed to them it was their error for the length of time her car was there, they cared less and no compensation were offered. Not good business technique, insurance company notified to not send customers to this place ever again. What has happened to this world. I hope these guys read this and think of their own children. Mankind is not the same.

Could not give zero but rest assured I will be in touch with the BBB as well as other entities over the bs and a lot more, which this shop has done and caused. Avoid a guy named Ryan, avoid this shop all together if possible. In the course of the next few weeks I will update this review with photos and details in depth as to what hell Ive been through. If you use this shop ensure you have plenty of rental coverage as they wont do as they say and refund any moneys and they will take over a month to do anything. More to come so stay posted.

I took my friend up there to get her car which they had towed to their business. She was in an accident two blocks away at the cookout restaurant. It was 2/10 of a mile they charged her $225 for the towing, $50 for storage, and $85 for admin after $360 she was able to get her car out. It is sad and it’s horrible that they overcharged her it didn’t even go a half a mile. People don’t have that kind of money and it’s sad that businesses gouge others when they are down. I would never recommend them to anybodyI am going to post it on Colonial Heights issues too

Horrible customer service my rep was Pam had my car repaired from someone hitting the back of it and drove it one day which was a Saturday after getting it repaired and the bumper fell the hell off of it. Pam the claim adjuster that I had procceded to get smart on the telephone and hang up the phone after stating that it was not the shops fault that the bumper came off of the car. Stated that it looked as if someone pulled the bumper off or someone hit the car. The car had no damages from a hit not a scratch or dent

Colonial Heights Collision Center was very professional. I brought my car in for hail damage and they were able to perform the repairs very quickly. I did not have an appointment nor had I called them prior to showing up, upon arrival I was greeted very quickly and someone was sent out to provide me with an estimate. I had decided to use their facility at that time and they immidetly called me a rental car agency to come pick me up.The same day, they emailed me a formal estimate, and two days later called to update me on the status of my vehicle. The day it was ready, they called twice. Once to say it was ready and again to let me know that the car was cleaned and awaiting my arrival.When I picked up the vehicle, I was taken care of again very quickly.

I am in awe. A loved one with AAA had this company dispatched by AAA, they waited almost an hour and never showed up. AAA said they couldnt get a response from the driver after driver confirmed the roadside assistance. Thanks to Browders Towing, they are ok. Browders immediately were on the way. Their driver immediately called loved one to reassure them, too. Yay Colonial Heights Collision Center. Not. Disappointed.

Horrible experience absolutely horrible. They told me my car would take a week to complete I didnt get my car back for over a month. No one answers the phone. Also I had to take my car back because they did not put my passenger side door on correctly . After getting my car back a second time my brother notice cracks all under my hood an my bumper was not placed correctly . I did not take my car back a third time in fear of them damaging my car more than what it was when I originally took it to them. This was progressives choice in their network of auto shops I also left progressive ! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Pure prejudice... 20 mins before a man who watched me pull in to ask can he help me. As we walked out and up to me car he sees the minor damage on my 2013 370Z Nismo. At the car he tells me they dont do work on body kits.. After I tell him my car is fully factory, he proceeds to come up with BS on this and that tell I just said ok have a good day... The look on his and other employees faces when I entered was a dead give a way to what was in store but I tried my luck anyway... His demeanor and attitude sealed it... Damn shame

Do NOT leave vehicle with Colonial Heights Collision Center THERE ARE NO CAMERAS. Items stolen from vehicle. When asked if they could help me find out who burglarized my vehicle, the company owner rudely reminded me of my contract that stated they held no responsibility. When the police questioned the owner, he found that the lot HAD NO CAMERAS. I am saddened by the disrespect shown and the lack of care for my vehicle.
