I am often impressed with the service here but was completely in awe the most recent time. I realized after picking up some prints that I had made a mistake in them, and needed to fix them before the next business day.I fixed the file and called Alexander with just 10 minutes left to close, fully expecting him to say re-printing and laminating wouldnt be possible given the short notice. He offered to stay past 6 p.m. to reprint the signs for us, speaking to me with kindness and compassion. When I walked into the store just around closing time, the signs were ready to go. It was an act of kindness, in the most unexpected way, and we are so grateful for it.

I just needed to get a printed copy of my car insurance. The email image I had from my insurance was an odd scale of 3 × 21. Multiple staff members helped me and they were BEYOND helpful and so kind. If this FedEx was closer to my house I would come here for ALL of my shipping needs.

Incompetent software and customer service for printing.The first time I used this store for printing, I submitted everything online to be picked up. They printed it on the wrong paper and the printouts were front and back but didnt match up. They still made me pay for them and told me that in the future to bring the file in and they would fix the print settings so that it would print properly.The second time, I wanted to print invitations size 5.5 x 4 four to page. They told me that they could not print them unless they were 5 x 3.5. For a company that specializes in printing I would think that this is a not so unusual request. I told them that I could fix it so that it was four to a page on Photoshop if they let me use their software but they were going to charge me for that too. Needless to say, I ended up going home and fixing it and printing it at a different store with no problems.

Took a shipment there on 4/3/17 to go to Maryland. A week later, I called to check as the tracking information on the website indicated the delivery wasnt made. Turns out, the package was still in Colleyville for a full week because the recipient hadt picked it up. Unless he was driving from Maryland that was true and he wouldnt need FedEx to deliver it to him. It took 2 full weeks to have the package delivered as a result. Careless service and inattention/inability to a clearly printed label with an out of state address will keep me from returning to this location ever again!

A bit slow at times, but a great place to drop of your packages.

Terrible customer service there. The lady behind the counter asked why I was waiting in line. Told her I wanted to pay for the merchandise I had selected. She said shed be a minute. She came back momentarily and asked what I wanted to pay for. She scoffed and said I should buy it somewhere else.
