Im sitting here right in front of the store because they decided not to pick up my package for Amazon. Since no one came for pickup, I decided to bring it up here and try to get it sent off. Even though the store should have the same printing capabilities as the driver coming to pick up the package, they apparently cannot print the label even with all the pertinent information. So now Im having to call UPS to schedule ANOTHER pickup. I honestly dont think Ive ever had a good experience with the UPS store, which is why I dont even do business with them unless I have to.
Update. Still appreciate this UPS Store. During these stressful times I always find that management and their team always deliver great Customer Service.Would implore customers to not forget to extend grace. Sometimes we have to wait and be patient. Also, to give this businesss a chance to correct any shortcomings.Have been with them since 2018. They are attentive, polite and very helpful.
I called up here upset yes,because other person on po box was receiving and opening my mail after Ive asked them not to give them my mail. Instead of being polite and explaining anything to me. I was treated with utter disrespect and told oh well. And I was told I should have read the contract which stated anyone on the box can take my mail. This was handled in a very unprofessional way which just made me more angry. Very very rude staff and very unprofessional. When I tried to explain why I was upset I was yelled at. This is very unacceptable.
Recently I needed to return a product to Amazon that had some special packaging requirements in regard to meet Amazon requirements. The young lady at the Amazon store in Colleyville took immediate action to determine my needs for special packaging. her name is Wanda and she has outstanding people skills. She took control of my requirements and we accomplished my objective. She has a real future. Shes focused on her customer requirements and shes very pleasant to deal with. Now Im a very happy customer of hers.
I send a shipment to Mexico and paid $100 for it to get violated and for them to still my merchandise and to tell me that they were sorry that that happens all the time. and not do nothing about it this company it’s a ripe off I will never used them again in my life a bunch of thief’s and liars. 🤬🤬🤬😠😠😤😤
I had a scheduled pick up and the driver never showed up. So I brought the package to the store and Donna the manager made me feel like Im asking her to donate her blood to me!! Unfriendly and unwilling to help. The other associate tried to help by charging me to print their label!!! I called customer service and they took care of me.
Worst UPS store. Rude owner with an entitlement complex. Fake customer service, only concern is money and control
The new store owner is wonderful! Gulzar I think her name was. I had no idea what I was doing, she was so patient and understanding. I have a hard time hearing and she was just so helpful. I’m so grateful for her helping me ship packages to my grandson over seas. My new ups store for sure .
They need to get on the same page with Amazon here. I tried returning something in which amazon sent me a QR code to return a package i had gotten. She then told me when i got there that i still had to pay for the label although on my app it said they would print one for free at UPS? Then she kept cutting me off while i was talking trying to show her on my phone what it said. Short brown hair lady has NO customer service what so ever, she was rude before i even started talking honestly. Don’t have employees here that are going to be miserable doing their job. Will not be returning to this location ever again.
Very, very happy with this store. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I commute from Texas to NY so it is very convenient to have a box for package delivery. And I regularly return items purchased on the internet and never worry about them being returned promptly and with the correct labels. These people make my life so much easier.
My next day air package is delivered after 3 days even after spending hours with this store and UPS Customer Care center. They just gave false promises. For example, I was promised an early AM delivery, but never delivered. Tracking number - 1Z5A76R9PG06452451. I missed my interview because of your prompt service. Thanks to UPS!!!!
Very helpful, spacious for most UPS stores. The woman at the register was helpful and seemed to have regulars as she greeted a man behind me while I was looking for what i needed to send my package. Only her in the store and maybe one more in back. Not sure why its getting bad reviews, it was a great visit.
I had 7 big boxes to unload. As I took the first one in, the clerk asked if I would like a cart to bring the rest in all together. We just opened a company down the road and have an option between 2 stores. We will definitely be using this UPS store location for our shipments. Very polite and helpful staff
No wait. Very spacious inside. Staff working was very helpful and too my package quickly.When returning with a company that does pre-labeling, them make it a easy transaction. Just drop off, get a receipt, and you are all done.

I use this UPS store to send out all of my Amazon returns and send out anything UPS related as well as AT&T and Direct TV equipment. The staff is friendly and their service is dependable and reliable!
I used the notary service in October 2017 for a passport/citizenship application. The notarizaion was done incorrectly and rejected. I went back today to see if there was anything they could do to help. I spoke with Jim who was immediately defensive and interrupted me as soon as he realized that I was here about a past purchase. I was told that i would need to pay for new services. This has added at least a month to the process, plus the time it will take to resubmit the application. Mistakes happen and I can be forgiving, but I am not happy with how the issue was handled after the fact.
I was returning equipment; the sales clerk noticed I still had an HDMI cable attached. He removed it and gave it to me. I love an honest person.
