Awesome store that is actually stocked pretty much all the time. This is my goto Walmart for any and everything. Best prices and products around the area. Very well maintained and organized unlike Target where everything is everywhere. Public restrooms, handicap parking and accommodations with electric wheelchairs. Best place for your everyday needs!

Went to buy some Jeans. Found what I was looking for plus bought a shirt, dress pants, and face masks . Prices were good.

I went in yesterday for a vision exam. Dr. Michael Williams was just the best! The staff was also great! Got everything I needed and more. Give these folks a raise! I dont know what they make, but its certainly not enough. Thanks Doc!

Hard to find stuff and employees to ask for assistance are hard to find also kind of sucks. They did away with cashiers could use them now to stock and for customer assistance

This Walmart seems larger than the others in the area. friendly which is sort of unusual for Walmart. The employees of this Walmart are the most friendly & helpful of all the Walmarts in this area. There are more self-serve checkouts here than any other Walmart Ive seen. Theres only two human cashiers in this store. Also the store is a little cluttered. Theyre going through some type of renovation. Plus, they have electric car chargers.Easy shopping with either department part or groceries. Wide aisles ensure comfortable shopping with carts on either side. The self-checkout always helps when in a hurry.

Out of all the Walmarts Ive shopped at through the years, the customer service here is phenomenal. From the pharmacy, to the employees at the check out to the pick up crew.. You guys rock! Thank you!

They never have what I need,always short staffed. And most of the staff they do have are very rude. I hate when I have to go to this store.

Walmart is always busy, and there were not alot of cashiers to check out. The store was well stocked and the produce and food section was well maintained.

The store is really big and has a good variety of options. On the down side though one of the workers got an attitude when we were looking for an items.

Cant get waited on, Walmart has gotten rid of the checkers. Have to do it yourself. Dont have time for that!!!!! There is no one to help you find anything out on the floor. It was bad enough when they didnt have food during the pandemic, now theres no one to wait on you!!! I see Walmart going down the toilet REAL fast with this nonsense!!!!! My friends and family dont shop there anymore!!!!!

Good luck finding customer service. Employees block isles pulling orders with their carts and stopping to visit with other employees. Just to satisfy lazy folks who will not come in and shop. Shelves empty yet Belleville Il has it in stock. Management???? Joking and toking the best anyones best guess.

They should have more people checking us out. Sometimes you want to pay with cash and self check out doesnt allow you to use cash.

Havent had many good experiences at any of the Walmarts lately.Very crowded, not much room for social distancing.Too many self checkouts and not enough cashiers.Most disappointing this trip was the Money Center was closed and had to wait at Customer Service for transaction. Had to go to Money Center to complete transaction with an associate. Couldnt complete transaction after waiting half an hour for service and had an unpleasant verbal interaction with another customer that had been waiting in line at the Money Center because there was no clear signage about how customers were to proceed for Money Center services.

Not sure what is up with this Walmart... Not sure why they profile people... as soon as I walked in to the store I was followed around... Had security pass by me several times... Staff circling around me... Not sure if its my race or tattoos... But they need to chill.

This store was very pleasant. I think there needs to be a second Wal Mart near the Ofallon store. It is over crowded. This may also help prevent theft from the store.

Their Pickup & Delivery is Horrible! They send you a text/email telling you that your order is ready and check in when you’re on the way and still have you waiting for an half hour to an hour! Why tell the customer their order is ready when it’s not! This has happened too many times to count. I had to cancel my order today! I will not shop at this store anymore! I will drive a few extra miles and shop at the Glen Carbon location!

People give them a bad rap but they are friendly and you can get in and out quick. Even returns are minimum hassle. Faster to go to Walmart than the USPS. :)

You would think after how many years they would have a better handle on things. Then the next Walmart 6 miles away from this one is always nice.clean.stocked. depends which Walmart you go to and what kind of managers in each store. Its always a headache to get toilet paper milk and tampons .so I just order online now. It just dont work for me how it used to. Employees do next to nothing .see them on phones when ya walk in dont even say hi to me. This is of course my experience and opinion. I have 3 24 hr Walmarts 6 to 8 miles apart.

Very low stock in the grocery area, dry grocery, meat and freezer had multiple shelves completely empty. Very messy, lots of empty cardboard and random messes in the aisles. Lots of employees standing around talking and joking.One of the aisles had a large water spill, no wet floor signs or anything, someone just placed some trash cans and an empty mop bucket by it, yet the best aisle had 3 employees just hanging out talking, as if on break.Seems like there is a management issue, would not recommend going there

We went into the Walmart just to pickup 1 item in the pharmacy. A stock person said that we could not purchase anything because they were getting ready to close. The check out area is on the other end of the store. We went through the check out line with no problem.

Customer service, particularly at the customer service counter can be downright indifferent and mean, depending on the day. This morning I was met with a very rude and what I consider mean greeting by an associate in customer service who made me feel unwelcome and like a criminal when I asked for change. I eventually spoke with a store manager who explained the policy to me in a respectful way, but Im trying my best after today to avoid this store at all costs! Never feel my business is appreciated here although I do most of my grocery shopping at this store. Not after today! Ive had it!

Yes you can find what you need at this Walmart, yes it is located in an easy place to get to, and yes you might save money but that is where it ends. This store has had repeated criminal problems and it no longer feels safe, even during the day time. The staff are not friendly and treat you like you are bothering them when you ask for help. I would rather shop our Wal-Mart grocery or Aldis than go here.

Went in with add for discount and receipt from another store, manager would not honor and was a little mouthy about it. I will be cancelling my plus membership and start going elsewhere. She may think she saved money but considering I spend around $1000 a month there I would say she lost way more then she saved.

I was sitting out in the car with my friends kids while he went in the store to get a few things. During this time some woman came up to my window freaking out cussing and screaming and threatening me with all four of my friends kids right there all because her daughter claimed that we followed her around the parking lot and our vehicle hadnt even moved since we pulled in and parked there. The cops were called to mediate the situation after the daughter through a soda on the windshield of our vehicle. In which case nothing was done about what the other people had caused. Walmart and the Fairview heights police backed the other people who were in the wrong. They slandered us, caused damage to the windshield and scared a 1 year old and 3-year-old child because of how they were acting.

Worst automotive service center in the area. Waited over 40 minutes to be waited on. Which didnt happen because they couldnt tell the customer in front of me how long until they could get to his car. Then he asked if they could call him when it was done. The employee answered if they get time to call him when its done. So i left. Walmart should put back benches for customers who have to wait for their vehicles.

I drive from swansea to shop at the collinsville store because its cleaner and they stock the shelves constantly, unlike belleville or OFallon.

Terrible. Sunday at noon 25+ buggies with only 1 of 2 checkout lanes open. Will not be going back. Waited about 1 hour to checkout. Some of my frozen food was thawed out.

Went here to use the bank. Customer service was amazing. This particular store is 95 percent self check. I thought this was insane. I am not quite sure how I feel about this..

This Walmart is ok, but honestly there is one security guard from Brosnan Security or whatever who is absolutely ridiculously rude. I have seen her now 3 times yell at people for no reason. The first she yelled at a woman for having her purse in her shopping cart and stepping 3 1/2 foot away to grab something off the shelf. The second because she would have preferred someone walked faster at a cross walk (no cars around). And then tonight yelled at people walking towards the store with an attitude, because they didn’t realize they closed the store early because their systems were down. This lady needs to get over herself and get rid of her attitude. You’re a security guard at a Walmart, Karen. You’ve got what amounts to a Halloween costume, and think you are captain America. Your job is to deter people stealing and protect Walmart’s losses, nothing more. Walmart needs to either get rid of her or Brosnan Security altogether.

I will never go to this store again! They only had ONE checkout lane open and were trying to force myself (a disabled veteran) and several senior adults to do the self checkout. I was asked 4 times to please use the self checkout and I told the same lady no each time. The last time, there were members of the management team walking by and they could care less that there were at least 8 people in the line to be checked out by a cashier. If this is going to be their model moving forward, then I will find some where else to shop other than any Walmart.

The first greet that I get your store is going to be some black guy at 10:53 p.m. August 7th shouting at menot sure if its a class issue (im poor) but greeting your door greeters they do no even acknowledge me, there was a really old man in the early morning of aug 4, hes cool and does his job but people around 9 am just standing there ignoring customers.

They money center ppl helped and elderly woman call a cab. That was very nice of the young lady. One thing I can say is the baby milk and nursery water flies off their shelves..its like you have to know when they get their deliveries so you can meet them there lol.

Great WallyWorld! The have an extensive liquor selection, it rivals most liquor stores and is considerably cheaper.Minus 1* because no checkouts were open. And I mean NONE. Everyone had to go through self checkout. Ugh!

On any given day you can run into workers with a smile or workers who want to have an attitude. It’s Walmart and there are no guarantees on the service! Nor is it a guarantee that you will get what you’re looking for, unless you order online. Even then they substitute what you ordered to fill orders! I just roll with it “because of the pandemic” shortages are everywhere!

Store is clean and organized but thats not the problem. After shopping and ready to check out where are the cashiers? Located 1isle with cashier and the rest of the store has been transformed into self check out, thats fine for 3 or 4 items but with a full basket the last thing I want to do is check myself out I will not be back

Restocking during daytime interfering with shopping. Worst was waiting ~ 45 min.in line at checkout. I am 78 yrs old, and have no intentions of using Self Checkout, bagging myself still paying regular price. I will go to a store where those things are included with my business and I do not feel like I am cattle fun through a shoot. No interactionWith staff, just bag your purchases, PAY, get out of the way for the next person to do the same and PAY. It is extremely poor business tactic, obviously NOT a friendly business tactic toward customers. I believe it has taken jobs from people as well, and as I said, I have no plans to comply, and will go elsewhere to shop rather than be treated like Im being pushed through a cattle run.

For the size of the store, the Collinsville Walmart SuperCenter is always clean! Went in for motor oil. Walked out with motor oil and a nice new Berkeley rod!

A lot of times Walmart does not have what they claim they have in stock so they provide substitutions. On more than 2 occasions I have not received the quantity of substitutions. This is supposed to be convenient however it my experience having to repeatedly call customer service is not convenient.

I never have any problems when I go to Walmart I find basically what I need.

After spending an hour shopping for my much needed items they decided to refuse me from paying and said they were closed. At 11:01 even though I was in at 10:00 and did my shopping.

Has a lot more things than other walmarts...

With the exception of weekly specials (some are a bargain) they have average prices and a greater variety of Pet supplies in than most other stores. You can get most items for less at chewy though.

There should not be a rate for Wal-Mart. The place has become such a disappointment and a disaster. There is never a pleasant experience for any location that Ive encountered.. The really sad part is most of the time, the staff does not really care. They are unhelpful and they dont care. Its not going to hurt Wal-Mart in any way that I will not be shopping there anymore, but if more people stop shopping there, they will fix their problems.

No cashiers to check you out. The people they have standing there to make sure you are not stealing have an attitude when you ask how to scan your vegetables.
